The schedule shows 10pm on Saturday night and yet, no one is picking the phone. Little Caesar s is going down the toilet. It s disappointing because I managed multiple locations in the 90 s when client service and professional conduct was the key to success. This location is inconsistent and rude which is a direct reflection of its owners. Papa John s it is!

I have been hesitant to leave this review because I HATE leaving negative reviews. You can check my reviews and you will see that I am a person who enjoys building businesses up, often taking and sharing photos of the food and the atmosphere. I ordered food for delivery on July 16th at 8:37 pm via the Little Caesars app. After I pressed submit, I immediately realized that I had the delivery address saved as my work address, as I had just placed another order delivered to my work on July 10th. I immediately called customer service after changing the address in the app. They reported that they would try to contact the driver but there would be no guarantees. The driver would not have been involved yet because it had literally been seconds since I submitted the order. So probably 30 min later I got a notification on the app that the driver was on the way. The Little Caesars is less than 5 miles from my house. About 30 min after he had been en route, I noticed the drivers location on the map on the app. He was parked in my neighborhood about 4 blocks away from my house. He stayed in that spot on the map for at least 30 minutes (It was probably closer to an hour). I called customer service again and told them what I had observed and they did not verbally acknowledge what I had told them. They spoke over me and said the delivery was delayed due to a change in address. The location where the driver was on the map was nowhere near my work address. It began to weird me out that this driver was at this address for so long with our food. I told customer service that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. Customer service was very rude, continuing to speak over me but eventually said that they would issue a refund. This was in July, the refund never happened. About 40 minutes after that phone conversation, the driver showed up at our door. We did not answer because we didnt want that food. He left it on our doorstep and left. We inspected the food and it was smashed and one of the boxes was open (smashed open). There was no way we were going to eat that. I send an email to customer service and filled out something on the app about my concerns and nobody ever reached out. My work likes to order Little Caesars for lunch, but we are not going to use them anymore. I will also be telling everyone I know about our experience. I think it would behoove you to do some phone etiquette training with your customer service person and find out what the driver is doing when they are supposed to be delivering food. Not that anyone has been receptive to my comments.

Do not go here!! There were storms making the online app malfunction sending my order to a location miles away. I showed them the order and they made me buy a whole new pizza! The owner stated that because he is a franchise he does not work for little Cesar s. I get the whole pick up order use code idea... but the tall black guy with long dreds refused to give me my pizza when I didnt have my code and refused to verify in any other way... then gave me attitude after I went to get my code. Absolutely unorganized. Pizza is not ready when the app/email tells you it ll be ready. 4 other people we also waiting for their pizza and the stockpile of people was starting. A lady threw a tantrum. She asked to get 4 of the ready pizzas that were not for her because hers weren t ready and that also screwed up not the just people waiting but also the drive-thru. Poor Customer Service!! I placed an order and waited over 1 hour in the parking lot for the employees to acknowledge they screwed up and completed other customers orders prior to mine getting prepared. I attempted to speak with a manager regarding the issue an inquired about how they plan on addressing the issue also dealing with not only mine but other customers excessive wait time and the manager had no answer and just proceeded to walk back to the kitchen area and begin working again. It took another 15 minutes to still get my food after I walked inside and provided my frustrations with not getting my order in a timely manner. I have been a loyal customer for several years and by far this is the most disorganized, slow, lack of organizational leadership that I have experienced at a Little Caesars location ever!!

I ordered a cheese sauce pepperoni pretzel pizza, which Ive ordered from here before without issue, however, this time, the pizza looked terrible and i even told the manager that. It looked like a pizza they were getting ready to throw away. I work in a bakery, and if ANY of my breads looked like the dough they used for this pizza, I would throw it away immediately. I called the store to see if they could remake it or give me a refund for it, the employee laughed on the phone and the manager was extremely rude, telling me that he made the pizza and it was fine and that I didnt know what I was talking about. Been a year since my last review and not much has changed, besides the fact that I wish I could give it zero stars! Once again, no pizzas were ready and the girl at the window, Salim F. told me they were out of pizza. I asked how long til more was ready and she rolled her eyes and huffed at me then telling me about 10 mins and to park out front. I pulled up right in front of the store very visible and next to all the other waiting cars. After 30 min and most everyone else leaving I went inside. The other girl up front don t know her name was rude and told me it had been ready they just couldn t find my car! WHAT!? How ridiculous. Such poor customer service. I figured after so long it would have gotten better. I was so wrong and will never be back to this location. They never have pizzas ready and those 10 min waits usually turn into about 20+.. watching through the window while we wait and it looks like a bunch of kids goofing off with no real supervision..

The store is covered in a film of black dust. the floor is constantly dirty and slick. The pizza prices went up whilst the quality of said pizzas have declined drastically. This is an honest review. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was speaking rudely of another customer. The customer was not in the area to hear her. There is a drive through which is great if you order a head, and or want to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Inside, I ordered and paid for a classic cheese pizza, the cashier recommended to go through the drive through. I waited in the drive through close to 25 minutes, which is fine, but I handed her the receipt again so she can hand me the classic cheese pizza and when I got home I saw pepperoni. When you come here make sure you specify that you want classic pepperoni pizzas if you don t they will charge you for the extra most bestest pizzas I talked to the manager and she said she d refund the money to my card but I would have to wait another 15 minute s I told her no I guess I will take what she charged me even tho I didn t ask for EMB PIZZA. I will not be going back because the pizza still looked regular and I got charged more and the pizza is no longer what it used to be, it seems like they don t put any sauce in their pizza anymore and you just eating cheese on bread with some pepperoni I will no longer be going to this location ever again!

I called in an order at this location on 6/13/22 around 5:45 pm and was told that it would be around 15-20 min. When I arrived I was told it would be another 7 min. 20 min later I walked in and had to wait a bit longer. The reason why I give it five stars is that the guy who was working, I think was the manager, rectified the whole situation and was very apologetic and made things right. I appreciate the good customer service and we will be back. I can t remember the guys name other than it started with L! I wish I could remember ur name anyway Thank you!

I just experienced the worst service from this location. I called to order ahead the person that answered hung up on me I called back same person answered I couldn t understand him clearly he had asked for my name but second time he asked it was with attitude. I got to the location a 12 minute drive and the order was never put into the system I had to wait 10 more minutes. When I went to pay I explained to the cashier the issue and said would they take something off the price for the poor experience I just had he said no we can t do that. I asked for a manager he says I am the manager.as a manager he did not acknowledge the experience I just had. Showed absolutely no empathy but offered some sauce. What a slap in the face the manager name is Chris I seriously think corp should look into this because if the manager can t show good customer service no wonder I had bad service to begin with. I go here often and until meeting this manager with zero customer service skills I would continue to go here but with this experience I won t be going back. And I will file a complaint with corporate. I m not even the type that escalate issues like that. this Chris the manager could have made it right but he lacks customer service. Dude offered me sauce ? What a joke. Do better. It s many people that would appreciate your position Chris.
