I wasn t sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by our visit. The salad bar was really fresh. They kept swapping the pizzas out with hot pizza. They asked us if we had any requests for pizza and they d make a personal size just for us. The customer service was awesome! The restaurant was clean and I noticed that they even swapped out all of the pizza spatulas from time to time. I loved the cinnamon roll. It was perfectly soft and gooey. My kids are obsessed and said it s their new favorite pizza spot. So we will be back soon!

I was there with my kids for Dinner and the next day morning two of my kids suffered food poison and they felt very sick and were vomiting constantly. I also noticed the quality of food was not great and I was not able to eat more than two Slice of pizza.. They were also cleaning the kitchen floor with liquids and water closer to where the food was kept for self serving while the customers were still dining. I will not go again. It used to be great but not any more.

The balding man with bad eyebrows working the cash register was very aggressive and rude to my minority friend, the employees kept looking at our table making us feel very uncomfortable. Whenever we would get food they would look at my friend making us want to speak to the manager but felt to uncomfortable to do so. Us teenage girls just wanted to eat in peace to.

This is the most affordable place to go now, I paid less here with an extra person with me than I do at any other fast food place and the pizza and selection was great! Youre sure to find a pizza, pasta, or salad you enjoy! Unlimited pizza buffett! You cant beat that! Great place, friendly staff, incredible service. They keep the pizza coming! I cant add any photos because I ate everything as soon as I got it!

Went to this location recently after a few years and I was really sad to see it is now roach infested. After getting our food, we saw a roach on the cabinet under the drink station crawling up toward the fountain drinks. I brought it to the attention of an employee who was wiping the countertop above. He swiped it with the towel and kept cleaning with the dirty rag. Before I could make it back to the table to inform my family members, they saw a 2nd roach crawling up the wall behind the booth seat. I advised management, who assured me theyve never seen anything like this and have pest control out twice a month. I was refunded, and we left, but not before watching the roach on the wall crawl behind the booth next to another customer. Im sure had we sat there for an hour, we would have seen at least 10 roaches!! This is why we dont eat out much anymore.

I visited this location to inquire about catering, large order, and delivery options. I received uninterrupted attention and complete answers to all of my questions. Pretty good fast food pizza. Besides the buffet, they will custom make any pizza you wish and its all yours. Small salad bar (good), soup, which we didnt try, and pasta bar with red or white sauce choice. Overall, we like this place. We do try to go at noon peak times to avoid the crowds and have found that to be a much nicer atmosphere.

This location specifically takes care of everything everytime for takeout. I regularly pick up, they are extremely consistent and quick! Had a lunch buffet here. They have many varieties of pizza incase if you cant find something you like they make custom pizzas with your choice of toppings and sauce. But not much to choose on dessert. Buffet includes soups and salad but they werent that great. Pizza was average. However its worth the price ..if you like to have pizza for cheap its worth to try this place. Also, it would be great if the front desk could greet the customers well. I asked for some information but the lady at the front desk was not knowledgeable enough.. Luckily, I got help from another staff.

Their cinnamon buns are to die for. I have to drive in a different direction or else I end up stopping to pick up an order or two. We ve always had a pleasant experience at this Cicis. The staff has been attentive and helpful. The selection of pizzas could be better, I d like to see more toppings introduced.
