I got my undergrad diploma framed in March 2020, right before Covid happened and forgot to pick it up after almost 3 years. I finally stopped by and Keith, the owner, greeted me warmly and went to the storage closet and brought it out for me. He didn t have my contact info so he couldn t reach out to me. One of the best kept secrets in Spring, Tx. I was looking for a framing company to help me get a hugh picture ready for hanging. Melissa and Keith were fanstistic to work with. Not only did they give me pointers on the best way to hang the picture, but they also suggested covering the back so little critters wouldnt chew on the back side of the picture. Melissa covered the back of the picture and Keith provided the correct hardware to assist with hanging the pic. By the way, did I mention this was my first time visitng PWCF. In a time in which exceptional customer service is lacking Melissa, Mary and Keith are rare treasures. From your first encounter with this amazing team you feel like a cared for family member. I had an old picture from 1950 of my parents wedding that was badly damaged (corner missing and rips throughout). We wanted it as part of our memory table at our recent wedding. Not only did they restore it to pristine condition they provided me with extra copies that I had not requested. Their love of their craft and their customers shines bright. I have had the most amazing experience with this company. When my husband was alive they worked with him tediously for months on some amazing artwork that he wanted to frame and I have it hung in my living room as well. When I went back to frame some pictures from him on the one-year anniversary last week, they were so kind and spoke with me for almost an hour about my husband and worked with me amazingly to get these pictures beautifully framed. I couldn t speak more highly of them, and the work they do. It is so professionally done and one of the photos that my husband framed, the picture came down when my son and I were moving, and they came out and picked up the photo, brought it back to their store, and fixed it and brought it back to me for no charge! I can t wait to see the photos that they are currently working on, and I will definitely always be bringing anything important to be framed to them! Thank y all for you re kindness and professionalism in such a tough time in my life. Great customer service and a great product. I needed a small picture framed and they showed me some really nice material and even gave me a discount. In addition, I brought in a canvas to see if i could get some extra protection layered on top of the piece but they informed me that the piece already had a layer of protection and that it was not necessary. They could ve taken advantage of me but instead they got a lifelong customer. I highly recommend this place!

I came to picture worth for some help with a project very close to me. Me and my brothers were adopted out of foster care by my uncle who raised us as his own. I called for the first time a few weeks ago and spoke to Melissa, who happens to be the general manager of the store. She was so helpful over the phone that it led me to drive 45 min just to go check out the place. The moment I walked in and was greeted, I know I picked the right place. I truly felt like I was at home. The show room is like no other. So many options to choose from. Melissa knows what she is doing. Her attention to detail is flawless, along with her expertise, kindness , just makes her the best at what she does. She more than exceeded expectations and the picture frame came out better than I could imagine. I had almost antique Chinese artwork made from Jade, shells, and carved stones and glass. some had come unglued and i had stored them away until I could find someone who could repair them and replace the glass to preserve their colors for my family in the future. We were so impressed when they called after only 2 days to let us know they had completed the repairs and work, they look brand new. So much better than I had ever hoped to see them again. Melissa and Keith are wonderful at what they do. The selection of frames and matting is fantastic. You can find something for everything. And they take the time to make sure they know exactly what you are looking for. We have had canvas art and paper lithographs framed by them as well as some family portraits. Contacted the crew at Picture Worth & explained my need: to have this high resolution picture printed, matted, framed & hand-delivered. Not only did the crew send me several mock-ups to choose from, they were incredibly communicative by email, phone & text (they even set reminders on their phone to note the time difference between Houston & Honolulu!). Melissa is a GEM! I sincerely hope to meet her one day. She texted me direct on the final day to make sure I approved wrapping & delivery schedule. Not only that but she appeased my desire to SEE the action of delivery & send me videos of the happy couple unwrapping their gift! You guys get 5 stars without question. I chose Picture Worth Framing because of all the positive reviews. They must be from friends and family members. I took 7 items to be framed on October 18th. Spent nearly 2 hours picking out colours for mats, framing, glass, and even shadow boxes. Paid nearly $2,400 up front and was told my order would be finished within 5 weeks. Six weeks later I began to worry so I called. I was told by Melissa that they were waiting on one more glass cover and that she would call as soon as it came in. I never got a call so 2 weeks after that conversation (8 weeks after my order) I called again. Again, Melissa gave me an excuse. A different frame with gold filigree came in and didnt look right so they ordered a new one. She promised my order would be ready before Christmas. Again, no calls afterwards so, AFTER Christmas, on December 27th (10 weeks after order date) I decided to physically go to the shop to pick up whatever part of my order that was ready. Nothing had been completed!!! I took all of my precious artwork back and was refunded my money.

Recent purchase by a family member of mine and there was a delay in the product due to store relocation. In addition, the store tried to contact my family member to pick up the frame which included a great achievement of mine, college diploma. Upon reciept of the product, wrong glass was used on the frame which delayed the product again. As compensation, they gave a free frame. After I reviewed my college diploma that was framed I notice small blemishes inside the gold border that looked chipped or discolored. For the price of product I would have expected better quality and service. On a positive note, establishment is Veteran owned and give a Veteran discount.

One of my favorite pieces was done by Picture Worth Custom Framing, my canvas piece that hangs in my dining room wall. I didnt even have to step foot in the shop, because this was all done electronically. I was able to select the canvas that I was looking for and the size.
