ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST. Thought I was going to buy a good charcoal burger. I was very disappointed. -frozen patty with nasty flavor -This is carnival stand food. - Only good thing they have going is the price point. - they should turn this into a drive thru only place and invest in better quality food -I never really waste food unless its really gross. I ordered a BBQ Burger and Fried Mushrooms. The burger comes with chopped beef with no vegetables. It was good. The fried mushrooms tasted good, but the batter seemed dark. Not sure if it was overdone. Very nice service at the counter. Good prices!

Basic, good and cheap! Will come back! Extensive: Food - sandwiches were tasty, the bacon was above par, but the patties were store-bought. I expected them to be handmade. The charbroiled flavor was great. Fries were crisp and dry. Service - basic, to the point and satisfactory. No complaints. Atmosphere - the place was relatively clean, definitely dated. The aviation memorabilia made it interesting. Parking: Seating in the restaurants is 85 people, and the parking lot is more than sufficient. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was satisfactory. My kids loves the food.

First let me say, I went back and forth with my self on if I should leave this review or not. The food was absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately the woman who took our order was very rude and unfriendly. My boyfriend and I heard about this place and wanted to really give it a try. We finally had some free time today to do so. We came in about 3:30ish ordered and were sat down eating our food. We assume shift change was about to take place a second woman walked in asked the very rude employee who we gave our order too if she needed any help. She then began to freak out started tossing the trays around. Although we enjoyed our food the environment became very uncomfortable and we decided to leave immediately. The 2nd shift employee apologized to us for what took place while we were leaving. I truly loved the food but if I were to ever come back I now know to wait until after 4 after the first shift has gone. She was unacceptably rude!!!!

Used to really like this place and I went there for a hamburger today. Got my bag and drove off cuz I threw the drive-thru and had a really nice conversation with the person working the window. When I get home and I open package its not even a hamburger. I dont know if it was the veggie patty or a fish. Patty, whatever it was gross. So I cant judge how their hamburgers were this time because I couldnt even get a hamburger. I paid with a credit card and they cant refund my payment. And I dont feel like going through the whole hassle of going through my credit card. They said what I called theyll take my name and the next time I get there theyll make it right. Well Im not going to be around for a while so I cant get there and I dont want it made right. Next time I would like it make right now. So very disappointed cuz I used to really like them. And the real problem is with all the competition that there is around messing up like this will just make me go to a different restaurant.

The burger has cheap frozen hamburger patties, and it was dry which makes me wonder why it took 10 minutes to get my food. This place is not what it used to be. The burgers appear to be frozen store bought burgers, it is apparent from the perfectly round patties. The burgers were not seasoned and dry. Also, the burgers were definitely not char-broiled.

Today on 04/01/24 Monday afternoon, I placed an order at the drive thru, once I got to the window, the white cashier lady attitude was the worse, I heard her taking another customer order and she was complaining about that customer too me, saying that he was ordering too much, when will he be finished.. when I tried to pay for my food, she said that its something wrong with my phone, attempting too use the tap feature. She cant even see the screen on my phone to make that claim, I know how my phone works, I used it many times to pay... I couldnt deal with her attitude so I just drove off and never got the food. I dont even know if the food is good or bad because I couldnt get over the rude white lady taking the ordwes. Zero stars!!!

It s a shame! So, unfortunately, BadService outweighs delicious food. I drove up to the drive-through, didn t necessarily pay attention to the cones at drive-through since they were off to the side although my bumper did hit one and an older, dirty blonde employee comes out screaming at me you knocked down my cones. They re under your car, there should be two of them. You need to get them out! I apologize I said I m sorry I didn t notice it. I didn t even feel it, I backed up and my bumper hit it, and tipped it over because they were not blocking the driveway. They were off to the side. No apologies for the way. She approached me just straight out rude! As much as I love the food here, this is the type of service you always receive from this particular employee going back to my original statement, bad service, outweighs, delicious food

Had a rather mediocre experience here for my first time. They must have been understaffed because it was about a 20 minute wait for our food, which we were fine with, it was the food that ultimately disappointed us. Except for literally one bite of my burger, I did not taste the charcoal flavor. Maybe they didnt char it enough due to how busy it was? Reminded me of a pale, cafeteria burger. Our order also arrived with cold (not even warm) fries, which again was surprising because they appeared to be cooking everything to order with how busy they were. My onion rings were good, perhaps the visits only saving grace. Doesnt matter, wont be back.

