I called a few dealer ships to get a key replacement (key fob) and they told me they no longer make my key I have to special order it. And they could order it but it would cost about 400$ no so I kept calling around and I was like *owe maybe my dealership might help* so I called them told them what happened. And my contract doesnt replace or help thanks (byrider) but they are partners or something but they gave me a number called them and they charged me 600$ I just hung out.. I thought I was out of luck i was thinking I might have to pay the lowest I found was 340$ but Igave it one more time looking. I did call a business and told them what was wrong and they recommended pop-a-lock. So I called and I was set with James, I told him what was happening. And we set a date and time. And I had his number so when I text him not even 10min later he responded we talked about what was happening and he was very knowledgeable. And on the day he was supposed to come by. My car battery was dead and he charged my battery while he was programming my new key. And we talked for a lil he was amazing I highly recommend pop-a-lock the price was extremely reasonable. And I never leave reviews this is my first one EVER. James is a badass #nerds for life

Called several locksmiths starting at 11am to get my car unlocked and there was no luck. Everyone was too busy or no exact time that i could receive service. As soon as i called pop-a-lock (3pm) they were here within 15 minutes! Absolutely fantastic service! The man who came to unlock my car was quick and very nice! I appreciate ya ll for being on top of it! 10/10 recommend their service

Today I called them and they told me they would be there in 15 minutes and its way longer, then because I called to question where he was he got angry and canceled my call. It was very hot outside and I was standing outside my car at a gas pump and I had to call another lock Smith out of Tyler. My thing is if you dont want to do your job, then you should retire, dont get mad at the customer, because they want to call and see where you at, especially when you gave them your time that you was going to be there and you still dont show. Ill never ever call again , not ever..

I had a job pop up going to pick up equipment in Texarkana to haul to Kansas City and had problems with one of my master locks that I desperately needed to unlock without torching. I made a not so bright move today and got out of my semi without my keys wallet and cell phone and sure enough the door locked risking being late for an appointment in Dallas I went into the 7-11 and asked a clerk if they knew where to call pop a lock they said the dispatcher was very nice and the locksmith was there within 30 min got my door open quickly and saved my day thank you popalock

My husband had just finished a job at a clients house in Gladewater when he realized he had lost his truck keys. We immediately contacted Gladewater Locksmith, who informed us that it would take approximately 60 minutes for them to arrive. Since we live in Longview, I decided to drive up to Gladewater and meet them. However, after waiting for 90 minutes, they didnt show up and didnt even call to inform us about the delay. When I contacted them, they explained that they were unable to reach their driver and later found out from a co-worker that he had taken a personal break without notifying their dispatch - which was especially frustrating given that he was the only one on call. In a state of desperation, I searched for other locksmith services in the area but found that they were all closed. Thankfully, I came across Pop-A-Lock and decided to reach out to them instead. The difference in service quality was like night and day. Rob, the locksmith from Pop-A-Lock, was highly professional in his conduct and showed exceptional skill in his work. He was also very easy to communicate with. With my husband stranded out of town on a Saturday night, Rob became our saving grace. We are extremely grateful for his services and wholeheartedly recommend Pop-A-Lock to anyone in need.

I assume everyones experience was a lot better then mine. I couldnt even get a estimate or a quote from the locksmith, the front desk mentioned no one answering calls...even though its 24hrs and trusted service.....right?. Id give the Weatherly locksmith place a call first, at least they answer the phone even when with a customer and there much cheaper! Just dont expect keyfobs to be in stock...

Well, my experience with Pop-A-Lock wasnt great. They sent out 2 service technicians to unlock my truck. First tech tried a few things, then said they were too short to try to gap the door with the airbag. So 45mins later the second tech arrived. He tried everything he could to open my truck. About an hour later he said he wasnt able to open my truck. He apologizes, no charge, and he took off.

This is specifically for the employee Justin, he came and spent about an hour making a key no problem. Calls in says its an extra $65 to program it I say no thanks well have to call you back Thursday. He switches up really fast and says that was an error he tells me 10 more minutes. 20 minutes pass by my son has fifths right now and needed a nap so I am across the house trying to get my son to nap. Mind you Ive accepted no key, signed any documents or anything. JUSTIN signed a LEGAL DOCUMENT without my consent and threaded to call the cops over a felony charge because I didnt drop what I was doing with my son right away. As a business major and owner I am highly shocked by the horrible customer service and threatening behavior. Ethics and business communication need to be taught in the case because it is lacking.

My daughter and 2 of her children and a friend were at Walmart on Este parkway and left the keys in the car. So mom and dad to the rescue. When we realized it might take awhile and might end with broken glass I called pop a lock and was told it would be an hour and a half. So we went back to working on the car. Just be aware that you may have to wait a while for them to get to you. The people I spoke with here were pleasant and helpful, but they informed me they only had one technician working this area and there were 8 service requests ahead of me. I called at 8am in the morning after losing my keys and was not contacted by the technician until 4:30pm the next day. I ended up getting a key code from the dealership and had a new key for my vehicle made at a local locksmith instead.

Honestly really disappointed by the way I was treated by their locksmith, i needed a key made and not only was the Smith very short with me from the very beginning, but I asked him if my husband could leave his ID with me so he could do it without him home, I was told no he could not. Today he tells my husband that actually he can leave his ID. Whoops, too bad a bill auto drafted and now you re short the money, would ve been great to know that the first time I called a week ago because it could have been done the very first time I called, because your locksmith that you desperately needed service from has now told you off. No reschedule, not even an attempt to try to work with us at all. I swear we ve been nothing but kind, so I just really hope you never get stuck in a situation and need to rely on that guy for help because he doesn t want to help you, promise.

Beyond exceptional service. Lost my only key to the vehicle. They responded to my call quick and they over quoted the time in which my key would take to come in, which in my opinion is better than under quoting. Key came in faster than expected. Chase came out and was on time, professional, and did the vehicle in about 30 minutes. Honestly price i paid might have been the price for one key and no installation from the dealer. This is by far the quickest, easiest, and best experience I ve probably ever had with any business in town. James (I believe that was his name) was at my house in 10 minutes and had my door unlocked in 30 seconds. Super friendly. Can not say enough good things.

So my wifes new Mercedes GLE 350 decided to lock on its own with her keys inside. Attempts to remotely unlock the vehicle was useless. Even Mercedes couldnt unlock it. So, after waiting literally for hours for Mercedes to do something we called the Longview Pop-a-lock. The technician drove 45 miles to our location and had us on our way in about ten minutes. Thanks for nothing Mercedes, great job Pop-a-lock.

They gave us a time frame of 40 minutes to get here and within 10 minutes they had arrived and had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes. Very professional and clean.
