Just closed on my home today with the absolute BEST realtor in town, Scott Seymour! He was there every time I texted/called/emailed (which I feel like was A LOT!), and always explained things to me in a way I would understand. He is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff for sure! Now that closing is over, he s still offering to help with little things to get me going, which he totally doesn t have to do! But besides that, he s just an all around good guy. Everyone on The Taylor Team was so great, super professional and excellent with communication. I would highly recommend Scott and The Taylor Team to anyone!

Lance Taylor and the entire Taylor Team exceeded our expectations!! Wow! They worked tirelessly from the beginning of the process to the end. Any issue that came up (very few did) were handled exceptionally well. With us not living in the state any more we needed a repair done and things checked on which they did for us. Everyone we spoke with on this Keller Williams (Taylor Team) are truly customer service oriented, friendly and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of selling your home. Mike Mitchell is a superhero. He patiently visited house after house with us as we worked out the emotional turmoil that can come when purchasing your first home. He was readily available to coach us through each question that popped up, and as an added bonus - offered plenty of comedic relief when we were feeling discouraged. A ten year stretch of what had been terrible rental experiences, failed home searches and sketchy realtors, left us dreading the home buying experience. Mike thoughtfully walked through all of our what-if situations and listened so that he could understand the heart behind our dream. He brought so much joy into the process, from the first home we visited to our closing appointment at the title office. We are so grateful for that. Buyer of my home lowered their offer by $40k 6 days after we finished inspections and signed all the paperwork. The Taylor team had no advice or recommendations on how to handle, I was on my own to decide best course of action. I was put in a very bad situation and was given no help or direction from the Taylor Team to help mitigate this strange situation. Then I bought a house with the Taylor team, agent provided almost no professional real estate feedback, he just opened the doors to see homes. Once we did go under contract, the agent asked us a few times to waive our contingency after the offer was already accepted over a week prior, which did not benefit us. After the inspection process on the home we were buying, we wanted to fix the issues ourselves, so we asked the sellers for $ at closing. Our Taylor agent advised us to lower our repair ask based off his estimates, I ended up paying an extra $5k out of pocket to make all the repairs. There s another issue that caused us to pay extra mover fees ($4k), that really should have been avoided, but the agent did not go to bat for us. Nice people, but I would not use them again or recommend them, and that s the most important indicator.

Lance laid out a few options to go forward, assisted in getting the right contractors to put the property in the best light based on our desire to maximize the sale and he indeed maximized the sale. After calling Lance, he was able to meet me at my home the next day. Then introduced me to the best contrator I have ever had the pleasure to work with(Ubaldo). I live in California and wanted to maximize the time I would be in Dallas, which was just a few days. I m overwhelmingly please with my service with the Taylor Team specifically speaking of Scott Seymour. Me and my spouse were thinking about renting a home because we had assumed we were not yet ready to buy. As we were shopping for rental homes Scott had suggested that he knew someone who would be able to assist us with a home loan. We had a few hiccups and our first purchase experience did not go as planned but at no fault to Scott and his Team, it was really due to our own financial situation that the deal did not go through. When I tell you Scott did everything in his power to help us , he went above and beyond. I need something more than AWESOME to appreciate the effort Taylor team puts in getting a smooth transition for any buyer... It was my first home search and I could not have asked any better than Lance....He takes time to understand the requirements and come up with his listing....I was impressed with him on the first meeting when we spent almost 90 min to talk through and understand what we really need.... Early morning or late evenings, he and his team is available to come for showings and best part of Lance is that he also guides us in the house on what is good and what is not rather than standing at the side and we do the heavy lifting to understand the house.....I have asked basic and silly questions and he has always answered them with a smile....