Dang, no pics sorry. I added this :) I had the #12. Turkey Burger Combo through the Drive Thru. 1st thing is I LOVE a local staple business. 2nd, the menu has a variety of food for everyone. My turkey burger was so juicy and flavorful. It was so good, that I ate right in the parking lot. Ill be back because I definitely want to try breakfast. 10/10 highly recommend. Straight to the point here. This place looks the part, but def doesnt deliver. From a greasy hole in the wall spot you would expect a much better burger. At the core of every good burger is its ground, and Im sorry to say that this location doesnt even serve beef. Thats sad because they take all the effort to have a chargrill in their restaurant, and then have the audacity to cook soy patties on it. You cant cover up that imitation meat with smoke. Sorry to tell ya. For those of you still not following, they serve the same fake soy patties that you get from school cafeterias, hospital, and sporting event concession stands. Its rubbery fake meat, with a smoke flavor and its terrible. Imagine making a hamburger but using 711 quick-stop beef jerky instead of hamburger meat. This place has so much potential, if they would just serve real beef...

Fun old place , First time there I enjoyed Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich on Toast with French fries. My son had a Double Meat Cheeseburger platter. yum yum. Quaint place. It had a couple of airplane props and old airplanes memorabilia. It is interesting and if I was going to a funeral afterwards. I might have looked over the place more . This was our 1st time here and we loved it! The onion rings were my favorite, better than any other place I can think of. The cheese burger was a hoot with my kids. By the reviews I was really expecting a good burger, but that s not what I got. The burgers aren t fresh, they re premade Pattie s with a char grill taste. They taste like a school lunch burger with a char grilled taste, texture wasn t good either. I didn t eat inside but I wouldn t even if I wanted to. The place is surprisingly dirty. When I went to get my drink at least a dozen small flies came out of the ice machine spout. Even the fries were soggy. If you want an actual good burger go somewhere else

Wow this place is incredible its like stepping into a indoor grill and the pics on the walls are exciting to look at when you see them you ask yourself I seen this pic before or another location the burgers and fries meal are so good it brings me back the compatiton with other burger joints its kinda like a teeder toddler story you go one place then next day another but for this place as long the burgers and fries get cooked like how I want I will keep coming back.

Came here for the first time and i m surprised it wasn t busy! This place is located almost across from the AT&T stadium and has nice old antique vibes and a lot of old pictures of planes/flights and even propellers, tarps, from planes! The burger was very good, it has 1000 island and surprisingly was very good, and the fries were crispy, all for an affordable price! David was helpful and made good conversation. I can see myself coming back to this spot again.

So disappointed here.Dont use their drive thru.Cashier took our order and left us waiting a long time.We were going to go inside when she finally gave us a cold bag of cold fries and cold burgers,so obviously forgot about us.Went inside they only replaced the fries,no apology just blamed the cook. Real rude and no accountability.

Ordered the mushroom-swiss burger with some fries and a beer. The burger overall was pretty bland, and the mushrooms seemed to have come straight from a can. The fries were good and seasoned well. Overall it was a decent, cheap place to eat, especially if you are going to an event at AT&T stadium which is a few minutes away.

This used to be a favorite place for us. But when went for lunch this day it seemed like the burgers were made from pre-mades and not hand made. Maybe its always been that way and we just dont remember. It had been several years since weve last been there because we moved to the south side of town.
