I went to Chilis on 9/25/2024 and waited several minutes to be greeted and brought to a table. We waited at our table for 15 minutes and no server or employee came to greet us or take our order. All the while we could hear employees laughing and joking in the back. No employee said anything as we left. We left and ate elsewhere.

Terrible experience at this location. Two coworkers and I stopped for a late (9:30) dinner after a long day at work. The restaurant was less than a quarter full. We were seated immediately. We saw the server/bartender covering the area pop out a few times, she saw us but ignored us. 5 to 10 minutes later two other gentlemen came in and before they could even get situated in their booth she was there taking their drink and food order and chatting with them. She went back to the kitchen without ever speaking to us. We gave it another 5 minutes and decided enough was enough and left. As we were walking out another customer seated at the bar who saw all this told his friend see I told you they should have served them first, they were here first... he understood it and he doesnt work there. Not sure if race played a part in this but we are two Caucasian and an Asian and we were the only non African American people anywhere in the building. We went to the Waxahachie location instead and had a great experience.

Me n my family went to this horrible place on Monday 07/08/2024 let me first start by saying the waitress we had rushed us completely on ordering to bring out the order wrong I ordered 16 bone in she brought out boneless then she comes back with 16 bone in like I ordered with 1 flat wing and 15 drums I politely ask the waitress can I at least get half flats she then says she s going to talk to the manager which she took herself right over to the bartender and started a rant the bartender begins cursing saying she is pissed off and why I wasn t more specific by this time I m furious I m telling my husband why are the so oissed off my husband is now upset he couldn t finish his food or my son I just canceled the wings and my husband paid $77 for the remainder of the bill I then called Chilis on Wed 07/10/2024 asked to speak with a manager the manager then proceeded to tell me that wasn t his shift and there is nothing he could do but will have a talk with them lol and why I didn t ask to speak to the manager Monday straight trash service thanks a lot Chilis what a joke if you want to go to a restaurant with horrible management and customer service here is the place to be don t say I didn t warn you! But my next step is calling corporate! From what I experienced it seems as if this Chili s has so many horrible customers that the good customers are overlooked ignored.

Love the $10 menu. Excellent value. Since covid this has become a get-away date staple for me and my husband. Affordable! We usually find a neighborhood park and enjoy! 07/03 got ugly fries and not the corn I paid extra for. Left a tip for food I had to go inside for and wait ever longer for b/c no one in restaurant acknowledged me standing & waiting.

This place is very accommodating for big parties and fast service! We ve gone a few times with big parties and we re always seated. 2nd time we have been and had to leave because no service. We sat there for 45 minutes with just our drink order. I m assuming we are the wrong color because a group of 6 (not white people) came in, got sat immediately, drinks and food ordered within 10 minutes of arriving. It s ridiculous how people in this world act. Grow up and act like adults and treat everyone equal, this is 2024. Absolutely ridiculous and we did the right thing and paid for the stuff we did order and the manger did give 2 shots that her waiter didn t serve us.

We stopped in while traveling and looking for a place to sit and eat. While it was somewhat busy it wasn t what I would call overly busy. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait so no big deal right? People would walk in and seat themselves the hostess either didn t care or was oblivious so finally after about 25 minutes two seats became available at the bar and we sat ourselves. It quickly became apparent the only one hustling was the bartender/ server. He is the hero in the story. While trying to maintain the bar service he was directing workers and taking orders. Not sure why he isn t the manager because it was obvious he was the only one who had any idea what was going on in the restaurant. During the stop the food was fine two other people at the bar left without paying while the bartender was overwhelmed. These were not travelers you could tell these were local Dallas people getting ready to go out. One of the employees was hiding in the restroom talking on his phone when I went in there. Won t make that stop again.

I ordered an 8 piece buffalo wings with fries and lemon pepper with fries. I was given the lemon pepper, but not the buffalo. Went inside and informed them. Another server gave me 4 wings and fries.WRONG! Then, the original server came and said that I didn t pay for it. I paid for the missing order,meanwhile the lemon pepper wings are getting cold.When she gives me the order, she just places it on the counter,no bag! Then she asks me what s wrong! Im really disappointed with the service and the appearance of my to-go order from Chilis. I opted for curbside pickup and waited for over 30 minutes after checking in. When I finally went inside to get my food, it was just sitting on the rack. When I gave the waiter my name, he casually mentioned that my food had been ready. I asked why no one brought it outside, and he just said they were busy. The restaurant was packed with people waiting for their curbside orders. Honestly, I feel like I should have asked for a refund because this food doesnt look appetizing at all. This is what I ordered and this is what I got.

