I can t name a better lawyer. His 47 years of independent practice and his track record of success have made him well known among the Greater Houston legal community. He s also always willing to lend me his time to talk about the Astros, Longhorns football, obscure Beatles facts and of course his infamous Dad jokes. His Dad jokes could use some work, but overall I think he s earned this 5 star review.

I ve know Mr. Osborne for a few years and he is amazing , straight to the point and honest if he can t he won t. He is not going to just take your money and he will do everything is his power to make sure that he gets the job done. I trust him and appreciate him for everything that he does.

Lawyers are in it to make money but the father and son duo make the perfect lawyers! The Osborne s s value their clients time and provide excellent services and always put on a good fight! Mr Osborne did an exceptional job representing. I owe my freedom and eternal gratitude to this man. I highly recommend anyone that needs a lawyer, who will place their clients well being as his highest priorty, and fight diligently on their behalf, to hire Mr. Osborne. Having been a lawyer for over 40 years, the wisdom and polished demeanor give him the ability to represent clients with unparalleled success. He got both my charges dismissed and I just cant thank him enough for representing me. Hopefully Ill never need him again but if I do, hell be the only lawyer I ever have to represent me or anyone I care about.

I ve had John Osborne represent me for years. He s the best criminal defense attorney I have ever worked with. Very well trusted and always makes sure to explain everything I can expect to run into throughout the process. Taylor is great at keeping me informed on all aspects of the case as well. Taylor always makes sure to keep me connected with John and checks up on me frequently so I m never wondering what is happening with my case. He makes the whole process less complicated and stressful. This is the law firm to use when you need great results.

Its been years since I have seen him but he absolutely in my opinion a most honest man. The negative review would have to be from a disgruntled client who was not honest with Mr. Osborne. John Osborne represented me in court and hes fearless. He wins. Im 74 years old and knew Mr. Osborne many years ago. John is a man of integrity and one of the most intelligent persons I ever knew.

Extremely nice and helpful, thoughtful goes out of the way to help his clients.. A true gentleman He helped me out when I was basically stranded in Houston due to negligence by an airline. He drove clear across Houston to rescue me because the airline was going to leave me stranded in Houston. Bought me new clothes because mine were covered in blood and the airline had already sent my luggage to my final destination. He even took me into his own home, fed me a hot meal and put me up for the night in his own home.and made sure I got home to Oregon. Would I hire him again YES!

I have been knowing John for over 35 years. The reviews on Google does not reflect the professionalism of this attorney. Mr. John C. Osborne is only human, like most of us, and humans do make mistakes. He is an honest, caring, reputable, professional, knowledgeable, smart, and fiery attorney. John is always there when you need him, answers his own phone, listens to your issues, and tirelessly (step by step) develops a resolution to resolving issues. Over the years, we have had our indifferences, good points, and case struggles, but in the end, John always came through for me. There is not another attorney in Harris County, and surrounding areas that I would put my trust in, who can stick with you, get the job done, to your satisfaction, but John Carroll Osborne. When you step into a court room, with the opposing side determined to defend their lying clients, John will bring out the truth, and victory will be yours. I have never lost a case under his legal guidance,supervision, and his trusting skills. In my opinion, John may not look like an angel, to those whom reviews do not reflect this professional attorney skills, but to myself, he is. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The only reason this guy gets one star is because Its the only way I could comment. My dealing with this guy was as traumatizing as the reason I hired him to represent me in the first place. BEWARE
