I ordered an online order. Then I went to the speaker and made the whole line. When I arrived at the place of payment a lady scolded me for not using the speaker, which I did. I understand that sometimes there are errors and there may have been a failure on their part in not having my order ready, I have no problem with that, the problem is in the attitude of the lady who attended me since she was very despotic, rude and in a slightly high tone, I only ask that you try to improve your service. I m paying for it, I m not asking for something for free, far from it, so good service is the least I can ask for.

Food average. Service lacking, which seems to be the standard for this chain. You would think that if you show up off peak lunch hours that the food would be hot and fresh, not so much. Recommend searching for better options.

We (4 people) ordered inside & ate inside because my Grandson wanted to go inside. The ordering kiosk was nearly inoperable but, finally after a few trys we were able to order our food. The playground was closed because it was after 9pm but, the mgrs daughter was playing inside it by herself. It took a bit longer than normal to get our food. The mgr approached us & laid our receipt on the table & said oh, youre eating in! After about 20 minutes the food came out. My Big Mac was OBVIOUSLY made ahead of time & was dried out. The ketchup dispensers were empty. After a bit, the same mgr came by our table & said the doors would be locked & the lights will go off in about 10 minutes. So we finished up & left. I wont be back

Please avoid this location. The quality has dropped tremendously. Everything was bland. I dont taste anything from their nugget or chicken sandwich. Surprisingly, that they have the quality control but yet produce such bad food. On top of everything, we ordered Fish-O-Filet on a different day, a month apart, both times they didnt put tar tar sauce and cheese in the sandwich. I hope the manager of this location does something about their quality soon.

Ordered from them several times, all are wrong, the last one just made me decide I was going to never order from this location at all. I paid extra for some extra sauces, and not only did they give me zero (not even the standard 3 that come with what I got), but also, EVERY single aspect of what I did get felt stale. Only got 2 stars because I cant comment on the atmosphere. From what I experienced from a delivery aspect, 1/10 would not repeat.

This is by far the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Went through the drive-thru the lady taking my order could barely understand English and as such could not get my order right ,I had to repeat my order 4 to 5 times before I just decided to give up and go inside. Once inside I decided to order on the kiosk and I was halfway through swiping my gift cards to pay when the kiosk just voided my transaction. Went to the desk to reorder and the staff member missed three of my items on my original order. So as they were making my order I went back to the kiosk and ordered the items that they missed upon getting my second order One of the staff members walked over to my table and started looking at my receipt and assumed that I had either tried to steal or taken the wrong order and I had to convince her that no I had to order two separate orders because they messed up my order at the counter. All in all I spent about 45 minutes to an hour just trying to order and get food I will not be going back to this location even though its the closest option

We ordered a 20 piece nuggie a large sweet tea and a coffee around 10:20 pm we only got a 10 piece nuggie and the tea was badly tampered with, it tasted like coffee was mixed into the tea not only that but we had to throw the tea away since it was inedible. The coffee was good, tho( only reason there is a star)

I have been there 10 times and they have gotten my order wrong 10 times. I absolutely do not like cheese and I tell them to please keep the cheese and give it to someone else. They put cheese on it every single time. This last time was the last time I will ever set foot on this McDonalds. Did my normal drive thru order with NO CHEESE I go pay and drive to the window to get my food. I pulled to a parking spot to check and guess what there is cheese on my burger. I pulled back around to ask them if they can make my food like I asked please they said yes. I pulled to the window where you pay the gentleman took my burger and told me to pull forward and get my new hamburger. I go to the next window and they told me that I have to give them the old hamburger before I can get my new burger. After interrogation at the next window about where the other hamburger went they finally released the burger that I ordered 10 minutes later. I will never purchase from this McDonalds again worst staff always.

This is my fav McDonalds not just because it is the closest to me. The staff there are always super friendly and the one day I had a problem with the app, they immediately got me squared away without a problem. Also, they truly have the best sodas of all of the McDonalds in the area. I don t know why or how, you ll just have to trust me - I know my Dr. Pepper and their s is better than the other McDonalds in town. And FYI - the app really will save you money. They don t give me anything extra to say that but I go there a fair amount and I can tell you that if that is the case for you as well, download the app. But make sure you close it out after you use it so it doesn t glitch on you the next time you use it and say you have to wait 15 minutes to use it again.

I never thought I would write a review about this place because I would always just let it go, but I m absolutely done with the level of service. Anytime there is an issue it is handled unprofessional and the employees will basically smile and laugh while handling it as if you aren t upset and deserve any actual care about your concerns. They will refuse to believe they are wrong in the issues and just wait it out until you don t care anymore and leave. I have had issues with one man in the drive through calling me cute and asking me if I had a boyfriend REPEATEDLY and even that I just let go. This place is horrible, I have worked in customer service for years and would never be able to get away with acting the way they act towards customers. No care or concern for people at all.

I ordered three coffees and was told to go to the drive-thru reserved zone. They only took orders from the customers behind me, who then received their food and left. This McDonalds consistently hires employees that cant speak adequate English and consistently get orders wrong. They have no problem taking your money but consistently fail to include everything you order. The people working the drive thru are rude and could care less if youre getting what you order and pay for. Im sure this will be taken down or totally ignored, but as my husband reminded me if no one says anything youll think nothing is wrong. You need to really check your management and make sure your records are correct just in case someone comes to check on your hiring process, kinda interesting that so many of your employees cant speak english.
