We are frequent flyers and today was extra rewarding, not only were we greeted and welcomed but the service was superb! My wife placed an online order at 5:30pm and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for pickup. We arrived at 5:50 and our food wasnt started. They quickly started my order for a hot sandwich and informed me it would be a couple minutes before the could start my wifes as she ordered a gluten free sandwich and they needed to clean the slicer and the work surfaces after they finished their current orders. This seemed reasonable to me so I sat down to wait. I continued to wait while they served 6 people who walked in after me plus an unknown amount of online orders. At 6:20 an employee came over and asked what I was waiting for. When I told her she got one of the other employees work on my wifes sandwich but they did not clean the slicer, or the work surface. Overall, I will never go back to this location and I recommend anyone with food sensitivities stay away as well. They clearly havent been well trained or they dont care. That coupled with the almost hour wait for two sandwiches while they served everyone else is completely unacceptable. Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

This place is killer, came in on a super busy Sunday (line to the door) staff was fantastic, working well together and keeping everything together. For how busy it was we were in and out fast. Line was amazingly clean for slamming out sandwiches like record labels slam out mediocre music. The manager (whose name skips me but she s got lightly colored hair and is amazing) seemed to keep everything running so smooth. For a crew absolutely drowning in bread crumbs and cheese they work so good together and deserve praise. The food here is always good no matter when we come in but especially with how busy this crew was Parking: Tons of spaces right by Tesla supercharger

I have a very particular order with 10 modifications with less of some ingredients and extra of others. I ve worked fast food before and know how much extra time is taken for these orders. I order online and add the modifications in the notes sections to let them know I m sorry for being so pedantic and particular and nitpicky about my order but when I got my sandwich I saw this written on the outside and it made me feel like less of a burden when I order my sandwich where almost every part of it is modified.

I have been to this location several times and have always been treated well and left with a smile on my face. THIS evening, however, was the opposite experience. I was made to feel reprimanded when I said I wanted one of my (giant for $18) sandwiches the way it comes but without tomatoes. I won t bore you with the encounter, but I was uncomfortable enough that I approached another employee that I recognized and asked for that employee s name. Imagine my surprise when I was told that his name was Ben, and he was the general manager. While I was speaking to the other employee, Ben approaches with my other (2nd) hot sandwich and very sarcastically says have a nice day. In case you didn t catch it, my hot sandwich was so not hot. Feel bad for the employees here as the vibe was completely opposite of what I have witnessed in the past. I will return, but if I see Ben, the general manager, I will walk right out. Thanks for making me feel dumb and for providing me with a cold hot sandwich

OVERPRICED! I ordered the original Philly with mushrooms in regular size (6 inches), almost $11.00. The sandwich had a good taste. However, the lack of onions, peppers, and mushrooms, along with the small size of the sandwich, made it unworthy of the cost! When a giant (large) sandwich that is basically the same as a Subway footlong is $16.00 plus dictates a no-brainer to go to a sit-down restaurant. Add chips and a drink, and a sit-down restaurant is definitely a better value.

Rudest experience i have ever had in my life by an employee by the name Eric a Caucasian male with glasses and long hair. I have been coming to this place for years not only that I order Uber eats regularly. This man tried to belittle me by raising his voice and raising his hands to me and cursing at me then asking me what do i want to do keep in mind i am a female hes taking off his glass and hat threatening to hit me actung really aggressive like he completely snapped by my presence. All because I asked for a hot sandwich and they didnt ask me if I wanted it mikes way... I wanted to add pickles and because I asked for pickles and other toppings after he let six people cut me I got screamed at. The joke of a manager Ben came out with the same energy I do not recommend eating at this establishment they are rude, miserable and disrespectful and petty miserable men who act like violent thugs. I love the fresh sandwiches here, the jerseys way, the jalapeño Vickie s chips, and the pure leaf lemon iced tea sold here. The problem I ve had there is that a few times I ve called ahead to order a sandwich for take out and it s never ready when I arrive; they just forget to do it. The girls are always chatting and seem more interested in their chat than serving the customer. I love their food but the staff is not up to par with the best quality customer service unfortunately.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Jersey Mikes Sub that left a sour taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, it wasnt due to the quality of their sandwiches. The incident involved the manager reprimanding an employee for going over weight limits on sandwich meat right in front of me and other customers, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. As a result, I cannot recommend this establishment based on this unseemly behavior. First and foremost, let me be clear that I understand the importance of maintaining standards and addressing employee issues promptly. However, it is equally crucial for managers to handle such matters with discretion and professionalism. Regrettably, this was not the case during my visit. The managers conduct was inappropriate. Instead of taking the employee aside or finding a private location to address the matter, they decided to confront them in full view of the customers. This approach was not only unprofessional but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. It was disheartening to witness the employee being humiliated and reprimanded in such a public manner. The lack of privacy in handling internal matters demonstrated a clear disregard for the employees well-being and dignity. This unprofessional behavior not only affected the employees morale but also left a negative impression on me as a customer. It made me question the managements competence and their ability to create a positive work environment. Furthermore, the incident disrupted the overall dining experience. Instead of focusing on enjoying my meal, I found myself feeling uneasy and distracted by the scene. Witnessing the managers unprofessional conduct tainted my perception of the entire establishment, making it difficult to fully appreciate the food and the efforts of the other staff members. While I acknowledge that everyone can have an off day, it is crucial for managers to handle sensitive matters in a discreet and respectful manner, especially in front of customers. Unfortunately, the managers actions at Jersey Mikes Sub completely overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit, leaving me with a negative impression that I cannot overlook. Based on this incident, I cannot recommend Jersey Mikes Sub to others. Until the management addresses their lack of professionalism and ensures that employees are treated with respect, I believe there are better alternatives available. For any upper management reading this the incident took place 5/12/23 and the Manager was a white male with blonde hair and beard

