Dr. Snow Mills is a nice doctor. Where my frustration lies is where she allows herself to be so overbooked with patients that she neglects those who really need to see her because getting in a timely manner is ridiculous. The average wait that I ve experienced getting an appt. is three weeks. I ve been with this dr for over a year. The other issue I have is their referral department doesn t follow through quite often. It s happened to me several times and that tells me there is a problem. Lastly, not that this is a deal breaker but I d like to note the front desk receptionists are not friendly. They re not rude but they do not smile or greet you with one. They appear numb to their jobs and very unenthusiastic to say the least.,Especially when facing the front desk the receptionist to the far right. She is very unpleasant. The lady to the left is friendly just very unenthused. The staff in the back are very friendly and chipper always helpful. Nice clean office but they would benefit their patients with a few inside changes I mentioned. I will continue but am looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Mills in my opinion is the best primary care Physician in Corpus. I was afraid of switching doctors when I moved here from Fort Worth. I was very lucky to find her! I enjoy the office atmosphere and the way she cares for her patients more than my previous doctor of 12 years. My family moved here shortly after me and they now selected her as their Primary Physician and are extremely happy with her as well. She is very caring and easy to talk to, most of all she spends time and listens. I have noticed it doesn t matter if she is on vacation, she is still messaging and taking care of her patients.

After being on hold for 20 minutes, then calling back instead, I was turned away because apparently if you have ADHD, this provider will not accept you as a patient, for whatever reason. No explanation other than we dont accept patients that have been diagnosed with ADHD or are on ADHD medication. Solid practice.

Dr. Snow Mills is AMAZING. When we first moved here I couldnt find any doctors taking new patients. When I called them she WAS taking new patients and got us in right away. Her bed side manner is wonderful I even have my sister in law going to her now. Highly recommend her and the entire office staff.

Dr. Tracy Snow-Mills is so kind, caring, helpful, and attentive, as well as Her team of nurses. Appointments are always easy to make and they are great about reminding my forgetful-self about them with text messages confirming your appointment. So thankful to have a great and convenient primary care physician on the island! Dr. Snow-Mills is very knowledgeable and you can tell she really does care for her patients unlike some other doctors in this city. My only complaint is that the wait time to be seen can sometimes get long, but of course that s expected with doctor offices.
