Ordered 3 pizzas and a pepsi. Was told 40 minutes and it took well over an hour on a Monday. The pizza arrives cold. Not only that it was sloppy and in a bunch like the driver had been in a race. No drink. I talk to corporate and they reached out to the store. I was emailed by the store and told that I have a $30 credit attached to my phone number. I go tonight to use the credit and there was no credit. At this point I just want my $4 for my drink back and the $9 tip that this guy didnt earn. This happened on 9/9. After promising me something and not delivering I will take my business elsewhere. I did order from you all quite often but after this experience I am done with Pizza Hut. Unacceptable all the way around. Edit: after reading the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. Stores making error and corporate making promises that they do not follow through on.. Edit..Brittany was very helpful and great about fixing the situation. I appreciate her help and professionalism.

Well, if grease were a pizza topping, their pizza would be great! This was the absolute worst pizza my family has had in years no toppings or sauce and more grease than an oil slick. Top dollar for pizza that tastes much worse than frozen! Stay home and make your own; youd be better off.

3 times we ordered the large tavern style pepperoni with light sauce, extra pepperoni, mushrooms & jalapeno peppers. The first order had a lot of sauce, small amounts of pepperoni & jalapenos. The 2 nd order we ordered the same & we got NO sauce, but did get extra pepperoni, jalapenos & mushrooms. The 3rd time, tonight, we ordered the same, tavern style, extra everything. This pizza is very thin & tough like shoe leather & it was cold. I will not continue to order from Pizza Hut & will go back to buying from Dominos. This is the ONLY Pizza Hut that weve ever had problems like this. I have always been a big fan of Pizza Hut. Not in Leander, Tx.

Update. I had already contacted support, gave the order number and receipt. Pizza Huts reply below shows they just dont care. If they did, they would have contacted me. Instead, they throw that standard reply out there so people think they are trying. They have not contacted me. Order from here every couple of weeks for delivery. This time, the order was over an hour later than they said it would be, the pizza was delivered without the insulator so it was very cold, my drink didnt arrive and the driver said they didnt hand it to me in very unintelligible English. The pizza box was sitting on her lap! I made one and only one offer to pizza hut support, refund my $30 or I, and everyone here, will never again order from pizza hut. There are a lot of other pizza places. They chose not to refund it. Buhbye

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Jennifer! I drove all the way from Travisso to get pizza and I was blown away with her 5 star service! The last time I had service like that was The Four Seasons. I am going to tell everyone in Travisso to order pizza from this pizza hut via our Facebook community group and ask for her. I live in cedar Park and the lady at the one at Cypress and lakeline quite an interesting individual managing that one. Well its so happens I just couldnt get along with her so I went to the one in Leander they dont deliver because Im so far out but thank God I got Pizza Hut without that lady. Thats a shame that that ladys got to be so nasty that made me move all the way down to Leander but thank you Leander yall got a new customer from cedar Park.

The manger is professional and wants to make the customer happy. My wife messed on part of order and I found out when pick it the pizza and stuff. They asked what was wrong and I was like well she ordered the wrong one, but that on us oh well. They then told me they will fix at and not to worry about. I placed a carry out order online and when I got there, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that there were customers waiting, while employees talked in the back. Delivery drivers just looked at me and kept to themselves. Poor customer service.

Got the order wrong. It was delivery, so not much could be done, but not order from them anymore. It may seem like a little thing, but if Im gonna pay for a meal and choose your business just pay attention and give me what I paid for. Their lack of attention diminished our experience. EDIT: See the vendors response below. Nice of them to respond. However, they waited 3 weeks, and then require that I have my ticket number or verification e-mail . . . because people save the documentation when they order pizza? This could be interpreted as very little interest in managing customer service, since they waited 3 weeks and require unrealistic documentation.

I was so happy to pick up my pizza! I received a piping hot pizza, perfect amount of toppings and crust was to die for! It wasnt too saucy like the others. I have been on a knee scooter to recover from heel surgery for two months. I usually picked up pizza but not now. So, the manager sees my husband pickup pizza for the family and Jocelyn asks about how Im doing. I ordered pizza because my husband is on a business trip and my son, John, is staying at home to help my daughter, 11, and myself. I wanted my son to work from home (he lives in Ft. Worth) without added work, so I ordered pizza for dinner. I had excellent delivery service and the order was correct, hot and fresh. I really appreciate not having to stress about dinner and Pizza Hut really made it a special night for us. Thank you Pizza Hut and manager Jocelyn for your help and support as I recover. I keep coming back because pizza is my favorite food!

The crust to our recent pizza was done to perfection. The young people there, at the time of this writing, are friendly and smile. Despite ordering a large pizza, the lack of ingredients near the edges due to their use of large pizza dough with medium pizza toppings left me unsatisfied. Worst customer service ever! The manager Jocelyn was too busy to come to the phone and address my issues. The girl who I spoke with was extremely rude and was not willing to accommodate me for my troubles. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas and got an email 10 minutes later saying they had 86 the stuffed crust pizzas. It is 7:04 PM central time. Kind of seems a little unacceptable to be running out of stuff crust pizza so early in the night. I wonder if corporate Pizza Hut knows about this issue. This is not the first time this is has happen either. I called to speak with the same manager Jocelyn and she is always too busy to come to the phone and address customer service issues. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut nor will any of my friends or family. I have a large social media following and I will be sure to address this issue with my followers.

Well the seperate pizze we ordered ( stuffed crust) was to be a BBQ sauce pizza. But for some reason the pizza was made with NO sauce and then there was a container of BBQ sauce in with the pizza..it made no sense . so basicly that pizza was ruined. I feel like the pizzas are just thrown together. I asked for light sauce and while it was light in places, it was piled up in others. The Wednesday before thanksgiving I did an online order at 2pm about 20 minutes late I reserved a message my order was out for delivery. At 3pm I called and was told they were waiting for doordash to pick it up. I didn t order through doordash. At 3:30pm I called to cancel my order and they told me that it should be there already, they thought doordash was taking to long so they sent one of there drivers. I ordered a large chicken, ham, and pineapple pizza. The chicken and pineapple was so scarce that some pieces had 1 or 2 pieces on a slice. It was mainly crust and marinara sauce.

Pizza was ordered online with a pickup time of 7:13. Arrived to find a long line for the drive through. Front door is locked. Got to window finally to find out our pizza was going to take another 15 minutes. Paid for it and and pulled out of line and parked.Finally 30 minutes longer then our pickup time we got our pizza. Going elsewhere next time will be my choice.

Ordered a couple pizzas this past weekend and was highly disappointed. Both pizzas were uncooked to the point where they were barely edible. I order a crust flavor, which was non existent. I hardly ever order from Pizza Hut and now I remember why.

I did not appreciate being pressured to add a tip on the receipt from my delivery driver. I had the option to add one during my online order. I felt harassed and pressured to pay extra. Very unprofessional, if this is a Pizza Hut practice then I am no longer doing business with Pizza Hut my family and I will take our money somewhere else

My pizza was delivered to a wrong house. Took 3 hours for a redelivery and I live 5 miles away. They kept telling me it s on its way, but it never came. Nobody acknowledged their mistakes, had to drive there to get a refund and still no apologies or acknowledgment for their mistake. Will never order from this place again. Worst customer service ever.

Stay away from this location it is terrible, I ordered pizza online at around 12ish (knowing they opened up at 11am) thinking they would have fresh pizza; was I ever wrong pizza looked and tasted like yesterday old pizza and was very rubbery like it was thrown in a microwave....STAY AWAY! ANY OTHER PIZZA branch is better then this one. Papa johns, Dominos, HELL even Little Caesars is better
