I just went to show room to explore the car sales person Mr.Korhan has showed me diff model with features. I took the ride too with CR-V Honda Hybrid model. I like it but it was stopped me on budget but after discussing with finance team with negotiations I decided to get in the car. On same day after office hours staff was in the showroom for me. Appreciate Mr.Korhan to the service has given with smooth and satisfied me.

The staff is very nice BUT they would not let me take the used car to a mechanic down the street to be inspected . I was offering to pay in full CASH. They would not negotiate until the last day of the month so they could meet their quota. Just like every other dealership they are super money hungry. Don t come here unless you re a master negotiator. I decided to purchase a car somewhere else and get a better deal anyway.

I took my car in for a very well known recall on my 2020 Honda Passport. It is an issue with the infotainment center. This is the second time bringing my car in for this same issue because it wasn t fully resolved the first time. My visit this time was again, unsuccessful. I would be giving my review only one star but Rey was very good with communication. However I feel like the technicians did not fully look into my issue which left me feeling frustrated. I explained that it is a problem that happens at random. They would not attempt to fix the issue because they couldn t replicate the issue even though the first time I brought it in they didn t need to replicate the issue to fix it the first time. My car was at the dealership for a full week. No loaner car was offered so I spent close to $100 on Uber fees to get to work only to hear each day that there was no resolution on my car. Extremely disappointed. Will never bring my car to David McDavid Honda again. Very upsetting considering I bought my car through them. Definitely trying out another Honda dealership. Do your research and don t do your business here unless you want no results.

I went to the dealership to purchase my leased car. The service was amazing! I never thought I would say this about a car dealership. The best compliment that I could give them was that they were trustworthy. I had tried two other dealerships to get the same transaction done. The other two dealerships were so greedy, manipulative and sleazy. I really didn t have a high expectation when I went in today. I can say that Allen, the salesman that I dealt with and even the woman in FI were amazing. I never felt like they were selfishly after their own needs.

They had my car for three weeks, my car sat for days without being looked at. When I went to pick it up, they had not done the maintenance I requested, so had to leave car for an additional day. Then when I picked up car, I still had two warning lights on. Chances are they simply failed to clear errors, but it leads to question what else they failed to do.

I recently closed a deal with the Internet Sales Group. Mr. Quadlander, Director, handled my case directly and provided. both my wife and I, with an excellent personalized attention and service. We loved the way Mr. Quadlander handled the negotiation, he presented us with a deal that fully addressed our needs and requirements. We did not have to go back and forth through a trial and error process. My wife and I were very happy because we got the car we wanted, and the payment conditions that we could accept. I also want to thank Mr. Quadlander for his hard work in getting Honda to waive some fees that were being charged to me for the old car that I turned in. Mr. Quadlander went a mile ahead in escalating the issue and getting Hondas approval to waive the charges. Mr. Quadlander was able to show what it takes to keep a satisfied customer coming back. Absolute great experience being serviced here! My car needed routine maintenance and they got the job done in a timely manner! They greeted me right away and met all my needs. I recently had my left side mirror replaced at McDavid Honda. The customer service was excellent everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The team communicated clearly about the timeline and kept me updated throughout. However, I was surprised at the cost, as the repair came to around $1,036, which felt quite steep. As a loyal customer, a more significant discount would have been appreciated. The day before was told there would be a shuttle to take me home, (I am a mom of 3, have to pick them up from school, with no outer help) so I had everything set up so I could get that ride home, get my second suv and be able to pick up my children from school. We even woke up extra early that morning to bring my husband to work so I could keep the other suv home, only to find out when I got to Honda that they did not have a shuttle that day and they they had just found out that morning . No one took the time to call me to let me know that morning, no warning, nothing. We had fixed our whole day around this recall and oil change being done, only to get this told to me last minute. So your service person just says, I hope you have someone to come get you or you can make other plans horrible! When we had a similar situation happen to us at Acura, they promptly fixed the situation by calling an Uber (on them) to pick us up, they fixed it, not put it on us. I asked for this at Honda and answer was no, we don t have an Uber account? Really? I brought in receipt of it for a discount on my service, and answer was no, that is your issue not ours again, what a lame excuse for bad customer service. Never again will I come here.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Ridgeline from Allen Seger. This was a very positive car buying experience and I would encourage anyone interested in a Honda in the DFW area to ask for Allen. He treated me fairly and honestly and he did everything possible to work with me and make the process easy. No pushiness and no games. The prices at this dealership are competitive and the only additional costs are for taxes/title/registration - there is no mandatory $700 permaplate charge that you see at some of the other dealerships.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had from an Actual dealership. Cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism that this place has. I purchased a brand new civic type R about a month ago from here. The sales rep was extremely helpful but thats where it stops. The sales managers attitude was completely unacceptable. I flew from California to pick the vehicle up and had gone back and forth about exactly what I needed to bring. I asked because I didnt want to get stuck 1400 miles from home with no way back. I brought my own financing after they screwed up original contract I had signed. Had made everything out for Texas and I lived in California. They were explicit about that in the beginning and STILL messed it up. Tried calling several times to speak with a general manager about my problems and have been given nothing but a run around. Update 9-24-24 found out the dealership also never registered my car! Had to go to the DMV myself and was lucky enough the DMV hear waved the 600$ late fee. Top that off It took weeks and numerous calls to get them to refund me what I paid to get my car registered to them! Even then they only refunded what I paid to California. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

