Never have I ever met an individual, let alone, an attorney, quite like Jeff Kennedy. From the first time I had the privilege to speak to him on the phone, I stopped my search in looking for someone to represent me. Moments after talking to him, I felt completely at ease. He has a way of doing that. Most attorneys take your money and you never hear from them again. Not Jeff. Throughout the whole process, he answered every call and every text, and never once left me wondering what was to come. During this panic-induced time in my life, he informed me of exactly what to do throughout the entire process and told me to just trust him. I am the most anxious individual known to man so trusting someone is not my forte. I likely annoyed the heck out of this man with my constant worry, but despite it, he continually reassured me and remained so very patient with me. Jeff is professional, confident, direct, and above all, kind. He never over-promised me results, unlike many other attorneys I talked to prior, but boy did he over deliver. I am a true believer of justice because of who I am and my background. However, I found myself in a situation where I felt that the deck was stacked against me with virtually no direction in site. Nevertheless, after several hours of sifting through the internet, I was drawn to Jeff Kennedy s web page and I knew that this was the attorney that would really go to bat for me. During our discussion, Jeff outlined several options that we could pursue that would be beneficial for us. I had an unfortunate event happen in 2019, because of Covid my case was postponed for over a year. I was so impressed that Jeff Kennedy never put my case on the back burner. I did classes before they were required, paid all my fees in advance and was completely prepared for my court date which occurred in 2021. It went so smoothly and I am so grateful for the outcome. He helped my through a very hard time and in the end I definitely got an amazing response from the judge. Taking a handgun into an unauthorized area. That charge was one that could have destroyed my life. I could have lost my job, my house, my truck and spent years in prison and a lot of money in fines. I made one call when I got out. I found Jeff Kennedy, at our first meeting when I told him what I had done and answered a few questions. I told him I had not slept in over a week-he told me to trust him . He said This is what I do, go get some sleep. Believe in me . His fee was reasonable and worth his experience. He got the first court date removed because I already had him for my attorney. He had me start preparing for when we had to go before the judge. He asked me to complete 40 hours of volunteer work and complete a gun safety course to be proactive. Jeff and his assistant Jenna answered every question I had. I had no idea who to call that would even try to help as I have been in quite a bit of trouble before. Mr. Kennedy really came through. He took care of the courts and all I had to do was fly back for an appearance. I was so nervous but he assured me that I was supposed to get time served but Mr. Kennedy even got my case DISMISSED! DISMISSED! Now hopefully we never find ourselves in trouble but if you do I highly recommend Jeffery Kennedy and his Legal Team.

Jeff Kennedy helped my family out with a fairly complex situation. His professionalism, reassuring nature and positive personality were greatly appreciated. He was straight with us from beginning to end, and never made pie-in-the-sky promises. He then over delivered with results. His office manager, Jenna, is a wealth of knowledge and could often handle administrative legal issues with a call or email making the process very efficient. While the situation was less than ideal, I couldnt imagine anyone elses representation under the circumstances. His knowledge of the law is one thing, but he knows and is known all around the courthouses in a very favorable light. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Jeff recently wrapped up a legal issue I had with The City of Grapevine and Tarrant County. He and his staff did a great job on keeping me informed of what to do and when to do it.
