Its been years since Ive been to Chuck E. Cheese, and the experience was pretty fantastic! The manager was there and helped us out. I have a special-needs daughter and two special-needs grandchildren, and we went extremely early so that way, we could have our time with fewer people there. It was quite amazing, and they really accommodated us. Its really hard to find places that will do that when you have children with special needs. #AutismAwareness #InclusionMatters #FamilyFun

I havent been to CEC since my kids were little. I took my grandbabies to this one and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and had plenty of games for kids to play. Theyve taken out a lot of the old stuff, like the ball pit, slide obstacle course and the CEC band but it was still entertaining enough. Ill take them again when theyre a little older because 2 year olds are limited to what they can do in the new improved CEC atmosphere.

I need to update my review because this Chuck E. Cheese has improved. There is always someone at the check-in. The food is fantastic, to the point that I prefer Chuck E. Cheese stuffed crust over any place. The staff does work hard, and will listen and communicate if any issues. They have a new trampoline addition for kids to play. I believe this is a very good Chuck E. Cheese and wanted to update my review.

Pamela did an amazing job with our party group! She made sure the kids and adults were taken care of! Honestly if it wasn t for her, we would be running around like crazy. We are doing a mini trip with our kids here from out of town, we have the summer pass and decided to stop at this location and it did not disappoint. The facility was clean, bathrooms were well kept, games worked, staff were friendly and food was fresh and delicious. Our kids had so much fun, definitely would return here if ever back in the area.

This used to be a fun nostalgic fantasy filled place for children of all ages, but since the update it has become a hollow shell of what it once was. Its lost its pizazz, charm, and overall uniqueness and has been replaced with lifeless LED screens that you can find pretty much anywhere. It now resembles a standard play place instead of an animated type of traditional pizzeria arcade youd see in a cartoon. These changes are saddening but whats done is done, theres no going back...

My 4 year old son wanted to go..Great timing when it first opens in the morning(I call it toddler hours lol) He really had fun being able to play all the games he wanted with no wait. Pizza was delicious.. The Salad bar..I wish had more selections but it was still nice and fresh. The place was also nice and clean. Me and my boys really enjoyed our visit. Thanks

The food isnt bad - not like, AMAZING, but better than I expected anyway. The main reason Im writing is because EVERY time we come here, we have an AMAZING experience. The employees are always so kind to me and my daughter. Today, we were the only ones there and my daughter asked where Chuck E was. An employee overheard and told me she would go wake Chuck E up. Just for my kid! The employees seem to be enjoying themselves and it just makes it a fun experience. Bonus, this location has an Octonauts ride. Thats the reason we drive from Denton, lol.

This is the Second year we did a birthday party there in Lewisville and it was awesome. Pam was our host and she did an amazing job last yr and this yr... I just wish they had two of the toys they have on display found a different one but had to pay difference . But all n all a great experience for 7 yr old boys part. We went to the Lewisville Chuck E. Cheese for my son s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Pam was our birthday host for the party and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was excellent! It was a great time for the kids and she made it an easy and entertaining time for the adults as well. All the recommendations for Pam. The facility was also very clean and easy for the kids to play all the things that they wanted. Only not 100% thing was there was a long line for the prizes at the end, but even that wasn t bad. I have nothing but good things to say.

I went to a birthday party at this location and Pam was the birthday part host. She was so friendly and wonderful!!! Pam did an outstanding job with the guest and the birthday boy! Pam went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of! Pam was very profesional, kind and so polite! It was a wonderful experience! The bathrooms were amazing! I have a one year old and I always have to use the diaper changing station, I was so happy to see the paper covers at the diaper changing station! It was the first time I ve ever seen them fully stocked! I was very impressed and overall I can tell they take good care of this location! Very clean, friendly staff and wonderful experience.

The experience would have been good expect for this sloppy looking girl with a dark brown untamed curly hair ponytail, glasses, and no make up on, she looked like a teen. This employee was sooo rude, and had an attitude problem. Employee had a horrible sour face, the entire time we were there. When I first asked her if they had eggs at the salad bar, with an unfriendly tone she said no, we havent had in any for a long time. Then I asked for oh, really, since when? She answered with an attitude and annoyed tone, since the price of eggs went up. I later asked this employee for salt and she said that if I wanted salt to go get it myself and and pointed towards some area, I was like what? She was like yeah we have salt sharkers by where you pick up your food. I didnt know where that had been because my husband had ordered and picked up the food as well. Then at the end of the night when it was time to go, again she still in the front, she is now managing the prize station, she was sooo ugly with my children! Employee was practically cutting them off and not even really giving them options, my daughter said she wanted a ring and she grabbed a red ring and put it on the counter, then my daughter said she had preferred a purple color and this lady got mad! Well, this employee spent the whole 5 minutes making us uncomfortable and rushed. At the very end we were like 5 points short for a 100 point prize that my 3 year old wanted and she refused to give it to him, she didnt care and she was like no he doesnt have enough, and I was like come on, its just a couple points, and she was like NO. I finally asked for a manager and she said, I am the manager. I was like well, I want to speak to your manager and she was like there is nobody else here you can talk to. I asked for her name and she said it was Bianca. I dont know if she was lying or not about her name or being a manager, if she indeed is a manager there she is the most unprofessional sloppy looking manager I have ever seen in my lfe, I have a super hard time believing that this person would ever be put in a manager position. Either way, if another manager sees this and wants to investigate who it was, this all happened today, Mothers day 2023, and we were the last family to leave, and if you think we lingered around after closing this was not the case. You can take a look at the video, you will see that pretty much immediately when it was announced that it was closing time, we gathered our things and walked to the prize window. *Update: I was contacted by the GM of the store and was given an apology and was notified that they would look into the matter. I feel that my complaint was listened to and addressed.

