They have really great prices here the IPAs that I usually get are two dollars cheaper here than anywhere else and they have a huge selection. I m seeing stuff I haven t even heard about before.

Terrible prices. Terrible customer service, looks like they sit on a ton of product. Tried to buy 2 tequilas that have been there for probably 8 yrs and they offered a 5% discount on only 1 when both had major evaporation. I looked them up and total wine had the same bottles at $50 saving on each. No price match. They do not have a good business model.

Came to this location looking for a specific beverage. Walked in and asked the guy at the counter where it is, and he pointed to the cooler. I walk to the cooler (which is directly in front of the checkout counter) to look at the selections. They had varieties I had not seen before, so I took my time looking at them. While looking, another employee comes around the corner and not so discreetly acts like he s looking for something, but really just watching me. I continue to take my time, because I m spending money, and he eventually walks away. I make my selections and turn to walk up to the counter to pay, and both are staring at me and watching. Literally, if anyone else was in the store they could ve taken whatever, because the were so focused on me. I will definitely not spend my money here, and if you re a brown person who isn t Indian, I suggest you don t either since apparently we need to be watched so closely. There are too many other places to go in DFW to deal with obvious prejudice. Too bad zero stars isn t an option

I have never had any problems. Reliable and Yankee style friendly (read: not fake but not warm) which suits me just fine. I dont shop for expensive liquors in a highway side strip mall, so I dont know what the other folks are talking about. The unfortunate souls who mention race in their review need to grow up or realize theyre telling on themselves. I would encourage the owner not to let white boomers get him down.

Online it said call and reserve for a bottle of blantons. Did not mention that you must spend $4,000 to be eligible to buy the allocated liquor. The guy at the front counter said show me where it says call and reserve online which he didn t believe me, and I showed him and asked why do you have that if you need $4000 worth points and he just said need points.

Great prices and very friendly, helpful staff.I love going in there and knowing everyone s names! To the guy who previously complained on Yelp about the prices....where do you usually get your liquor? Steal it from Mommy and Daddy s liquor cabinet. It costs to enjoy liquor, son. Also - I wonder how how inexperienced you are when you claim that you tried to return it. Return liquor???? How wet behind the ears are you???? Trust me - this is a GREAT place.

Exorbitant prices and untrustworthy managers. Bought a bottle I had been looking for in excitement. Looked it up and realized overpaid by a mile. Tried to return 5 minutes after buying it. Manager tried to tell me it was illegal to refund liquor sales. Clear lie. They do have a no refunds sign.

The cashier Edwardo is very unfriendly.....if you are standing at the counter he doesnt greet you just says yeah. I use to visit this place often when I lived in the area but wouldnt recommend it now. He gave me the wrong item and i didnt realize it until I made it home. I went back to the store and all he did was gave me the total for the one I initially wanted.

Great selection and helpful staff. Gift boxes with bonuses (glasses, dominoes, etc) are the same price as the regular bottles for the same size. Much prefer it to the big box stores.

They have Awesome selection at both locations with wonderful staff and amazing customer services. All the time staff welcomes everyone with a great smile. I used to go to Lewissville location and now start going to Cypress waters location which is really near to me. I am really amazed with their less prices, even for the allocated stuffs too. Highly recommended for low prices, good service and super selection. We are always welcome to order anything. One word for both locations is Perfect . Thanks to open another location near to me.

I used to like visiting this store. But recently new ownership took place. Today I visited and a young Middle Easterner man (I assume the owners son because Ive seen him in the store with an older man) was at the counter. He was on his cell phone talking to someone loudly in his native language. He never once addressed me but rang me up while continuing to talk on his phone. That is just rude. Sam hasnt been there the last 4 times Ive visited.

Unfriendly staff. I was alone in the store, aside from what seemed to be a friend of the cashier, and wasnt asked if I needed help once. Moreover, the gentleman that was on the floor was too busy chatting it up with a friend, despite me obviously searching for a particular item. Upon checking out, the associate barely acknowledged me and replied in a short, rude way, as if my presence there bothered him. Will not return to this establishment.
