This review is long overdue!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Mimis Party Palace really made my wedding perfect! I had absolutely nothing go wrong and if it did Nataly handled it without me having to worry so I could enjoy my special day. We hired Mimis serving staff, bartenders, ordered charger plates, and a day of wedding coordinator. Her staff always made sure me and my husband and immediate family were ALWAYS taken care of. My mother has four sisters who all have very strong opinions and are always in charge of coordinating important family events. I hired Nataly so my family could actually sit and enjoy my most important day. Nataly did not let me down. Every single one of her staff members were extremely kind and attentive to detail. They set up everything exactly as we imagined it and more. They made sure my guests always had drinks, my tables were clear of empty bottles, and everyone was having a good time. I WOULD HIRE HER AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT! The signature drink of the day was margaritas on the rocks and her bartenders made them homemade they were the hit of the party. Mimis party palace helped give me a perfect wedding. As a bride talking to other brides HIRE HER SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

Our vendor informed us at the very last minute that he was unable to provide us with linens for our sons Celebration of Life. I googled linen rentals and found Mimis Party Palace LLC, LUCKILY!! I had my linens reserved in less than 15 minutes and they were ready for pick up the next morning. Not only were they quick but they were able to get me the exact color I needed. Mimi s is the spot for making your party a rememberable one. Nataly (thank you!!) was as cool as a cucumber with my last minute frazzled freak outs as you do when planning a large party. She was a total gem and so was her crew who set up our 30x60 tent. Be sure to get the lights for the tent and make sure the string of lights complete the full tent and not half (my fault, but double check!). Set up and break down went down without a hitch, even with horses on the property where we had our party. Hands down a great experience and will definitely be booking with Mimi s again for our next big event!

Mimis Party Palace did an amazing job at my daughters wedding. I highly recommend her services. We hired her for day of wedding coordinator, four assistants, and two bartenders. I honestly have to say that I am a controlling person and if I dont do things myself I feel no one can do them right.....NOPE not in this case. When I walked out to see the final product at the venue and ceremony area, my mouth dropped and tears were rolling down my face in excitement with the excellent job Nataly ( or as we were calling her Mimi) and her assistants had done! We had a large party at our house last weekend, with about 125 guests. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mimis event staff. They were absolutely amazing!! They all arrived early to set up, were dressed very professionally, and were super friendly, and polite. I cannot believe how fast Nataly had our bar set up, and how awesome it looked! The bar tenders were fast and attentive, serving our guests a variety of incredible drinks. I did not have to worry about a single thing the whole evening. Mimis took care of everything, making sure that I had a great time at my own party. They also made sure that our guests were taken care of during the entire evening. The whole crew worked diligently, and left everything clean and spotless before they left. They all did a phenomenal job! We were specially impressed with the staff, I could not put into words just how great they were. We hired Mimis Party Place this past weekend 7/6/2019 for my husbands 30th birthday party. We requested a Spanish speaking bartender to accommodate all of our guests and specifically someone who knew what a Michelada is. It was a last minute request from our end when we decided to book a bartender and Natalie was accommodating to all of our requests. We also rented out the 2 tier bar which gave the setting a professional set up. Unfortunately, I cannot remember our bartenders name but he was extremely nice. He arrived on time and was very hands on. He had no problem learning how to make our 2 signature drinks and the micheladas, which were such a hit! We used Mimis Party Palace for just a bartender for our wedding. They were very responsive to emails and affordable. They also had so much more to offer besides just bartenders. They were even flexible with coming 30 minutes earlier then originally discussed. The only reason im giving them a 3 star review is because the bartender had no clue what our cocktails or drink choices were. Even though this was sent to them several days before with the recipes. They were also supposed to bring chalk boards with our signature cocktails listed on them and those were not brought either. The bar tender did not take the time to see what drinks we did have available and were telling our guest we didnt have certain drinks when we did and some of my guest had to point them out to him. I was very disappointed that there wasnt better communicate with the bartender and who ever was in charge. Otherwise our experience was good.

