Re: Pack-N-Mail, They provide much better service than USPS. I travel a lot for a living and have need of a PO Box. At first, I tried one of the local post office boxes and some of my personal mail was lost more than once, including the results from my very expensive DNA test. After several attempts at trying to track my package, I just gave up because I was beginning to develope a postal attitude towards USPS. After trying and trying to resolve the issue of my very important mail, I gave up on USPS, and went back to the service I used before that provided good customer service and a safe place to hold my important mail until I can come back to town to check my box. I highly recommend any Pack-N-Mail over and above USPS.ljj

Pre package to shipping, I like them because they check shipping prices for UPS to FedEx to USPS. Saves us so much time not having to go to 3 different places. Pre shipment label already paid they will ask if we need a receipt.

Im usually mailing pre-paid stuff, so I dont know much about their prices, but the guys at Pack N Ship are always very courteous, helpful and assist me in getting my business done quickly. Theyre WAY better than the post office! Plus, if I forget any supplies, they have everything there so I can just pick it up without going to an office or box store.

I have used a LOT of packing and moving services in the last couple of years after moving to North Carolina, and this is the only review I would even bother to write because these people are that good. My sister used this Pack N Mail to completely pack and ship up a very old and irreplaceable China set from England with a different set of water goblets, and I had very low expectations of any of it making it, well was I wrong. After opening two huge boxes of a 24 piece china set I could NOT believe that none of the pieces were broken! Each piece was wrapped with absolute meticulous care and all the pieces had ample space apart from each other with LOADS of peanut foam, they all made it! The only thing that didnt make it completely was some water goblets, and that is because, although they were wrapped well, they didnt have the foam peanuts, so this is not a big deal, when 3 of the china boxes made it with no breaks! UNBELIEVABLE going half way across the US. Hats off to YOU Pack N Mail, and for those looking for a place you can trust that will do everything in their power to get your stuff sent on a long journey with a chance, then these are the ones you wanna use!

I mailed two cards from that location that have never made it to two different addresses. I wouldnt trust them with anything again and plan to file a complaint with the Postal Service for investigation.

Went in for fingerprints and ended up talking about the mail sevices they have. Larry was AWESOME! Really funny and very knowledgeable about the products they have. What a great employee, I hope management takes notice if and when a promotion is available.
