Had the extreme pleasure of meeting JAKE today. He is a true professional in every way. He greeted me, listened to what I needed, and very quickly sprang into action. He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat. Of my many years of having pictures framed at Hobby Lobby, JAKE has been the best. Thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring such a talented and personable young employee.

We love Hobby Lobby but tonight we left our cart of purchases and walked away because no one was interested in checking us out. The one register that was open was occupied and we asked two other people from the SIX who were around the registers if they would check us out and both declined. One had just finished checking someone through and arguably have been off on break while the other was propping up a wall. We had fewer than 10 items in our cart and and either one of the two guys could have checked us through within a minute or two. We both work in retail and so understand what keeping the customer happy involves.

I always like the staff at this location. It s an organized clean store. My only issue is I counted more than 5 lights out on the parking lot. That needs the be addressed asap. It s 6:30pm and I could not see the face of lady walking towards us going into the store as we were leaving.

Incredibly, a worker took my minor daughters, ages 10 and 11, out of the store at night, after they made the payment. My daughters inform her that their mother is still inside the store and she, however, did not care and took them out onto the street as if they were criminals. What happens to her? My wife shops here way more than I d prefer. On her latest visit, the cashier, Librada was very rude. She initially gave the wrong amount in which she denied and then, over charged her by $10.00. Upon reviewing the receipt and realizing that she had been over charged, my wife returned to the Librada and informed her of the mistake. The cashier treated her as a thief and called the manager Hannah, who then made her empty all of her bags only to find out that she was indeed, over charged. She was not given an apology, only her owed refund after sweeping their mistake under the rug.
