Put in order for 3 pizzas at 1:30 in afternoon to be picked up at 5 :30, got there at 5:30 and had to wait for pizzas to be made because the order was never put in by whoever took it, We should have got least one free for your mistake as we were then late meeting with our people.. all we got was oops! Were sorry! Very dissatisfied with our treatment, we were from Florida meeting family. Your kids have to do a better job taking orders instead of socializing at counter.

One star tonight. Ordered a margarita before happy hour ended. Asked for the check an hour later and got charged full price. The bartender accused me of lying and asked if it really took me an hour to drink one drink. What a weirdo. Haven t been there in probably a year. Not going back anytime soon. Met some cool patrons though.

If Crystal isnt working the bar dont bother going. This is by far my favorite place to eat but today was horrible. Seated at a high top table, made eye contact with the bartender as she was talking to some other customers about her tattoos. We waited several minutes and she blatantly ignored us and went to another patron that came in about 10 minutes after we did. I absolutely love this place and am so disappointed in the service today. Guess Ill keep going during the week when Crystal is there. Dont even have to tell her what I want because she always remembers! We need more Crystals in this world!!!

Portions were big but food was lackluster. Very greasy panini and lasagna sauce tasted frozen. Staff was not very knowledgeable about items on menu, did not let us know that certain items were an upcharge, and even though we were paying customers we were not allowed to sit at the empty restaurant tables but rather had to sit at the host stand to wait for our food. Dont waste your time.

Impossible to order over the phone bc it is always so loud the hostesses cant hear you and miserable to order take out in person bc the store wont let you sit at a booth or table while you wait 30+ minutes for your food and are stuck at the waiting bench with a 2x4 jutting out and stabbing you in the back while you wait. Great menu with a ton of selection, but it takes 10 minutes to order, even in person bc the hostesses have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the button for the different items o the menu. Its very loud here because of the bar. Vegetarian options: The standard affair, the place is definitely meat focused though Parking: Shopping center parking lot. The bar in this place makes the parking lot fill up and we had to park several stores away Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but not in front of the store

We regularly visit here with our family and have loved every visit until today. Tonight during our entire meal, a large group seated in the family side, away from the bar, who was clearly drunk yelling, being obnoxious, and even pounding on the table. We spoke to the waitress twice and on the second time they finally spoke to the manager, who did nothing. After a few more complaints, the server for the groups table came up and asked that we be patient as the group would be leaving soon. We told them that we needed to speak to the manager, he just said he was sorry, but that the group would be leaving soon. Still no action. When we got the check, 20 minutes later, the waitress informed us that we werent the only ones complaining. We ended up leaving before the group, no one intervened, nothing was compensated, nothing was done. We came to relax at 5pm on a Thursday, but instead we left disappointed and stressed.

This was our first time trying Brooklyn Heights Pizza, we stopped in at the Lakeline location on a Thursday evening. The place was a bit crowded, but we were seated immediately. Maddie was our server, she was awesome, attentive but not intrusive. Thanks Maddie! We started with the chicken wings medium buffalo style sauce, and they were excellent. Perfect balance of heat on the wings, and the wings were fried crispy, just how we like them! The celery and blue cheese on the side were a nice complement to the wings. We split the large Greek salad, which was full of quality ingredients. Nice size for two people to split. The Greek dressing appeared homemade, it was delicious! (if its not homemade, please share the brand! LOL) We tried two pizzas, the margarita pizza with pepperoni added, and the combo pizza with onion added. Both pizzas were outstanding! We are pretty tough critics when it comes to pizza, but we have to say that the pizza at Brooklyn Heights pizza is some of the best we ve had in the Leander/Cedar Park area. The crust is nice, edges crunchy and soft, the middle crust stiff enough to hold the ingredients and a nice chew factor. The cornmeal dusting was perfect! BHP, thanks for a great meal! We were a bit hesitant to try BHP, because of some of the low ratings from reviewers, but were sure glad we did! We will definitely be back! Update October 25, 2023 Ordered delivery tonight from BHP (after another local place messed up delivery). The food was delivered quickly, and consistent with all of our other experiences at BHP, the food was great, even delivered (this was out first time ordering for delivery). We ordered wings and 2 Greek salads as starters, both were deelish! The wings were simple wings, no breading, no frills, just plumb wings fried crisp and tossed in a medium heat buffalo-style hot sauce. When it comes to great wings, simple is king! The Greek salads were a bit on the small side, but the ingredients were super fresh and the dressing was wonderful. Two pizzas followed ... one was our creation of meats and veggies, the other was the house American Cheeseburger pizza. Both pizzas were very good. All ingredients (again) very fresh, and generous portions piled on the pies. We ordered large sizes to have leftovers, which were equally delicious when warmed in the oven the next day. We really like BHP, highly recommend! Update May 16, 2024 We had wings and Greek salad delivered this week. Not as good as last time, but still tasty! The issue we had was with the wings, not cooked quite as long this time around, more fatty than crispy. The sauce was good though, but wed back up to medium buffalo sauce next time, the hot was a bit too much, even for us fire-eaters. Not BHPs problem as all. The wings came with the traditional celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, the blue cheese dressing was very good. We had the large Greek salad this time, which was plenty for the two of us, and is a better deal than the two small salads we got last time. As always, the Greek dressing was terrific. Recommend BHP for wings, salad and pizza!

