The ladies there are super nice. I had no problems scheduling an appointment online. They even sent text messages to remind me about my appointment. They are down the walkway and behind Al s formal wear not to hard to find!

So normally I would let this go, but I feel like people who are cold and rude, especially in Texas should be called out on it. I am originally from this area and just moved back a few weeks ago. Ive noticed call backs , I guess arent a thing anymore so my husband and I decided we would just walk in a few places to get some info on making a hair appointment. Right when we get there we notice its not in a great place and is hard to find if using Google maps due to them being in a courtyard type area behind other businesses. We figure out how to get to their entrance and walk in . They have a bell that rings when you enter. We stand there and wait for a few minutes and no one greets us . Not a hello, not a hey will be with you in just a minute nothing. My husband decides to step around the corner and is clearly seen , but again not a single word was spoken . Im not sure why , I was just there to try and get some info on when they have availability for coloring. After a several minutes pass and no one acknowledged us, my husband just said lets go. First if you are new to Texas, this is not how things go. For the most part , especially in the panhandle, people are warm and friendly . This place is in a not so great part of town but because of the rating I was willing to check it out. Apparently they have no desire to even speak to you if you are not a regular , so skip this place. If you are new to Texas there are several other salons in better areas of town that would most likely treat you like a human being. To the salon , do better . So unprofessional and tacky ! Update in response to your reply : I fail to see how not speaking a word to people who walk in has anything to do with your response. Its a business, again I was very detailed in my review and stated no one said a word to us. It would seem by your response , you are trying to place blame on me. Also I have a tracking app on my phone so I would be happy to screen shot those showing exactly how long I was at your location. We left because no one said anything at all , not even a hello we will be with you shortly or give us just a sec, NOTHING! It had zero to do with waiting! Speaking in close proximity after it was clear 3 people saw my husband when he stepped around the corner , is not too much to ask. Your response is just as tacky as not speaking a word to people when they walk in your business! Its unprofessional and rude! Who in a business setting doesnt say a word to someone who has walked in? Please do explain that!

My first visit was a pleasant one. I had a cut and color done in which both ladies did a wonderful job. The color expert Areli listened to my needs and I greatly appreciated her input as well.

First time coming to this place and no regret of the quality of service, care and hair beauty expertise. Lennox is very professional. I worked with Nuvia who has various years of experience but not more than her genuine care of listening to what I had envisioned and brining it to life. Nuvia has that creative eye a confident hand and a sparkle mindfulness for the overall health of your hair. She gets it! Nuvia took the time to prepare ahead asking the history of my hair, preparing the best dye option for my vision and educating me with tips on how to keep it radiant afterwards such as the K18 hair nutrition. I have been going to The Lennox Salon since Areli opened the doors. Nuvia is my color specialist and does a fantastic job. Bobbie has cut and styled my hair for many years. She is so good that I have followed her all over Amarillo. Both Nuvia and Bobbie take pride in providing an excellent service in a professional atmosphere.

I love this Salon!!! I have been getting my hair cut and colored here for 5 years. Nuvia has been my colorist the whole time and I have never been disappointed. She takes my request while still thinking about the safety of my hair. She is personal and professional and always leaves my hair looking amazing and healthy. Nuvia is the best at coloring my hair. She takes the time to help me find the best shade for my skin tone and makes sure she understands what I like about the pictures I show for her to replicate. She has done my hair for 5 years. I will not let anyone else color my hair.

I was disappointed with my haircut. I came out of the salon with the haircut I clearly stated I didnt want to get. I looked like I had a mushroom on top of my head. What I personally experienced in that area of Texas is that stylists do not have a broad understanding of different hair styles. They either cut your hair like you want to look like an old man, or they cut your hair like you are trying to look like a Kardashian. It was too expensive for the service they provided.

Areli did such a fantastic job highlighting my hair- it was the perfect shade of blonde, and she was so much fun to talk to! Bouasee also did a wonderful job of cutting and styling my hair, which was in desperate need of a trim! Highly recommend this salon :)

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon. Its a very clean and well-kept hair styling salon. I was very pleased with Britneys professionalism and her detailed expertise. It may have been just a simple haircut but she made me feel very special. If youre in the area or if youre looking to switch hairstyles I have a recommend the Lennox.

Amazing!! Everyone is amazing! Bobbie cut and colored my hair! She did and an amazing job! Everyone was following all the suggestions for social distancing and masks! Everything was cleaned after it was used!! Job well done! Cant say enough about how g wonderful this place is!

First off, let me start off by saying miracles do come true. Ive always had the blackest black of hair and I recently decided to go lighter. I was unsure for many reasons, but for most of damaging my hair that Ive spent 6 years growing out. I wish I would have crossed paths with the Lennox Salon a lot sooner. Areli has been awesome and patient with my challenging changes but most importantly honest and educational. She is very knowledgeable and gifted and supplies you with the right products to restore your hair and keep it looking healthy. The whole environment was overall the best experience you can ask for in a salon. I really appreciated the time she took in fitting me in her busy schedule, as a mom I know timeing is precious but she sure did make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I highly recommend anyone of all hair types to give this salon a try, i can guarantee my promise you wont be disappointed. I have now found my go to!

Nuvia has been doing my hair color for as long as I can remember 10+ years. She is nothing less than an expert. She is so creative! You can walk in and tell her what youd like and she will make it happen. You can tell her to do what ever shed like and she will make you glamorous! Ive done both. Love Nuvias talent. She is one hair color expert you wouldnt want to pass up. Ive never been dissatisfied with my hair (only when I wait to long to do it!). Thank you for your excellent service.

This is a highly recomended salon, the service made by Nuvia Rogel Garcia was astonishing time is taken from her for your best experience and she is very attentive to your needs it is amazing how the salon is like your own beauty home its a very welcoming and aesthetic place which is always lovely.The other employes have high experience and they take amazing quality and profesialism to treat their clients. It is also amazing that they are able to translate from two languages.Spanish and English is spoken so you can get the highest quality if their service!

Love this place, they offer a variety of services. Nuvia Rogel-Garcia has been coloring my hair for over ten years and I would not trust anyone else to do it. She listens to what I want and is really good at recommending what would work best for me based on each season. The salon is new however the ladies have many years of experience under their belt.
