I Got hit by another driver and was injured pretty bad. I got in contact with Janicek Law firm and everyone was helpful and professional. Their whole team is professional and is great with response times and keeping me updated on my case. Jacy represented me and answered everything I had questions on. Jacy helped me understand the process my case was going through and made sure I got answers quickly. I ve never been in a car accident or had to do a deposition and Jacy made sure I was prepared in every aspect of the deposition. They are useless. Don t even bother to contact them because they will always refer people out and won t take a case unless means millions of dollars for them. They don t want to help people they only care about themselves. This is the second time we experience something like this happening with this law firm. Hello, My name is Roger Carlos. I couldnt be happier about choosing Philip Bernal and my team of lawyers for my complex and difficult case. First of all, my case has many layers of complexity to it seeing that its against SAPD officers that mistook me, on my familys property, for someone else they were chasing. I can t express how thankful I am to all of the staff at Janicek law firm, they truly are wonderful people who care deeply about their clients and you can feel that during the first meeting. They handled the wrongful death suit for my mothers passing, which was difficult enough to handle, but they made it so easy for me. I was terrified it was going to be so emotionally exhausting and traumatizing but they handled everything for me and ensured I was completely prepared for everything we went through. I felt confident when working with Beth Janicek that she had my absolute best interest at heart and fought for my mother as well as for me for closure. Mona and Joy were also so kind and helpful, Alex worked with me through the entire process as well and basically held my hand through a lot of it that was hard for me to stomach. Phil Bernal and his wonderful paralegals have been an amazing team, I have followed them from a previous company and I believe in them very highly. I got into a three-car accidents, which were not my fault. Phil was amazing and helped me to settle all three of them, most lawyers will just turn you away because they couldn t do it, however, Phil was able to take on all three of them so I highly recommend him and his team if you have been in a car accident and it s not your first accident, he jas amazing and Wonderful paralegals. I highly recommend Phil and will refer my family and friends to him!

Life is not always fair or is it. I guess it depends on who one may ask. My wife has suffered for many of our 47 years of marriage. Recently something happened to her that made her suffering a lot worse. Our life got a whole lot darker. I guess it was fate or the Lord himself that we found the Janicek Law firm. I called 3 weeks ago in regards to a possible case. Each time that Ive called back Ive been told that someone will call me back. Needless to say I havent heard back from anyone.