They serve pies on the softer side, which is why it was dismaying that mine ended up underbaked (almost doughy in the middle). But the cheese and toppings were really nice, so I tried to bake them longer in my Ninja, but I ended up making a big melted mess. I called and told them what happened, and Conner was polite and helpful, and had two more pies made for me right away. Thats all a pizza joint needs to do, to earn 5 stars in my book. Ordered a meal here a few weeks ago. Got home and everything was wrong with the order. The pizza was completely different than what was ordered, among issues with the other items as well. Had to go get food from another place because the food was inedible We called right away to get it fixed, but the kitchen was already closed, so the manager promised a refund. A week later, and no refund of any kind. Called again to remind them and was promised the same thing. Now nearly three weeks later and still nothing. Go eat somewhere else, where they are honest. Seemed like a nice place. I ordered a slice to go. I watched the orders as they were put up and finally had to ask one of the wait staff to check on my order. He grabbed a pizza box that had been setting in the window for at least 15 minutes. I took my order and checked it out. It was barely warm. I stormed out and vowed never to return. Horrible service. Everyone was in such a hurry to clean up and close but nobody paying attention to orders coming up. We were grabbing lunch when going out. We ordered a medium veggie pizza. It was pretty good, but I felt like the cheese dominated the flavor, I sort of couldn t taste the sauce much either. There was also quite a lot of oil on it making it hard to eat. The veggies were fine. Overall all I could taste was oil and cheese. Incredible pizzas. The Big Fat Greek is our favorite. The parking lot and seating is usually packed because the place is so great. Its part sports bar, so it can be pretty noisy, so we almost always opt for carryout. Parking: Big lot, but always a lot of cars in it. Lot is hard to access if you are going southbound on Lakeline. Loop through the entrance that looks like it goes nowhere (or ti a church) and drive through the car repair shop parking to avoid the u-turn on Lakeline.

Soggy limpy crust ultimate pizza to the point all the toppings would slide right off onto the pizza pan that it s served in. I literally had to roll mine up to try to keep the toppings together. Also the fact I was able to roll it into a calzone should give you a clue. In fact I would have a better experience had I ordered an actual calzone. I also Ordered 10 wings and they weren t anything special also soggy and not crispy. The only thing saving this review from being a one star is the server was on point about keeping us hydrated. I won t be back. $25 for a large pizza and $17 for 10 wings. Another $10 for two soft drinks. We joked because we saw Domino s advertising on tv 50% off all pizzas for back to school specials. I came here last night for my birthday dinner with my family. Shame on us for not having a reservation but that s no excuse for the lack of service we got from our waiter, and complete attitude from host and food runners. He was overly energetic when we absolutely weren t matching that energy, like this man was YELLING for no reason at SO many points, he would disappear for over 40 min in between checking on us, and He got our order wrong multiple times, and a very rude food runner got agitated with US when we told him this wasn t our order. due to our waiters negligence, I was late for my nightly birthday plans, and due to his overly loud and obnoxious nature we will not be back. This was an awful experience for a lax family dinner. Cocktails are a 0/10. Idk if it was because I could tell our waiter had left them to die in the well while he did coccaine in the bathroom but I have a strong feeling that s why (: Please check up on your staff.