My first and last time at this dealership. I had a female service advisor that tried to fast talk me. I knew what I wanted, and I made it clear what I needed and was not interested in anything else. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour just to quote me on 4 tires and an alignment....even though I showed her the quote I received from David McDavids service department website. She insisted on providing me with a quote that listed prices for other tires...even after being told several times what brand I wanted and that I wasnt interested in anything else. I was told that the tires I wanted...which were the original tires from Honda....were the equivalent of Shoe Carnival, and she would recommend something more high end as in Christian Louboutin and Balenciaga. I didnt like the experience and resulted into going to Discount Tire.

My sales guy Jordan King was absolutely amazing! This man surely has the patience of Jobe! I went in looking for what seemed like the impossible and He never forgot about me. He hung in there with me while respecting my need to shop around even after he found the perfect car for me! He held my hand through making my first ever financed purchase of a vehicle! I know I called this man 20 times within 2 hrs and he answered every time! One of the managers wasn t on my favorites list but Jordan mad e up for his shortness and single handedly earned my trust and my business with David McDavid. He simplified the process and dropped everything he was doing to go get my car from the Frisco dealership to ensure I was on the road in time enough to get my son to his 10th birthday party in our new car! I was referred to David McDavid Honda. I bought a pre-owned Vehicle. My experience was horrible from the beginning. I came in to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. When I walked in, I asked for the salesman I spoke to over the phone. He had a salesman s of the month plaque on his desk lol. As we were test driving this car, I asked him 2 simple questions. 1- Does the car have Apple at Play : he couldn t give me a straight answer and said, I m not really sure. 2- when we parked the car there was a small scuff on the taillight that could have been easily buffed out. I asked him can you get that buffed out for me , his answer was we re selling it as is, they ll probably have to charge you for it . From those 2 answers I knew he didn t know what he was doing or talking about. I had all my financing in place already, with a pre approved letter for that specific car and was ready to purchase. I was disappointed having talked to him on the phone before coming in, and driving an hour to look at the vehicle. I kept it professional and said get me the answers to my questions 1-Yes/No on Apple Car Play, and 2-buff out the taillight. I really needed a car because I was in a rental. He waits till the next day to call me to tell me no CarPlay and that I would be charged to buff out the tailgate. I told him to have his manager call me. His manager calls me and tells me 1-No Car play, and 2- they will buff out the taillight for free . Cool. I told him I want him to throw in an extra key for the car as it only came with 1 key, not even a keyless entry key, just a simple key that could have been copied at Walmart. He said he would commit to an extra key for free. I sent them everything they needed prior to going in to pick up the car. I told them I was in a hurry and that I sent them everything they needed even financing paperwork. When I get there I wait an hour and 45 minutes before I even start signing the paperwork. They even made me sign a paper saying that they will provide an extra key for me. Anyways, I did my paperwork and left. This was July. 10 weeks later, I get a call saying I need to pick up my license plate. (They should have mailed it to me as I was an hour away). I get there to pick it up, there is no key. My registration sticker was for July but I m picking it up with the plates in September, and no key. Just super disappointed at the level of professionalism, customer service, urgency and keeping their word about providing me a key that they made me sign some stupid paper for, like what s the point. That Salesman of the month plaque does not align with your core values and mission statement and you did not keep your word about the transaction. Oh ya, they even put a Hyundai Accent floor mats in my car, and I didn t even buy a Hyundai lol. This proves that they will do whatever it takes to sell a car and after the sale, you are no longer. Priority. You should keep it professional all the way through, go above and beyond for the customer, keep your word, and don t hand out Salesman of The Month plaques to give false hopes to the employees. Super disappointed and will never set foot in that place, but it s not like they care, they already got my money.

