I would not recommend this legal service, especially if you have a Commercial Driver s License (CDL). A friend referred me to this lawyer, but my experience was disappointing. On the day of my court appearance, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with my attorney because she had seven other clients that day. When it was finally my turn, she called my name, and as I approached her at the defense table, she told me, in a dismissive tone, Don t tower over me, move over there. After waiting all day, I was the last case to be heard. She said she would review the tape but came back saying, The officer doesn t want to work with you because you talked back to him during the stop. I was shocked she didn t seem to understand the basic First Amendment rights. She then told me the best deal she could get was for me to pay around $500 to resolve the case. There was no real discussion about the video or any other evidence. To make matters worse, she left the courtroom & went home for the day while I was still discussing the matter with the state! Overall, I cannot recommend this service.

Very dissatisfied with Kubosh. I waited all day instead of having it resolved. The same officer who ticketed me, also ticketed another lady. But her lawyer called the officer before lunch and was able to get it resolved. I brought it to my lawyer s attention and she blew it off and said no, the cop won t do that. So instead of calling the officer before lunch to try to get it resolved, she waited until AFTER lunch (about 1:30) and had the officer come to court. That s wasting time, especially when it s obvious he could be called. Very frustrated with Kubosh and will choose another firm if I need one again. The only bright side is that my ticket got dismissed.

If i could put 0 stars i would. I hired kubosh law and my attorney came unprepared with no paper work or anything. Attorneys usually see if their clients are here, the attorney didn t do anything. He said he represented kubosh and left. Come to find out he said he didn t have the correct paper work and left for 2 hours. Another attorney came and she also didn t have our paper work to call upon the clients that hired kubosh law. THIS LAW FIRM IS A JOKE. Not only did the second attorney that showed up 2.5 hours late, she argued with the prosecutor. When i called the office of the law firm the lady was very rude, didn t want to resolve my problem and hung up in my face. I will never hire this law firm and i will never recommend them to anyone. They re very unprofessional and don t care about anyone s time.

Horrible Experience calling this office. The staff who answers the phone will quickly hang up on without letting you finish talking. Or they will like to talk over you assuming what you re trying to explain to them. When I called back to get the name of the person who hung up on me, Alexis answered the phone and thought it was funny and laughed at me over the phone. She then advised me please don t leave a review. But clearly this staff needs some training or a reset of the law firms customer service expectations. [PLEASE READ] This is not a law firm, this is a small business that works based on quantity of client and volume. Office staff will try to give you information which is different than the next person if you call again. I stayed polite during my call with them and VICTORIA was frustrated either over herself or somebody else or maybe she doesn t get paid enough to be patient and respectful to have a 30 seconds conversation. I wouldn t recommend this law firm. I m sure they might have good attorneys based on the reviews, but the one I received for my case was not. Although she was punctual, all she did was advise me to not go to trial and to just choose the deferred adjudication option for a speeding ticket. I spoke with her individually about my case for maybe 2 minutes altogether before she just told me to take deferred adjudication and a safety driving course. I had to pay $176 (+ the cost of the driving course) on top of the $80 I paid for representation. She didn t even attempt to fight my case, even though the cop that gave me my ticket didn t even show up, so likely the case would ve gotten dismissed as there was no one with evidence to testify against me. I also tried asking her a question regarding the driving course multiple times, to which she just ignored and kept talking over me. Overall a bad experience.

Was called one day before court stating that i have court the next day. Never received an email or anything just a call the day before. Lady who callled me was rude and swears they sent an email. She says they can reschedule it for $50 but its not guaranteed for it to be re-scheduled. Court day arrives and i have to pay $250 for not stopping at a stop and sign and turn signal. Waste of $80 for the lawyer. Also screw the system $250 for a stop sign is insane.

I don t know how they are with lawyers wise, but I definitely can say they the receptionist when you ask questions is rude, and doesn t let you get your questions out without interrupting. My husband has a CDL and they were saying if they can t get the ticket dismissed that what they would do is put him as a failure to appear and get a warrant out for his arrest and when that happens they then could use that as a way to get the ticket dismissed? I read in the reviews that some other CDL had the same situation and they say their job let them go. And when I tried to ask about that she proceeded to interrupt me and was very rude. So I m glad that some had amazing experiences but please just be careful.

The receptionist is extremely rude, cutting me off when talking, rushing me through the calls. The second time I called to make a payment, I was put on hold for several minutes after I had given all my information and was trying to make a payment, and when she comes back she asks what I need. I said I had already given the info, she put me on hold again without warning, I notice she likes to do that. I am not sure about the kobosh Lawfirm I had a really bad experience where the attorney didn t even show up until later that day in the afternoon. He wanted me to take whatever deal they threw my way I fired him. Had to go to court a different day to release kobosh Lawfirm of my cases and ended up hiring Sullo & Sullo where they were great and fought the damn case to the end and got my tickets dismissed!! In a tough court system environment the last thing I need is a fluff attorney representing me. Idk where all these 5 star reviews are coming from tbh.

These people advised someone I considered a friend not to associate with me (Im an officer) outside his place of business even if I wasnt a customer. Totally ruined a platonic relationship without even speaking to me and now this sweet person cut all communication thanks to this law firm. As a person of extensive means, if I ever need a lawyer, I will not go near these people since they advise people who they can and can not speak to even though no laws were broken and were never going to be broken. The only thing that was broken was my heart. So since you advise people not to see people in their personal life, Ill take my 1.8M views and advise people NOT to come see you. Your firm is totally unprofessional and your advice to others have been found wanting.

Great people to handle your case I was being harassed by Patton Village area police I called Kubosh Law to represent me it took Patton Village a year before giving us a court date then dismissed it without having to go to court, but felt the need to harassed me and was quick to come to my home after I missed a court date to arrest me for failure to use signal I think the ticket was. Its much bigger crime out there. Thanks Kubosh Law.

Kubosh law had my traffic (no left turn at certain hour) citation dismissed. Much better than giving Geico any excuse to raise my rates (Already too high for an ultimately safe driver). If you have time to show up for court (I was there 30 minutes), Kubosh gets 90% of minor traffic cases dismissed!

This office is a mess made me have an arrest warrant because this people that work here can t look at paper work correctly they are so fast to grab your money but I had to wait a long time to get my money back from them. Oh and the bonds are extremely high they are out of their mind. Ridiculous don t come here they just make you waste money.