I love the sandwiches but the staff needs improvement. I ordered lunch for curbside (7/9/22) and when I arrived I used the app to tell them I was there. So 10 minutes later no one showed up, I tried calling multiple times and every time it went straight to voicemail. So I waited 10 more minutes and eventually had to go in, even though I had a baby in the car which is why I chose to do curbside. I found that they had it ready on time but the manager told the employees not to bring it out because they were under staffed. I dont care how low staffed they are, it only takes 2 minutes to walk outside or they could have at least called me to let me know. By the time I got it home my hot sandwich was cold and and they got my order wrong also. I am done with this location if thats how they wsnt to run things.

Over the weekend I visited this store, and I had some concerns about the amount of time it took me to get my sandwich. However, after speaking with the GM (Ben) the following week, he explained to me the staffing issues their store and many others in the area have been struggling with for a while now. He was extremely understanding with my concern and took the time to explain and make things right. The whole experience reminded me to have patience with business that are doing our best to serve us. There was no issue with the food itself, it was great. If you do experience longer than usual wait times, be sure to reach out to the manager to find out the issue, and you may be surprised that they are going through a lot as well. So I will be coming back to eat here and I hope that the staffing issue in our communities is resolved soon.

The #42 is always delicious. But the customer service at this location is not good. Often. I was ignored by 2 different employees who looked me directly in the eye and did not say a word. One walked straight into the back of the store. This was 3pm on a Sunday. The only other employee was on the register. He also walked in the back. There were 4 maybe 5 employees in the back laughing and playing around. After a few minutes, someone finally came out and was rude, as if I was bothering her... ?? Sandwich was finally finished after 10 minutes!! All employees were in the back! As my sandwich was getting cold wrapped up laying on the counter. I had to actually go ask if my sandwich was ready! The staff was overwhelmed but we were the only two in the shop. The floors weren t swept and the fridge was almost empty. The lady making our sandwiches was more focused on telling us that other people were supposed to be there and that she wasn t going to work any extra that she lost focus making our food and made our order poorly. This location has been getting slower and slower. Today I called in an order to avoid delays and upon my arrival it wasnt ready. They said it would be a few minutes and they were really busy....hmmmm 1 person was leaving as I arrived. There was 1 person eating and another had just finished her order. While waiting a doordash guy walked in and his order wasnt ready either. There were about 6 orders waiting for someone to arrive. While waiting they forgot about me not once but twice...finally a person rushed my order. I think its time for a management shake up. I wont be coming back for a while and recommend that if you want a sandwich..go somewhere else. Firehouse is across the freeway, Which-wich is down the street and HEB has Antoines. Jimmy Johns and Thundercloud are about 8 minutes down the freeway. Really disappointed

Walked in some girl asked me my order in Kyle Jersey Mikes, there was only one other customer that had ordered before me. I noticed the girl as people walked in she asked what they wanted wrote their orders down but never wrote mine. Then as I waited 30 minutes now they were taking order after order & I still didnt have my plain old regular turkey & provolone. They took 5 more people at this time everyone but mine was prepared. Went up to counter & asked a tall thin young man at cashier where mine was he made me pay however, it still wasnt made. Overall horrible experience he then told a guy to make mine. Do not order online. They use postmates who will double charge you at different locations and then refuse to refund you for their mistake. I have been going here for years and it has always had great service but today, they took the great service and made it better. I ordered the usual mini club on wheat but it was extra small and I noticed as I always order this. Well, Paige H. also noticed this and went out of her way to make another sandwich for me and apologized that it was not up to their standard. I never leave reviews but her kindness and awareness of quality customer service did not go unnoticed by me. It might just be a sandwich but beyond that it was a kind, genuine gesture for a stranger she didnt know. Very disappointed with my sub tonight. If I wanted bread with a few slices of melted cheese, I would have made it at home. I ordered a Rueben and there was almost nothing in between the bread. The staff, all young men, were not practicing safe food handling.... I asked about manager to complaint but young fella working cash register and prepping sandwiches with same gloves on said manager, Nate, was not there. After seeing one worker cut meat, cook on grill, and get items from storage with no change of gloves, another cash register, finish adding items to sandwiches and get bags of chips from back all with same gloves on, and third guy sweep and get items from back with same gloves on, ... My thinking is your company is cheap on shopping gloves or these had no training health safety training, and your shop should be reported to health dept. I told cashier to please change gloves after ringing up the customer before me. I did not want my two sandwiches touched without a change of gloves. Restaurants, cafes, fast-food places want the public to do business with the current health climate but your poor safety practices will promote issues of COVID-19...
