Waitress got my order wrong and said she could not fix her mistake. Came back with saying someone else told her I had to stay with the mistake cause they don t fix errors. Very bad service! Also didn t bring napkins and none on tables! Also same mistake was made on my husbands plate as well. We order taco of a certain meat and was brought something else. And that s what could not be fixed horrible!!

Avoid, and save your money! Avoid and save your money! Due to their high star rating, I went to this place to place an order to take home, but it was a big mistake. It wasnt that busy. I thought Id be in and out in no time. There were about 3 tables with customers at various points of their dining experience. My take out order took about an hour to finally be delivered to my table. While I was waiting, another lady had arrived after calling in her order. She still had to wait about 30 minutes. She wasnt very pleased. I confirmed my order with the cashier and paid using a credit card. Expect a 3% service fee and the option to leave a tip. Upon arriving home we took out our food and sauces from the bags. The charro beans and salsa sauce containers were very well wrapped in saran wrap to avoid spilling. Unfortunately, Carnitas Tapatio got our entire order wrong. The wrong fillings were in our tiny-sized tacos. Worse, the flavor of the fillings, sauces and charro beans were lacking. Sadly, the flavor was bland to a light Tex-Mex style of a flavor. With an approximate $35 price tag paid for a meal for 2 people, I recommend you just buy your own ingredients and cook at home. *May God forgive them & bless them, for they know not what they do. ---- Spanish Because of its high star rating, I went to this place to place a take home order, but it was a big mistake. Went to get a pond of mixed carnitas. They were good. I tried the nopalitos as a side because they had just ran out of rice. To my taste or liking, I really didnt care much for them. I would definitely not get them as a side again. Thats just to my liking. I bet they will taste goog to someone else.

You will excuse the rating, but the carnitas do not live up to their name. The meat should not be shredded or in broth. The presentation is terrible, it doesnt make you want to return. The chicharrón they serve is the fat with which the butter is removed to make the carnitas and they stew them with the beans, which certainly taste bad. The sauces are horrible If anyone from Michoacan visits them, they fail them.

I guess that the only explanation for this place getting four stars is Laredos low expectations. Everything we tried was just ok. For 45 dollars you would expect a lot better. Now I like the more exotic Mexican food but I cant get into the carnitas here. They are just lacking in flavor. They also didnt bring us napkins and the salsas were without flavor. Its not horrible but I would not eat here again. I gave it two chances.

Came in to place my order and to my surprise, I got charged a fee of 4% for using my card, I noticed it after they charged me without telling me, cashier then pointed to a torn up and worn out paper and explained that there is a charge. After receiving my order to go, I noticed that I was given a kids meal, but instead was told that it was what I had ordered.. Food was so below average, that I technically wasted almost 30 dollars on 3 kid meals. I will never come back here again, no wonder the place was so empty and the staff looked sad. Brisket tacos were reheated, the salsa is ok as it is Pace picante sauce. The ovacado sauce was also packaged.
