This was our typical Lewisville Chilis experience. Sat quickly. Greeted promptly. Food came in a reasonable amount of time and tasted just as expected. It was pretty busy in there which was a welcomed sight.

Great food, great service. Great price. I ordered from the back of the menu. Lemonade, tortilla soup, smash burger with fries. $9.99 and with tips and tax, I got a bargain. The young lady was attentive but not intrusive. Really had a great time.

The Bacon Rancher Burger at this place is out of this world. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Hot, juicy, seasoned just right, with the smokiness from the grill and saltiness from the bacon. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum. Thank you for a great burger.

I hadnt been to a Chilis in over 10 years. The chili queso is definitely NOT the same. YUCK! The salsa and chips are still amazing! Had to get the OlTimer with cheese. Sadly, I wasnt expressed. Meat was burned and crispy. So much salt just couldnt choke it down. Our server was very sweet but had way too many tables and the bar. Most tables were dirty from the last guest, and the server was running table to table she couldnt take finished plates off our table. I personally felt bad for her because she was doing it all on her own. She still had a smile on her face, though! It was during the lunch hour, on a Friday, during spring break! Management should have planned better.

Fajitas, skillet queso, potato soup were pretty good. Music is a bit loud and restaurant is cold. Chips were greasy and not that crispy. Staff goofing off instead of watching the tables. Not too busy. Parking: Lots of open spots. Multiple signs warning people to lock cars and hide stuff.

Our server was sweet but kind of oblivious. Food was terrible (steak cooked wrong, potstoes tasted like feet and the broccoli had no seasoning) and she didnt seem to notice asked if we wanted boxes becuse i didnt eat my food and i said ewe no and she just moved on. Also we were 2 groups and she didnt ask if we wanted to split or anything. I ended up just paying for it all and i didnt even eat. Would recommend going just about anywhere else.

As usual I was out and about with my daughter and grandson so we decided to go to Chili s or The Pepper as my grandson calls it for lunch. We arrived, were greeted and seated in a booth as requested within 2-3 minutes. The parking lot and restaurant were clean and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant. My daughter and I ordered the 3 for me with a salad, sirloin steak I had loaded broccoli and she had loaded mashed potatoes. My grandson had the cheese quesadilla add chicken. Our food arrived in about 12 minutes but we wouldn t have noticed if it had been longer because we were each enjoying a nice-a-rita! Our steaks were cooked perfectly medium well as requested and everything tasted great. This isn t my usual Lewisville location but I can say I ll frequent this location more often.

We stopped here because it was right next door to our hotel. We didnt have much of a wait time. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We had to switch tables before our meal, and they were very kind about the switch. The food was good. Typical of what you expect from a Chilis. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My friends pasta was great. The berry teas were delicious. Not too bitter or too sweet. Our server was very attentive and helped out when my rewards werent showing up. One of the staff that brought our food double checked for me to make sure there wasnt any issue with one of the items because of a severe allergy that I have. Defined recommend them. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant contains high chairs and booster seats for small children. Nicely priced kids meals that include a drink and a side.

Ordering takeout was fast and easy. My family of 4 arrived a few minutes early, before my husband could step foot out of his car, an amazing Hostess was already their to deliver our order, she was very patient and friendliest service we received including with my kids. We can only say great things about this location at Lewisville Chilis Kid-friendliness: Have a plethora of options for kids menu and customer service is really great about kids and their mannerisms.

I had a chicken salad. The lettuce was older then me. It looked dirty in the dining area mainly because the signs on the walls were covered with greased fingerprints. Then I made the mistake of going to the restroom. For goodness sake have you ever heard of a mop. You do know the bathroom can be cleaned more then once every 10 years.

I dont usually leave reviews but I had to on this one. Let me tell you what a amazing pleasant time. I had here what a great fantastic experience. The food was really good, came out really fast. My server blessed her heart, forgot her name. She was awesome and The manager was even helping and came out and she was awesome. I had such a great experience. I definitely will be back. Id have to tell people about this place. Cause its a hidden gem. Its the way that customer should be treated. Like the old days where everybody was nice. The food was so good, management was good. I cant tell you how happy I was when I left with all the problems in the world. And all the restaurants around that dont care about their customers. And dont put the extra effort in , this place Did exactly what they said they were going to do. Serve good fast hot food with the good experience and a good atmosphere. Nice spot to enjoy a variety of burgers, salads and other entrees. Great Customer service with on point servers who make sure you are enjoying your meal. Average price of cocktails are 15 and up but has full bar so no watered down cocktails. Average price of food is 14 and up. They do have a black bean burger as a veggie burger that you can easily substitute any of the burgers on menu with. Nice for family and friends or business meetings or eating solo. Enjoy!

I did a pickup order, & my food was cold/old. I honestly think they forgot to notify me when my food was originally ready & was left out getting cold.
