I got my food around 6pm, I wouldve reviewed earlier but I was busy and forgot, but the food was absolutely stellar, the pizza arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly made, with a deliciously crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The garlic knots were a delightful addition, perfectly baked and full of flavor. Delivery was prompt and quick, and everything was packaged well to ensure it arrived in excellent condition. Second Papa Johns Ive reviewed and definitely earned my loyalty with this outstanding service and top-notch food. Highly recommended!

Never again. The staff is always rude and couldnt display their desire to be anywhere but where they are more clearly. This is my third try here after two previously terrible pizzas because Papa Johns is my favorite quick pizza by far. This visit is it. Not only does it look like someone massively messed up the cheese but I literally watched the guy making pizzas reach his hands up into his sweaty hair to scratch his head then go back to making pizza. On top of all that, you somehow cant follow the proper feedback channels through Papa Johns because this location isnt listed? Do yourself a favor and get Dominos or any store frozen pizza instead. This location will be out of business in less than a year at this rate.

This has to be hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with . My 13 yr old Ordered a pie on line it took his money then he called and asked about the delivery delay and was told we lived to far past the cut off . Here we are 14 days later numerous emails to corporate and still waiting on the reimbursement of the pies ..was told I should move closer to get delivered.. disrespectful wet behind ears little girl. I think it was a girl.,could have been a little girl not sure but thats besides the point....bad business I give them an F in customer service..

I m so done with this Papa John s. It used to be my favorite place to get food from when nothing else was open, but my last couple of orders have been terrible. The first wasn t so bad, they forgot our two liter and gave a free order since this wasn t the first time, but it got worse after the next few orders. Our last order this last Sunday, I found a bug on my pizza. The person (a guy) that we spoke to was awesome. He gave us a replacement in our account. Well, tonight we called to use it Linda was great until she realized we had another free order. Her attitude changed when taking the order. That was at 7:46pm. fast forward to 9:30, our food is still not here so we call and LINDA was rude to us. She said she tried calling because they didn t have our address. Untrue, we have ordered here for the last 4 years. and never did and let us just wait 2 hours. She hung up mid conversation after I told her we didn t have any missed calls. We will be speaking with the owner. So unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

We brought it in and opened both boxes, no lie there was a ROACH in each box!!!!! We DO NOT have roaches! The last few times I ve ordered from here, the garlic parmesan breadsticks have hardly any of the garlic parmesan sauce on them, they are nearly dry. May as well be just regular breadsticks. I never received my order. Placed an order at 6:30 tonight and got the prompt saying it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. After an hour, my app says delivered but no pizza. I call the store and the guy says it s just late but it will be delivered in 20 more minutes. Another hour passes and my husband calls and the guy says it ll be another 20 minutes. Worst PJ experience ever. I was super excited to try the new NY style crust pizza. I placed an order through DoorDash as this location is said to be outside their delivery area, even through I am only 10.9 miles away. Pizza was delivered relatively quickly but when I got the pizza... everything was wrong. I got a normal hand tossed pizza, that was not great, instead of the NY style crust I ordered and it was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage and bacon, this had minimal pepperoni, no sausage and maybe a little bacon. I had also called and asked for an extra garlic butter sauce they said they would put in but this too was missing. Just a sad experience.

Don t bother ordering from here, you probably will not receive your pizza. It doesn t matter what time you order, it will not show up within even an hour after their expected time frame. I ve had to cancel my order twice in a row within a week apart. First time we waited two hours past expected time and cancelled, second time I ordered at 5:00 thinking we would have by at least 7:00 since the estimated time was 43 to 52 minutes. 2 hours later we were told it would be 15 more minutes, canceled after another half hour passed. Normally, this business is quite good. However, they didnt have enough folks tonight - only 2 pizza makers. After waiting more than 30 minutes past the promised takeout time, they felt sorry for me and skipped my order to the front of the queue. Although I could easily give them 5 stars for doing something nice for me, I must fairly evaluate the overall business. Pizza was good and employees were nice. But they wore sorely understaffed and the tools to estimate the pick up time were grossly inaccurate.

Im done with them finally. We have had bad delivery experience in the last year. They will use DoorDash at times and dont share the delivery instructions and I get a ton of calls and very lost drivers. Pizza is always late. My daughter loves it and last time went pretty well so we ordered last night for her and the babysitter. I ordered early for a 6:45 delivery. At 7 I called and the automated message said delivery would be at 6:55. Waited another 15 minutes and then stayed on hold 10 minutes to get someone to tell me they were closed. I responded I guess that is why I never got my order. Their response was we are trying to fill ordered already received. I told them mine was over 30 minutes late and to cancel and they seemed relieved and did. If you could not make my order on time a call or email would have been appreciated. Went and did pickup at Dominos and had a fresh pizza in 20 minutes.

They refuse to deliver to our subdivision so we had to order through Uber eats. We were charged sixty bucks for 2 large specialty pizzas and breadsticks. The food was good but the pizzas recieved were mediums. If this is what their larges are Id hate to see their mediums. Dominos has the same problem. They up charge and make the pizza sizes smaller. I got a full refund through Uber Eats. I can get a real large pizza from Costco for ten bucks.

