Let me just say if I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst law office you want to make business with, first I gave them a speeding ticket to take care of from 2021. It s 2024 & that speeding ticket just turned into a warrant. They claimed that they sent me an email regarding an update information about my ticket, but I NEVER received that email. On top of that I asked if you sent me an email how come you didn t CALL to confirm I received the email? Savannah s response (the manager) was that s not our responsibility to call you AFTER I PAYED THEM. This law office really needs to take in consideration what type of employees they have. Very rude, Not one single owner ship of responsibility or apologies they can admit. I ve been calling them back & forth & not one single answer, and when they do answer the phone they answer with so much animosity and very hostile. If you are reading this, this is the sign to save yourself the TIME, MONEY, and ENERGY to go with another law office that WILL solve your problems not make them WORST for you. She still calls me after to tell me I read you re review so I m not going to help you I m sorry you had to read the truth & get exposed on how you work. How I said they should REALLY take in consideration who they have as a manager and on their team.

Terrible experience. Paid for this office to take care of a traffic ticket. Not only did I pay for services I did not receive, they nearly caused my ticket to escalate to warrant due to their lack of communication with me. They did not provide information to me in any way resulting in an additional court hearing and additional court costs for non-compliance. Additionally, they ll never answer the phone, don t waste your time.

This law firm is ran by his kids. His daughter is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. They literally did nothing for my case and I paid a few thousand but when it was time to take payment his daughter was on it but when Mr. Beans clients need to speak to him hes never available. The one thing that got me was once I was done paying his son literally told me his dad wasnt my attorney anymore cause court was done with which is a lie cause Im still going to court and the court even laughed and told me I paid thousands for what cause Mr. Bean did nothing but take my money. Im left to fight this whole thing alone. As a single mom trying to make ends meet had I known what I know now I would have used that money on my kids. It would probably be better if Mr. Bean didnt have his daughter working for him. NEVER MIX FAMILY WITH WORK!!

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! I had received a ticket a while back ago and was searching around for someone who is not only affordable but also reputable. I came across Mr. Woodrow Beans law firm and instantly read the reviews. Despite what others have said in the past, I m here to say that my experience with them was quick and professional. The staff was amazing. I read reviews about a girl named Savannah being rude over the phone however when I called she was nothing but professional throughout my case and informative. If I had any questions, they would be answered within a timely manner. Thank you Mr. Bean and all the staff for making my citation dismissed.

If I could leave LESS than one star I would. This is the absolute WORST service I have ever received for a minor citation. ZERO communication on what the disposition of my citation was. I called MULTIPLE TIMES I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME OR EMAIL- no one would ever call me back. They stated that they MAILED me something but I never received anything from them! Hence the reason why I kept calling- no response, no call back, no email. I had to go to the courthouse my self to figure out what happened. Do yourself a FAVOR and DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE- it will be a waste of money.

I have been using Mr.bean services for a while now and never had any issues with anyone working at the law office, Until Friday when I spoke with savanna bean. Not only was she unprofessional but she was rude and cussed at me. She continued to speak over me and never let me say a word. I have never been yelled at through phone by someone who works at a law office. It saddens me because from here on out I will not be using Mr. Woodrow bean for any ticket services due to the lack of competency and lack of customer services skills. He needs to send her to training so she can better help his business in having respect for clients and professionalism. Please read all reviews because it seems every client calling for his services is dealt with the same RUDE reception or whatever her title may be. You are better getting serviced by another attorneys office who values the clients.

I just called to get help on a ticket and as soon as some girl picked up I heard nothing so I called back and the girl that answered was rude. She said maam you were put on hold. I was in shock as I didnt hear her say anything the first time. I called another lawyer for help with my ticket instead.

The girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and doesn t seem very knowledgeable on most matters. You re better off going elsewhere, all they do is show up for court without an attempt to get your ticket dismissed. They ll put you through DD and make you submit all your own paperwork. You can do that on your own. So, you ll pay this lawyer and still pay all of the fees, it ll be cheaper to just go on your own or pay a lawyer and staff that s actually going to work to help you and not make you submit the paperwork you already provided them, to the court again. Oh, and let me clear that up, pay for fees they never advised you about, the court had to do that once you contacted them.

Basically pay for a public attorney who will let the state have the say in what your punishment/payment will be. My advice? Hey someone else or just pick a public attorney atleast those are free for the same result. Maybe you ll get a good public attorney.

They can represent you as long as you dont have a drivers license and have lost your license because you drunk driving...but ppl that never lost their drivers license they dont do anything for...they only go the distance for those that never had any license...thats real messed up because it seems like theyd rather represent those that are out here driving thats not even supposed to be under the wheel.

Ok. So I dont ever get speeding tickets (ha!!) Well not very often (knock on wood) but when I do, I pay this guy to take care of them for me. He has been pretty good about getting them dismissed for me. I have only had to take defensive driving 1 time out of the many times I have had tickets given to me. I would highly recommend anyone trying this lawyer out. Even if you end up taking DD, it could take up to one year from the date you received the ticket, plus you never have to appear in court on your own behalf. Winning!!!

My divorce turned out far more difficult and complicated than we originally agreed. Mr. Bean came through and saw my divorce through to the end, and achieved more than I could have hoped for. He is a true shark in the courtroom, with attention to detail and confidence that shows his years of experience. he knew how to present my side even better than I did myself. 10/10 would recommend.

The worse experience anyone can have. I was exhausted chasing them, calling multiple times throughout the day because only one person supposedly knows what they are doing , getting put on hold for a minimum of 2 min. every time I called, AND having to go to court because you missed something this incompetent lawyer and office failed to notify you, and all they could do was ask are u sure your in the same address? ...... Really?!?! Never again!! Look for someone who knows exactly what they are doing and will notify you of your own case. Someone who doesnt have ignorant receptionists who have no idea what is going on. This guy does know what hes doing! Hes an ambulance chaser that is just riding his name. His dad and grandfather were good, but hes lazy. I had to pretty much do everything myself. Hes always late to court, hes never got time for his clients, I meet with his assistant more that him. Other lawyers in town make fun of this guy. Save your money and pay for a better lawyer.
