Wen shopping at 6am in the morning to get a few things after work. Got probably 20 items and went to self checkout. There are 8 to 10 checkouts there of which only one was in use. Walmart employee notified me it 15 items or less at these lanes. At the time they were the only ones open. Walmart 100% just sucks now days. Ill take my money elsewhere. Hiring employees who are dumb as rocks is damaging your business.

WARNING: You will be harassed by League City Police if you park here. If you park here for extended periods as a gig driver in any vehicle, the store will call the police on you. Do not park here overnight. Do not park here AT ALL EVER. Do not shop here. Here is why. For the record so you know I am caucasion and law abiding, drug and alcohol free. This store has a lot of problems with crime and theft. They are hyper-suspicuous. I am a 1099 worker who has to park frequently while waiting on orders to come in for pickup and delivery. I parked here at the store, and today, the police drove by closely before later rushing me on the feeder road and pulling me over. Three police cars showed up with four officers. They questioned if I was the parent to my children and interrogated each child. They demanded an illegal search of the car. I declined. They did a partial search anyway, which turned up nothing. I was subjected to a body search, and my pants fell down in front of my children outside a busy restaurant because i was being touched inappropriately. My children and I were interrogated with a litany of questions. The store accused us of stealing, and we only had one shopping bag with receipts for everything in it. The kids went to the bathroom while there, and we bought some baby wipes at the store while parked there. If you are considering shopping here, please be aware you will be at risk of police harassment and unlawful searches if you park here too long and sit in your car or go to shop in the store. I post this to warn other shoppers. I am a law-abiding citizen. Swatting calls are a threat to the well-being of those affected. We had not done anything wrong and were let off with a warning. We will NEVER SHOP here again. If you are a commercial driver or over the road trucker of any kind whether personal or professional do not park here for any length of time. Do not visit. We will NEVER come to this despicable location again. You caused my child an anxiety attack and terrorized us without cause. All of this happened to us without any probable cause or legitimate reasons for suspicion we had done anything wrong. I am seriously considering legal action against the parties involved in this, especially whoever filed the false report. This was a traumatic experience for my children and I. We were not found guilty of anything by the police. When you swat your customers with false reports to police or allow the same on your property, you are killing your business at that store. This incident had nothing to do with store security except unnecessarily harassing a family with small children or allowing the same. You scared my kids. Legal action may follow. This was not a minor incident and was by no means subtle. I hope they fire those responsible, including the officer who searched me. We were intimately violated. I am a crime survivor and a special victim. I will no longer visit the League City Area to do commerce because of overpolicing. As an American I expect due process, not unfounded harassment. There will be an official inquiry into what exactly police were told. Correspondence has been sent to supervising authorities. Our body camera footage as we recorded is being reviewed actively by a team of attorneys who deal with such cases. They say our case is strong as the searches violated our rights and there was no probable cause. Walmart, allowing such incidents to happen on your property opens you to civil liability. Is it worth a lawsuit to harass customers who havent done anything? Most of all, is it worth it to do this to customers who will boycott shopping at Walmart permanently and encourage others to do the same? Im not bluffing. This is not my first problem with Wal-Mart. You will get your just return for your oppression. I will not commerce, either shopping or working, in League City anymore. This is the price of assaulting your customers. As long as these practices continue, we will shop and work elsewhere. We have left the region and others will follow.

They never have cashiers. Here I am weekend before Christmas all the have open is one register. But all the self checkout lines are open , if Im going to check out my stuff I would expect a discount or something they are saving on an hourly employee . People have just gotten used to working for these big box stores for free.

Used to be good for late night shopping trips, but now they close as early as everyone else. I dont plan on returning unless they go back to their old 24hr schedule - theres almost always a better option during the hours that theyre still open these days, late nights were always Walmarts thing.

Better than most Walmarts but of course you still have mostly self-checkout but the crowds are normally small here the selections normally larger shelves are stocked well. But its a Walmart I may have got it on a good day

Only one register open! Really! Long line and they didn t open a second register until after waiting an hour. Self checkout wouldn t check you out even if your disabled. SMH! Filed a complaint with Justice Department for ADA violation.

The store is pretty well maintained, but the associates need some serious evaluation. They have the worst attitudes for no reason. It seems like they don t want to work there. They ve just started talking to themselves loudly saying spiteful or negative comments.