Rey will and always be 5 stars. My boyfriend, after me selling this place to him purchased a car 2 months ago and the temp plates are now expired. We contacted someone today at David Mcdavid who made it seem like we were bothering her. When asked if she could help us locate our plates, her words? Well you re not in the database at all. There s a girl that puts them in Monday to Friday and we ve been having staff issues so you re not the only one. We asked what that means? Does that mean we have to start from scratch? Do we need a new temp tag? Well you re not in the system at all . Umm ok. So does that mean we didn t buy a car there? Does this mean we don t have to pay on the note! Yay free car! Not sure if we need to contact motor vehicle department? No help was offered as to what to do next. Rey in the service department always takes the highest level of care when I have needed routine services done. I seek him out when I arrive and he has always been fantastic to deal with! 5 Stars all the way!

Worst experience I ve EVER had buying a vehicle! This experience deserves a no-star rating .not even the 1 star I gave. I ve bought and sold almost 50 cars throughout my life and this was the most careless, lackluster & unprofessional dealership I ve ever dealt with. I contacted them regarding a vehicle and just asked for a buyers order as I already had outside financing set up. I filled out all their online paperwork, as well as the 2-step ID verification. I was told at the end of that particular day by my salesman that everything was ready to go . I set up an appointment with my transport to pick the vehicle up, to be notified the next morning that the deal in fact was not done and hadn t been funded because the dealership hadn t sent necessary paperwork. I was the contacted by their finance manager Maritza Tamayo. This woman was the most unprofessional manager I ve ever spoken to, from her attitude to her tone and delivery the way she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. She told me that before they could send necessary documents to my credit union, a notary had to come verify my identity in person to make sure no fraud was involved. I explained to her that I d already completed the online paperwork and ID verification but she didn t really care to hear anything I had to say or ask and instead acted like I was bothering her as she acted like a child. To explain it quite frank, she had the kind of attitude and disgust in her voice that my 11yr old daughter gets grounded for. I ve had to contact the salesman almost every time when you d think that they d be reaching out to the customer to ensure they are pleased and taken care of as often as they couldn t seeing that there s issues with this particular sale. I m still sitting here 4 days later waiting on a deal to be finalized on a car I ve already obtained a loan for through my credit union, and the car is still sitting at the dealership 5hrs away in Dallas while I wait on a notary . In an economy like we have right now, people aren t buying cars left and right as money just doesn t go as far. You d think a dealership would be doing all they could to ensure good customer service to achieve repeat customers or good praise, but that is not the case with this place. My mother has been in the auto industry as a manager for over 25yrs, and I ve been around it my entire life. If you re looking for a good buying experience, think twice before you give David McDavid your business, or at least don t deal with Maritza!
