It took them nearly 2 weeks to inform me that they could not help me, after taking all my information, due to the case being filed in a county out of their service area, next to the county I reside in, that is in their service area. It would have been nice to have been informed of such in a more timely manner so that I could have sought help from another agency with a more acceptable amount of time remaining before my deadline to file my response to the court. Thanks for nothing!

No one person will pick up the phone, been calling 3 to 4 times a day same recording,I call between the hours it specifies.Its been 5 weeks.been trying

I need help asap my children are in a horrible situation and I don t have the money to pay for lawyer. I have called literally a total of 25 times I have pressed 1 and 2 to get someone to answer and I can t get a hold of no one. What do I do? I wouldn t be calling back to back for nothing.

First they were helping me through my divorce and everything was going smoothly. We were just waiting on my husband to get served. The caseworker i was working with, Regina, told me to call her when he gets served and so I did call and I never got ahold of her after calling like 10 times. So i called without putting her extension and asked them can they please help me like what do i do now and how do i fill out the final decree and they said my case was closed. Im not sure why it is but the lady said she will have someone call me to figure it out. Never got the call. I called literally 17 times in july on 17 different days and she kept saying the same thing someone should call you tomorrow now im still going through my divorce because im not understanding how to do it when it should have been over last month. I hate this place.

I just received an email from Lone Star Legal Aide telling me after multiple attempts to reach me they can t take my case. I ve been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to contact me and nothing. No call, no VM, no email. I have been looking everyday. I needed help. So they are blatantly lying, is the only thing I can come up with. Huge disappointment!

I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get a hold of someone. You can only call on Mondays and Fridays between 9-11am to apply for services. I call every ten minutes on both days each week. The line rings 3 times and then a recording announces to call back later because theyre busy helping other clients. Who are these other clients?? What is the secret to getting through on this phone line??