This was our first visit here. The food was great and the portions were good. We paid a little more than we should have but only because we over ordered. Honestly one large pizza would have fed my family of 5. It was worth it though because we tried a variety of their food. Chips and queso 7/10 (only because I would have loved a little more queso) pizza 9/10 wings 9/10 Alfredo 8/10 ( could have used a little more sauce) spaghetti with meat sauce 9/10 kids tenders meal 8/10.

Our go-to for wings. They always have kind servers, and even when busy, food is fast. They have their lunch specials 7 days a week, which is awesome. M-F Happy hour offers 1/2 price wings, including tenders. Every salad weve had is fantastic and fresh too. We really appreciate this place!

Such a relaxing place and wow, the price on a cheese single slice is well worth it. I can say 3 of us had lunch for under $25, and we took leftover home. Where can you do that now days. Come by and ask for Krystal the bar tender. She is so amazing.

We had the giant pretzel as an appetizer. It s so great. A must order. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo. Very large portion. I split buffalo tenders and a large meat lovers pizza with the kids. The buffalo sauce is probably just franks red hot but the tenders were really good sized and nice and crispy. The pizza is awesome. Great dough and sauce. Tons of toppings.

We have given this place many opportunities as the personal is always friendly but the food does not improve it gets worst .. we ordered wings and pizza today and wow it was so salty that it was not bearable to eat .. they were dry and the pizza was cold . I really hope they take pride in the kitchen as it s a great ambience . Thank you

Have eaten here before and it was very good with good service. This time, our waiter showed up late and apologized that he was in the restroom with stomach issues and didnt know what was wrong. That should not have been shared and my wife and I walked out

The Good: Great pizza, great wings, great pasta! And the staff is super nice! The Bad: Don t bother with the appetizers (nothing special about the bruschetta or jalapeño poppers), and the place is loud.

They brought my daughter and her husband the wrong pizza and by the time they brought the correct one out we had already eaten ours so they had to just take theirs home which would not taste as fresh at all, definitely disappointing. Took forever to get our check taken care of, they didn t mark anything off for their mistake & the fact we didn t get our food at the same time. Honestly there s better places with better service.

Good food. But not incredible. Very good service. The restaurant was weirdly loud. Couldn t figure out why, the people at the tables around us didn t seem to be loud. May be something about the building acoustics. This is the second time we ve eaten there and both times it seemed louder than it should be for how busy it was.

Like the food. Haven t been there in awhile so we decided our date night. Sat at the bar and watched 6 of the staff in the kitchen hanging out, touch their hair, literally pick a nose and touch their faces, not wash hands and serve food and drinks. It was so thoroughly disgusting to watch, we lost our appetite and cashed out.

If you are picking up for Doordash, UberEATS, etc... they start cooking the pizza when you get here. You can do better, kings and queens. Get ready to not make money for 20 minutes.

Can definitely see why the place gets somewhat reviews. We mistakenly placed an order at their other location and instead of accommodating us and letting us cancel our order and re-ordering from the location we meant to, the manager frothed off of at the mouth about how much it cost them to build two pizzas. That is so tacky and petty it s not even funny will never go back to a place that won t accommodate a customer.

I could not figure out how I became virtually invisible to the bar staff after I ordered my first (and unintentionally only) drink. The patrons next to me were checked on about 4 times, and Id been there longer than they were. I kept trying to make eye contact with the bartenders, and even an older gentleman who seemed to be dressed like a manager. None of them would acknowledge me. Maybe its because Im not a regular customer as this was my first visit. I wanted to order another drink (my glass sat empty for over 10 minutes at the bar) and order some food to go, but after about 30 minutes of the staff skipping over me, the only thing I had time left for was paying the check, though if I left without paying, they probably wouldnt have even noticed. Like I said, I could not figure out why they avoided me, especially the bartender who took my initial order.

Great pizza joint with a lot of offerings! The menu was huge! Dont be afraid to try the sandwiches or pasta! They have a big appetizer section and the wings were crunchy and juicy at the same time! The drinks are strong and the waiter was top notch! Highly recommended and well definitely be coming back!

Got the slice and soda lunch. The slice they give you is huge! Easily equivalent to about a third the amount of a typical whole pizza. Tasted amazing. Best pizza ever? Nah maybe not but the price was right. Not greasy either which is a big plus. If youre gonna order to go, call ahead cause it takes about 20 mins.