Longest phone call ever due to the fact that the employee working was totally not understandable. Ive must of spent 10 minutes just to order a basic pizza, or was it? Once getting there, 15 minutes later they told me that my pizza was barely behing made, I had to wait 10 minutes . Order a regular pepperoni pizza online when I received it it had bbq sauce instead of marina sauce called store they told me they couldnt do anything because thats supposedly what I ordered. That wasnt what was order thats what their system order for me. Very disappointed will not order from here again

I love this Papa Johns! I order here for my family and we have ordered from them for our Cub Scout meetings. Even if there has been a problem with an order, they were very quick to get it fixed to my satisfaction.

Very nice woman tonight. She was Very helpful. However she was the only one working in the store. Also, the bathroom didnt have any toilet seat covers. Thats why i took off one star. But, got home, foods is amazing!! Thank you

Tonight we ordered a pizza and after waiting over an hour for it, we called to check on it. We were told that they had the wrong address and when they tried calling us the phone number was incorrect also. Our card was already charged. From the sound of it, we would have been waiting all night for that pizza if we wouldn t have called to check on it. No apology was given.

Wendy has no customer service experience whatsoever! The delivery guy dropped off the pizza to the the wrong house so I called to let the know my order was wrong. The gentleman I spoke to 1st was friendly, apologetic & offered a refund. I was upset because this is not the 1st time this happens. I have 4 hungry kids waiting for their pizza & now my neighbors pizza is cold & I have to wait for him to turn around & deliver the right order to me. Wendy was unapologetic & said the driver barely made it a block from my house so my pizza was not going to be cold therefore there was no need for a refund. She hung up on me when I was not done talking so I called back & asked for her name & she yelled wendy! & again we were disconnected. I order from this location at least once per week but rest assure I will no longer order from this location again.

The only pizza place I will order from in Leander. I ve lived here about 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience. My pizza is always delivered FRESH, soft and hot. I ve tried dominos just to change it up and will gladly remain with Papa Johns as long as they continue their great service. The best pizza I have ordered from them was delivered today spinach and Alfredo with cheese delicious:)

Third time ordering from this Papa John s, since we moved and this is now the closest one to us. Every single time, the pizza is pathetic! Unlike the other Papa John s. We like thin crust, but they can never get them right. It was always way too thin, too dry, over cooked, and very skimpy on the toppings. I will drive to another Papa John s before I order from them again. So NOT worth it! We ordered The Works, Buffalo Chicken, and Pepperoni this time, and I had to take pictures to share/show. Three tries, three chances, and all bad. :( Too bad because we love Papa John s, just not this particular Papa John s.

Used a free pizza coupon due to a previous late delivery, said something on the coupon about give us another chance. Ordered some pizzas and after waiting for an hour and a half we called to check the status. They said it had just left and was out for delivery and we should be the first stop. Another 45 min goes by and we call again. Someone named Jason said it was due to us ordering via the web. Not sure what kind of nonsense answer that is. Literally ordered hundreds of pizzas from branches all over the US and never had someone blame a late delivery on me ordering online. Pizzas did arrive eventually, nearly 3 hours late. Toppings were wrong on one of them, and both were cold. I love Papa Johns pizza, but this location has issues. Order at your own risk.

I didn t order correctly on website. Called directly after placing order to correct it, pizza was in oven already. Didn t get names but staff was friendly and had remake out within 15 min as they said. Thank you for doing a good job. Manager was very professional and had his location very tidy for being busy.

So, here I am again, after having left a one star review seven months ago regarding the incompetent manager in charge during week nights, Friday nights not included. Since then, I have mainly ordered only on Friday or Saturday nights, albeit very rarely, and have been satisfied with everything. Until tonight, I probably would have given three stars (in comparison to other Papa Johns locations in Round Rock and Austin). I understand it s the holidays, they re probably short staffed, have every excuse every other service oriented business has. But, seriously, a simple order: one The Meats and one Garden Fresh (on Garden Fresh, we switched onions for banana peppers). The Meats pizza was good, but I have no idea what went wrong with the Garden Fresh pizza. The cheese was not fully cooked, the bell pepper slice (yes, just one) had unidentifiable round things on it, and instead of just switching the onions for the banana peppers, the employee who made this pizza decided to just empty the jar on it. I literally had banana pepper juice running down my hands by the second bite. I could understand an order being mixed up or forgotten drinks because it s a busy time of year. But because this is not my first disappointing review of this particular location, I have to assume that sloppy and just not caring is a theme the management accepts.

Felt like we were being punked. Employees are obviously either not trained adequately or do not have enough help. Sat in the store for 15 minutes to pick up an order (after arriving 15 minutes after the promised ready time) only to discover our order had been ready the whole time, just left in the back on some random shelf.... and this was only discovered when an employee found it and tried to incorrectly give it to someone else. The entire time spent in the store was just an opportunity to be witness to a comedy of errors. This location will (and should) fail unless the owner has a come-to-Jesus with his employees