I love seeing kids playing games and running around and how the kids have fun and how the staff work so hard. I love that they added some new games, kids usually play the minion game a lot. Vegetarian options: There are salads and a some other things that vegetarians would enjoy. Parking: There is plenty of parking but that depends how busy it is, if its really busy itll be kind of hard finding a parking. Kid-friendliness: Its really good I love that there are a lot of good games and that there is good food and everything is kidz bop and that theres a lot of kid friendliness. Wheelchair accessibility: There are some areas in the parking lot where there are wheelchair accessible places and inside its only one story so someone in a wheelchair doesnt have to worry about there being stairs.

We visited for the first time since the remodel and it was a great experience! The manager is friendly & welcoming and the kids enjoyed the new ticketless system of playing. Nice place to take younger children to explore and play games. This location is smaller than the others Ive visited, but it is definitely the cleanest! We went on a weeknight and both my 8 year old and 4 year old had a blast playing without the chaos and noise of a larger crowd we may come across on a weekend. We come here at least twice a month and order out pizza at least 4 times a month. I m very upset that today when I went in to pick up my party pack for my sons birthday, when I turned around and walked out my daughter who was watching from the car saw the 2 workers behind the counter laughing and making fun of the way I was apparently walking. If you re going to make fun of very good paying customers, I would double check to make sure no one else is watching as I will not step foot back at this location! It doesn t bother me, but when my 14 year old daughter sees and gets upset I have a very big problem with that. Do better CEC, this place is for kids, not for employees to act like one!

We really enjoyed my sons 4th birthday party at the Chuck E Cheese in Lewisville. He had been asking us to have it here and we were a little apprehensive as things were still opening up from the pandemic. The experience was great from the start. I was able to book everything online which was a huge plus. I even wanted to change our party package and was easily able to do that leading up to the party. We arrived early to setup and were quickly greeted by our assigned birthday party server who was amazing. She insisted that she set everything for us! She actually had some of their stuff in terms of decoration already out but we brought our own and she quickly swapped it all out. She communicated with all our guests as they arrived and allowed us to really enjoy our sons day! He had a blast with all his friends and loved the ticket blaster! Great 5 star experience!

I had my son s first birthday party yesterday . Starting from the time I walked in I got bad vibes . I had to wait 15 minutes before the manager gave me my table so I ended up being a little behind with setting up for my party. I brought my own table cloths and plates etc , and one of the staff members had an attitude with me when I told him I didn t want the Chuck E. Cheese themed plates , table cloth etc . I was given a party host whom might as well have been mute the entire time . She had no idea what she was doing. When it was time to sing happy birthday , I nor the rest of my party could hear any directions she was giving and she just looked miserable over all . The womens restroom was also not working , leaving the entire building to use one restroom. I should of booked another location because this event was overall very sad and upsetting .

Great party space for the kids. Theres even an area for toddlers. They mark your arm with a probably unsanitary stamp. The alternative is a stamped sticker. Thank goodness. I told the staff it was our first time there and they were more than happy to assist me and my family. We enjoyed ourselves.

This location REALLY needs to be upgraded. All the attractions are either grimy/dirty or broken. The games are all rigged and everything is over priced. The staff wasnt very friendly. I wouldnt come here at all if it wasnt that my kid asked for it for his birthday. Even the pizza lost its old charm and flavor.

Fun for kids. Great summer deal. You can choose from three different plans: a 30-minute, a 60-minute, and a 120-minute per week. The plans come with free perks. I chose the 120-minute per week plan. It came with a free pizza, two reusable drink cups, 1,000 tickets at the start, and other things. The pizza is pretty good. My kids had so much fun that they didnt want to leave even after around three hours playing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We went for my nephew s birthday party on a Saturday evening. Everything was perfect for a child s bday party and my kids had a blast playing games and just being kids. The reason for my review is because of a lady on staff named Pam. What a wonderful woman!! She was all over the place - dancing with Chuck E and the kids, helping serve the food and drinks, bagging trashes, cleaning bathrooms and all while having a beautiful attitude and desire to do her best for not only the customers but the company. What an amazing woman to have on your staff!! Keep up the great work Miss Pam - great things are coming for you!!

This place is great! I don t have kids but joined my sister and her kids for games and pizza. It s so clean! I m blown away by how well-maintained the machines are, like the staff go to the machines and make sure they re in proper order. The staff are incredible! So kind and welcoming, wonderful with the kids, attentive to everyone s need. Had just the best time. Thanks y all.

This store went above and beyond! We booked our twin boys 5 year old party here. We chose the vip time between 9-11 on Sunday. The manager was very accommodating. He was willing to make it sensory friendly just like on sensory Sunday s. My autistic twins didn t cry once from being overwhelmed. Pam was our party host and she s been the best host we ve ever had at Chuck E. Cheese (and we ve done 10 of these between my eldest and the twins). I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a stress free birthday party and for all parents of children on the spectrum!!
