This hands down is the WORST ran Churchs I have EVER been too. The girl at the window shut the glass in my face because she had a phone call in the middle of me talking. My chicken tasted like old nasty grease. This place is awful. Customer service even worse. I mean is she the only worker? Where was the manager? Save your time and money.

There was 5 people ahead me when I got there but I didnt mind waiting because I was thinking I had a better chance of my chicken being straight out the grease fresh and it was I also got mashed potatoes w/gravy (for my grandson), Mac n cheese (very creamy), coleslaw (no flavor at all), a family order of fried okra (which I realized they didnt put them with my order when i got home) , tried calling but no.answer was too tired to go back up there. the biscuits looked so yummy until I tried to bite into one (rubber). On the bright side I remembered to order extra jalapeños. I was happy for my crispy fresh chicken soaked in jalapeño juice! I know yall can do things better than that!

I replaced a cash register there, so I was inside with the folks working. LET ME TELL YOU... there is a stark difference being on the inside vs the outside of that glass. THOSE FOLKS WORK THEIR SASSES OFF. I was very impressed and verbalized my appreciation of their work

Churches Texas chicken is very good. Their service is very fast. The food is hot then. Employees are very respectful and I would recommend anyone to go there and get chicken? Parking: They have great parking. No problem getting in and out. Wheelchair accessibility: Its very good for wheelchair accessibility. Theres no problem on anybody with this wheelchair going there.

Let me tell you something if I take time out of my day to write a review, you know it s real because I normally don t care the lady with the long braids that look like dreads at the window has a very bad attitude makes you want to do something to her I don t understand the attitude it s not my fault that you work at churches then after waiting 20 minutes for my food, the chicken didn t even seem fresh. It just seems like some old chicken that they re-dropped in the grease. I got no condiments like I asked all I got was attitude and dry old tasting food.

Went there mainly for the honey glazed biscuits and I get home to find BARELY ANY HONEY GLAZE ON ALL 7 BISCUITS I drove from port arthur from these biscuits! This location has progressively gotten worse since early May. Chicken taste like old grease, dumpster has trash on the ground with what smells like chicken blood. 15 min for a 2pc with only a couple customers is insane. I was disappointed with my recent order. Prices has gone wayyyy up. Customers are not allowed inside restaurant. Orders drive through or walk up to small window. I had order 12 pieces and 5 peppers for $34+ Half way home checked boxes to find I was given all dark meat and no wings. Drove back to discuss about order, I was told there were no wings left. I asked them why did you guys not notify me of that so I can order Dark meat to get cheaper price. I was told, we didnt know you wanted wings. I told them thats what mixed order is. I told them forget about it and left. I do not care if they are the last Churchs Ckicken in the Golden Triangle area. I will never return to that place. This was by far the worst Churchs Chicken Ive ever been to. I arrived as a lady was giving her order. After her order was taken the window was closed in my face without a well be right with you. I stood there for about 6 minutes before the rude worker finally took my order. She handed the lady who ordered before me, her food. Then argued that the customer did have a biscuit in her box. This churchs chicken is located directly across the street from Saint Elizabeth. I had a doctors appointment and I was able to swing by and grab lunch. They were extremely busy! The lady that took my order was it was very polite and she took my order correctly. I chose a 3 piece spicy chicken strip meal That comes with a biscuit and a drink for my side I chose the macaroni and cheese. They also have a peach cobbler dessert. All of my food was extremely hot and fresh. The biscuits are so good there!! Absolutely love the new peach cobbler dessert. Basically they take one of their biscuits and put it in a bowl they add peaches peaches and a sweet sauce with cinnamon in it over the top of the biscuit to where it gets soft. Its really good!! I was watching all of the employees through the window and everyone was working so hard to get all of those orders out!! Great job churchs

Went there with an online coupon, said they could only except a coupon printed out but I had a coupon code. Corporate Churchs shut down all of our locations for a reason not up to company standards for a couple of weeks. Time to shut them down again because, as usual, switch and bait tactics that wont honor their own coupons. Pathetic.