We hired event assistants, furniture rentals and a day of coordinator from Mimi s Party Palace for our wedding on 2-16-2019. Nataly and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I knew nothing about weddings going in so I had tons of questions. From the beginning, Nataly did a great job communicating with me and answering all my questions. When I needed to hire 2 additional event assistants less than a week before my wedding, Nataly made it happen within a couple hours. Nataly and her team of event assistants did an amazing job setting up the venue and addressing any concerns the wedding guests had. When our caterer had issues or when additional guests we didn t account for showed up, they handled it with ease. They made sure our family was a priority and had everything we needed taken care of before we could even ask. The event assistants did a wonderful job cleaning things up as the wedding went on and were quick and efficient to break everything down after. My husband and I did not want to deal with too many vendors which is why a stumbled across Mimi s Party Palace, they offered so much. They have everything you could think of to rent. I was able to rent 150 chairs, 150 water goblets, 150 gold charger plates just to add that extra nice touch, hired 3 of their staff members to help with serving our immediate family members dinner, drinks, etc, rented photo booth, bar stand, few lawn games, 2 beverage dispensers and of course my lovely day of coordinator Nataly Garza, she was so easy to work with and so amazing. We booked her in the beginning of the year. If we had any questions I could email/text and she would answer any question I had. She was so helpful the day of the wedding by executing our vision. Basically, all we had to do was send her pics of how we wanted everything, fill out a few spreadsheets and drop everything off at the venue the day before and they put everything together. The day after, everything was packed up and ready for us to pick up. I really dont think our day would have gone so smoothly if she wasnt there to help us! Plus we did not want our family to worry about helping with anything even though they would have loved to help. We wanted everyone to relax and have fun. Amazing staff! I honestly dont know where to start, but the level of customer service I received prior to, during and after the event was top notch. After reaching out to several establishments and individuals for bartending services I felt like I should have just started at Mimis Party Palace; now I know. Even though they were already booked on my event date Nataly was able to work it out and get someone to bartend at our wedding celebration. Leo arrived an hour early as planned and after reviewing where we wanted the service he went straight to work. Mind you we were still very busy trying to get everything setup so I left it up to him. When we got to a point where things were slowing down I went to check up on him and he already had the bar fully setup, several mixes ready and some tasters of what he thought would be good for the day. Many of my guests commented and appreciated his sociability, demeanor and level of service. First of all, I searched and searched and searched for a good and affordable company to hire service from, and I wished that I had found Mimis sooner! Look no longer people!! Mimis staff is incredible!!! You will probably work with Nataly for the logistics and she is a joy to work with. I was pretty convinced that I could trust her and her staff. I was also pleased with how affordable they were... its not like they stick another price tag on their services because you say wedding (which all of us brides know vendors do haha!). So the day of the wedding comes and the staff shows up early and with big smiles on. They were CONSTANTLY moving! They even finished setting up the bar early, which pleased my family, because they got to pre-game before the wedding LOL! The bartenders and party helpers were so nice to everyone and all my guests said they enjoyed the service. My wedding shut down a little before 11P and we had to be out by 12:00A... but with this amazing staff, I think we were out by 11:15 haha! Mimi s Party Palace OH, MY GOSH!! Nataly and her group ARE AMAZING!! I had the venue mostly set up, but once they arrived on the wedding day, anything I forgot she or her team took care of. They were all very polite and helpful!! I (mother of the Bride) had just mentioned to Leo that I brought myself some Coke Zero because bar areas usually just have regular coke. After the ceremony and cocktail hour, I sat down at our table. Within minutes, Leo was there with one of my cokes and a glass of ice. Nataly also stayed in touch with vendors and when a problem occurred she took care of it. I didnt know there was a problem at all. They were very attentive to both sets of parents and the new married couple. Sent the couple off with some food too. When it was all over they stayed up to the agreed time cleaning up the venue with us. Nataly kept the event moving per our schedule with diplomatic ease. We had a great experience with Mimis Party Palace for our wedding at The Vista on Seward Hill in Austin! Nataly was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend them for any type of event!!
