Best chicken fingers around. The service is fast, the food is good and consistent. Staff is extremely conscientious and cleaning the tables. In fact I noticed them cleaning tables as fast as people were leaving. Which is great cuz I was there during lunch time.

The absolutely most inconsistent food ever. Sometimes youll get good sized fresh tenders and good fries, and sometimes youll get shriveled up half tenders and waaay oversalted fries. At least the cashiers are usually consistent and give good service.

I get to the restaurant and I asked for a box combo and then I asked to trade out the coleslaw for extra toast and then I get charged for the toast, I didn t notice when I paid but then I sit down and my food comes and I noticed that there s only three chicken fingersand there s a coleslaw and there s two pieces of toast because I paid for extra toast, even though I had simply wanted to trade out my coleslaw for that toast, I asked the gentleman Hey, can you at least trade out this coleslaw for an extra set of fries and he proceeded to just ignore me for the rest of my experience

Hours on Google say Sunday open until 12am, also saw the Open sign on as a secondary check as I dropped off my family at home and came back. Well guess what, closed on Sunday at 11am. Hours on the door do NOT match hours posted to Google, and the Open sign the manager admitted should not have been on. No chicken for me.

This is our favorite place to bring our grandkids. They love the chicken fingers and fries. Canes sponsors Friscos Touch a Truck Event, and it was there the grandkids received a coupon for a free kids meal. The drive thru girl was incredibly rude and I wanted to give the location the benefit of the doubt after getting warned about how rude the staff has been recently I have been coming for 8 years and never had a problem until I recently moved back. Arrived in drive thru about 7:30pm eith not one vehicle in line and ordered 3 meals that totaled just over $43. I then requested 2 additional Canes sauces and 2 honey mustard sauces extra, which I was charged incorrectly. I made the mistake of not checking before leaving the drive-thru and once I arrived home, 3 minutes away, it was discovered none of my extra sauces were included nor was any honey mustard sauces. The only thing in each box was 2 Canes sauces.. This was unacceptable and poor customer service after spending $40 plus dollars on subpar chicken straps. Never have this problem with Chic Fil A, but I knew better. Lesson learned....Save the follow up response, Im not giving any do overs anytime soon.....

In all my fast food experiences, I have never into anything like this. Thought chicken fingers would be a good idea for the kids, we ordered just straight chicken didnt need the drinks or anything like that. It totaled to be almost $40. We pulled up to the window and the lady asked if we would like any sauce. I asked them for canes sauce and she told me that you only get canes sauce if you order the meal, and I would have to purchase sauce if I wanted it. In disbelief, I asked the lady if she was kidding...Almost $40 worth of chicken strips doesnt come with any sauce? She apologized and said that was their policy. I frustratedly paid for the three sauces, thinking to myself that for less than a $1.50 they ensured that I would never be back, this review, and the certainty of bad press going forward should the topic come up. For me, if a customer orders $40 worth of soda, you throw them a sauce or two if they want it. Stay away. The chicken was mediocre at best, it was expensive, and every other choice you can think of includes sauce with their chicken strips.
