Just paid for a Topps 2021 baseball card set and the older white lady that was checking us out asked for my ID all for $25 for my card and I used apple pay to pay for them, she then said well I hope its your money doubt if she asks everyone else for an ID for a damn $25 purchase! Won t ever come back to this prejudice place. If they don t ask for refunds and all sales are final then why do you need to see my ID? (Food for thought)

I could stop at one antique place today on my 2-day journey home. It was a tough decision, but we picked this place. The reviews were glowing. It was organized and nice to look at the things. However, my opinion, it was 40% vintage, 10% antique (by definition more than 100 years old), and 50% handmade stuff. Very disappointed since I was shopping for antiques, and this is called an antique mall.

Cute place that has lots of amazing antiques but also a lot of modern stuff. I bought a candy dish here that was labeled vintage and then later I came to find that it is actually sold on Amazon for a cheaper price and it s not vintage at all. How disappointing that the seller was reselling it for more under the guise that it s an antique. I wouldn t have bought it had I know.

What a delightful find! My friend and I both work in interior design and have a passion for antique and vintage treasures so we always try to visit new Antique stores that are outside our typical routine. Our first trip to The Antique Gallery of Lewisville was such an unexpected treat! The employees were kind and helpful and the mall was large, well organized and had an excellent mix of styles and genres that were priced fairly. My friend and I were especially impressed by the collection of mid-century modern furnishings (but they have plenty of traditional pieces, as well). Of course, I also found something I wasnt even looking for...A vintage bamboo desk which now provides the perfect homework space for my daughter. We will be back!

I ve shopped here several times and yesterday will likely be my last. There was an older lady who was very pushy in requesting for the item I was holding to be held at the front. It was a medium sized charcuterie board and I had let her know I didn t mind carrying it while I continued shopping but again she instead gave a pushy attitude that wouldn t take no for an answer. I found it odd as it was the first time I had ever seen them do this to me or anyone. I would ve possibly understood if it was a large/heavy/fragile, I can also understand when small shops ask for small items/cased items to be held up. But again this is not a practice that I had seen them do before. When I was in line I saw everyone else including a gentleman holding a large mirror who weren t given the same treatment as me. When checking out I also realized that the price sticker was taken off. The original price was was only a few dollars above the sale and I ended up being charged the original. Sure it was a few dollars that may seem unnoticeable but it s about the principle of not only fabrication but also a sense of prejudice. One might ask why not complain. The answer to that is that I had already felt like there was discriminatory practices at play and if I were to complain I would only be perceived as a young, broke, mad, Latina woman. It may not be all employees here but the older white lady working on 23rd should certainly reevaluate how she treats POC. In the meantime I especially do not recommend POC to shop here because we all know that for us things can always turn worse based on the way we respond to this treatment, even if it is just trying to file a complaint.

We left without purchasing the items being held at the counter for us. The man working the counter was completely inept and indifferent to customers waiting extended amounts of time because he can only do one thing at a time and can t be bothered to show any consideration to the people waiting. We waited for over 10 minutes to be rung up. We understand about waiting our turn but to be asked by others if we need help, only to say waiting to checkout and the gentleman just walked away. This is not the first time we ve encountered this horrible customer service. We will not be back. I feel badly for the vendors who s items were not purchased because of this man s attitude and incompetence. It only takes a second to acknowledge people and let them know you see them.

This place has been around a long time. I always find something I love here. Edit: I came back to this because my review didnt do the store justice. The staff here are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. I usually bring my kids, and they never leave without a lollipop. Its absolutely my favorite antique store in DFW. I can remember going with my mom as a child and having so much fun sifting through the stuff, and I still have that much fun as an adult. A very nice shop nestled in an almost forgotten corner of Lewisville! Of course, its got old toys, retro/antique furniture, knick knacks, books and decorations galore. A huge antique store with all kinds of items. I accidentally stumbled upon this store and spent the most glorious hour exploring. I particularly enjoyed the recycled and repurposed items in certain areas, like the violin clock and bot people from old spice boxes. The only downside: There were too many smaller items stacked in groups together that were hard to look over. Overall, a great place to spend a few hours.

I am an avid antiquer, I have been to tons of shops not only all over Texas but in multiple states as well. This is the first time I came into this location, I have been to the one on Houston which is fantastic and I prefer. The staff at this location are very friendly and the store is well maintained. Everything is tidy and the vendors keep stock easy to reach with most items being in plain sight, and pricing visible. The prices will vary by booth, with a few wanting well over market value for their goods and some others sit fair. My only negative is that I wish that there was more inventory to look through. The shop could certainly benefit by having more bone china, dematise spoons and so on. There are a few booths that sale pyrex! Unfortunately a lot of the sets are incomplete, have a lot of wear and tear, or are common pieces. I was able to view every booth in less than an hour, which is why I wish they had a bit more. I was unable to find much of what I typically am searching for when antiquing. I would recommend this location for a day when viewing several stops as for me it was not an afternoon. They have several booths with furniture pieces if that interests you, and a few with vintage or antique toys. In addition they have several candle booths.

This antique mall was always the first place my wife and I shopped during our monthly antique outings around the area. We have purchased numerous vintage pieces throughout the years from Lewisville Antique Mall, but I m sad to report that it appears the mall is under new management and a lot of the high end vendors have moved out. We visited this week for the first time this year and I was very excited to see what new items were offered. But to our surprise our visit was a disappointment. I felt like I was in a flea market. Gone was the higher end stores we so desired to visit. And the once proud book section that I have spent many hours browsing while my wife walked the store was in total disarray. Nothing like it once was. I can only wish the owner and vendors good luck but I remarked to my wife more than once as we walked the store, I won t be back but maybe once or twice a year instead of monthly as was our practice. P.S. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere still was laidback which is what I like.

Always enjoy looking for treasures here! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure what happened to their little restaurant in the back, but we miss it. Was nice to take a break from shopping and have a bite to eat without having to leave the store.
