Service has been horrible this season along with the images taken. BHS needs a redo of a service with another company. Tom never responds to my inquiries nor send my images every week as supposed to.

We had the opportunity to use Phlox this past lacrosse season in Cypress. JoAnn was phenomenal!!! If you have any photography needs in the Houston area, try them out!

Love Phlox! Tom and his team never disappoint with their awesome action shots of my son on the field. Weve also done a couple of photoshoots, which came out beautifully. The new studio in Cypress is stocked with new tech lighting, dressing rooms with lighted makeup mirrors, and plenty of space! Highly recommend!!

Phlox has done an amazing job of capturing my child during athletic games. They capture action shots and sideline/dugout shots that truly capture the moment. When purchasing, I knew that I was getting the standard resolution downloads, and I couldn t be happier with the quality and timeliness of delivery. Jo Ann Nowak and Carmen Agnew are two of the photographers from Phlox that I highly recommend.

Tom Dendy of Phlox Photography is not someone to be trusted, especially with taking photos of your children in school activities. I paid him a substantial amount of money to take photos of my son during his senior year in varsity football in the fall so that I could just watch and enjoy the games. We agreed that I would get the original digital files of the photos. I was not interested in any prints. Navigating the website is a bit complicated, not user friendly at all. Resetting passwords does not seem to work well and so after the season I wanted to get all the photos. I contacted Tom to get the original files as agreed and he said I could get the Hi Res photos off the site. The Hi Res photos were only about 3 mb jpg files and not originals as agreed. I asked what the original file sizes were and he would not tell me.He told me he would try to find them and I waited for some time, reaching out to him many times via email. He finally agreed to put all the photos in a gallery for download then later changed his mind and refunded my money and said I could just pay standard prices for his Hi Res photos of my son off his site. Now that the season is over, my opportunity is over to take these photos or have a reputable photographer do it. A guy who does this is not to be trusted.
