Not sure if it was an off day but I came in the shop a few weeks back on a Sunday around mid day. There was a lady and a gentleman with longer hair working. Upon walking in the gentleman seemed a bit upset by how he looked at my friends and I. We all got the vibe something stressful had just happened. The lady was busy with another customer, so it was up to the gentleman to help us out. I came in for an 18mm AC and to view the cool glass in the shop. Told him about that and asked a few questions. His answers to my questions were quick and simple which at first I was understanding of due to my belief that something serious had happened. I asked to view the 18mm ACs to which he showed me the case. He said the top row was all 18mm. Saw one I liked and asked him to grab it and confirm it was 18mm. He grabbed it quickly and handed it to me asking if I wanted anything else. Turns out he grabbed a 14mm one which I didn t catch and ended up purchasing. What really disappointed me was while he was checking me out, the lady who had finished with her customer began profusely apologizing to him about a missed order. I had thought it was an important glass delivery, but as they kept talking it turned out to just be a food delivery order. Dude was that stressed about his lunch that he barely helped my friends and I while giving me the wrong product. Gotta chill out man you work in a glass shop.

Extremely friendly staff, which is super helpful because I get nervous entering smoke stores, especially alone! I am new to edibles but the staff was able to recommend me some I fell in love with, like the Trippy- Os! If you take edibles and hate the weed-like aftertaste, these are perfect because they taste like regular Oreos, trust. Thank you so much for the helpful tips and for not making me feel clueless, haha!

I don t think I ever realized this was the same business that s on Fry St in Denton. It explains a lot about me. I have been a short term customer, only the last few years since COVID, but I have found the staff here to be incredibly helpful and more surprisingly knowledgeable about their products and glass. I would say I m a bit niche about my smoking with an enail and dab rigs and this is the only place in Denton county that has more than one person who knows what they re talking about AFAIK. They also have spare Puffco parts and several discontinued glass part bins for both erigs and enails to rummage through if you if you need something discontinued.

Sold me a broken hooka, decided to return it but the gentleman said that they dont sell broken items we check our inventory . Isnt that argumentative? Anyways I call BS. If you did check it then it wouldnt have been sold in the first place. I really wasnt going to leave a bad review because I always have a great experience here; however, the short gentlemen with long hair needs an attitude adjustment. Do better. P.s. They have some excellent cbd flower that can be bought in bulk. You can buy the kratom in bulk too. Its pretty decent kratom, however you can find better online. The cbd flower is excellent quality tho. I cant find better.

This place is legit. The employees are adherent to Texas law so dont mess around. Because they are arduous in repelling minors and offenders of the law, the price is slightly higher which should be expected. However, the central location and staff professionalism makes up for it. I would recommend this location over most others in Lewisville, TX.

Zebra Head in Lewisville is the only shop I will go to! The staff is extraordinary and are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. Im a frequent flyer there because they have the largest and BEST selection of Kratom around me at great prices. The place I went before Zebra was pretty awful. The staff always looked at me like I was an idiot when I had questions about literally anything. This will never be the case at Zebra Head. The staff here makes you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Lets put it this way. Ive been commin to this place for years & have seen it change names multiple times & i go out of my way sometimes to go here and i still go here. Reasons why are quality of the items & the service has been & is most def bodacious. They will do whatever they can to help ya find or understand the things ya need & need to know to be set up like ya need. If they dont have it they will do their best to point ya in the right direction to find it...the vibes are groovy & the bruhs and babes runnin the place are all real awesome and nice people. OH! Just moved to this area stopped by once the last three weeks to get CBD oils first to week they recommended one brand over the other on the third visit the change that and said the other brand was stronger so I changed the brands only to noticed the oil was crystallized took it back first thing out of one guy was that I burned the coil once I explained that I had not even used it the girl said that this happens if I heated it up it would work and melt into oil so I went home and tried it did not work used three different batteries. So at this point I would not return to this shop so I left the oil in the car came back it was melted but when I tried to use it I still could not get a hit so I paid $60 for and item that doesnt work but was recommended by two guys one of which had recommended the other brands on my previous visit!
