In 2019 my mother tripped on a rug as she was exiting Walmart. She fell flat on her face and suffered a brain bleed that led to paralysis. Nineteen days later she died. We had video of the fall. Pictures showing the wrinkles in the rug. We had witnesses. Matt was confident we had a case but nothing happened. Two years later we ran out of time. There was not enough money to be made and my mother was too old for anyone to care. Walmart killed my mother and got off Scott free.

Matt is a great guy, I contacted him when someone hit my truck while being parked at my house. Since this isn t a normal situation I was not sure exactly what to do, I called him and he answered very politely saying that he would assist me and help me with this process. He explained to me in full detail every question that I had and I did have a lot. He was very helpful as he always is. Matt has always been a very reliable person and is always willing to help anybody out. I can t imagine going anywhere other than Witt Law Firm. Thanks Matt for all your help!

I went to this Law Firm to hire him to do a lawsuit he said that he would do a lawsuit and I had confidence in him that he would I gave him all the paperwork he had it for 3 months and call me and said that hes not going to take it on after he told me that he was taking on and do it I know I wasted 3 months of my time with him and this Law Firm waited to contact me this long and my statue of limitation Runs Out in 3 weeks for a lawsuit I feel like that this Law Firm is not an honest law firm and does not stand behind what they say

My 80+ yr old father had a slight wreck. The other driver had some crazy no name insurance company. It took a year to finally get it all settled. It wasnt a major big settlement, yet Matt stuck with it. Dad wasnt hospitalized or anything like that, just sore. Matt did what he could with what he had. Appreciate him staying with it and seeing it through. Good guy, good firm.

After being turned away for a personal injury case by two other law firms, I heard a radio commercial for Matt Witt and decided to call. He personally answered the call and accepted my case. Matt worked with me through every step of the process and was very knowledgeable in answering any and all questions I had. I was in bad place after an accident, so a friend referred me to the Witt Law Firm. The other insurance only wanted to pay for my car and 2k for injuries even though I was injured and even had to get stitches on my face! Matt was extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He fully explained the law and what my options were after my bad accident. I had no idea! He took over from there and worked on my behalf so I didnt have to. I received so much more then the insurance wanted to provide and in return I was even able to take time off of work to fully recover and I even got paid for my lost wages! Im really fortunate I found Matt and I couldnt have asked for more. Gosh forbid this happens again, I know who I will call first! Amazing!! Thank you!!!