I decided to visit a few places around this location for breakfast, lunch and this stop was for dinner. I was surprised that the place was almost packed. Upon being seated I noticed that the staff was a little overwhelmed but trying to keep things moving. I ordered an appetizer that came out very quickly but didnt come with flatware, napkins or plates. Then the meals came out in the same way. After asking another waiter/host we finally got some napkins. The food was not what I expected but it seems they made some changes as the Old Timer burgers were just messy and sliding off the bun. I left a tip regardless and will not try this location again due to noticing the uncleaned table and kiosk that was stuck to the table and covered in stains and fingerprints.

Me and my sister pulled up last night just to have a few drinks, no food, just drinks, we ended up having to seat ourselves due to it not being a hostess at the door and others was waiting as well. So again we went to the bar area, after sitting for 15 minutes or so with absolutely no one acknowledging us, my sister finally got up and spoke to someone, and she said just to get a drink it was going to be 30 minutes because of where we was sitting, so I told the young lady and my sister that two seats just became open at the bar itself, so as we all are walking over the young lady proceeded to clear that particular spot for us, and told the bartender that we was about to sit there and I noticed a whole attitude and she then went on to tell her co worker I just need a smoke break didn t bother to greet us or anything, so after noticing all this and sitting there for about 7-8 minutes being ignored I asked my sister if she just wanted to go somewhere else and we ended up leaving. I totally understand how employees can be and get overwhelmed and it s extremely important that, that happens, but we didn t do anything to the bartender to make her feel the way she felt and that was unfair for us and unfair to her, because she made it seem like she was overdue for a break. This is my second time dealing with a situation like and I refuse to let it be a 3rd time. So I know I m just one person and they not going to stop the money from flowing but I m going to have to give chili s a break. Please teach, train and hire a little more help. Thanks

This is a review simply based on service - pickup service. I arrived to the pickup and did as the parking spots instructed. I was willing to run in if I needed to after knowing my order was ready. Only problem is when I called multiple times they refused to answer, yes refused because when I finally made it in - there were about 6-8 people just aimlessly walking around. Mind you, I had a toddler in the car with me who had an accident and I could not bring them in with me so my intentions were to call and run in when ready (Only if necessary) BUT what was most frustrating is that they brought food out to who they randomly felt like bringing it to. Someone arrived after me and they had no problem taking care of them. Please do better. This was extremely unprofessional and off of this experience alone, if I were a GM here, the woman over this station would have to go. Please respect people s time for services they pay for. It wasn t just me who had issues but it was more than a few disgruntled customers. Let s treat each other the way we d want to be treated. 0/5

Disappointing. Slow service and inattentive servers / staff. Asked for a burger with just cheese and meat, and arrived with all the toppings. Asked if it was possible to get it replaced with no toppings, and the burger came back and it was obvious they had quickly scraped the toppings into the trash, as there was lettuce remnants and the buns were soaked with tomato juice. I worked in food service for years, and it seemed common sense to at least replace the buns if you don t want to remake the burger. EASY ORDER!!!..I ordered Baked Potato soup to go with a slice of garlic bread; I was given burnt toast and less than a bowl of soup. By burnt toast, I mean the toast was CHARRED. When I asked the closing manager about the service, I was told that I was accidentally sold burnt toast....question, how do you accidentally serve burnt food. I only received an apology AFTER I questioned this logic and then asked him not to make excuses for poor service; poor service because the customer, before me, complained that her order was wrong. AND I ALWAYS TIP.

Service here changes with the workers. It it now almost never consistent. This time, the service was very slow. The server was new, so I couldnt completely blame him for it. However, we never received drinks before food was served. The worst part is we waited over an entire hour before ANYTHING was served. Also, I saw other customers that arrived after us receive service before us. The night-time manager was almost of no help at this time . They focused on keeping the round of drinks going at the bar while taking a few shots themselves. This used to be a great place, but with all of the new employees I dont think, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Our meals were actually really good. We all had the Sirloin steak, which was both tender and flavorful. And our waiter was awesome! Dealing with 3 Senior citizens is not always easy, and he served us with patience and grace. Best Chilis in years!

We decided to try Chili s for dinner although past experiences have been hit or miss at this location. Unfortunately tonight was no different. The food was warm at best, our server was pleasant but not very attentive. We witnessed the poor cleaning of near by tables which literally made me ill. I was just imagining that the table I just ate at was cleaned in the same manner and what is going on in the kitchen?! The table was sprayed with something with food particles still on the table and then wiped with dry paper towels with the food being wiped off on the floor! No one came to sweep the floor afterwards. I should have took pictures! Needless to say we will NOT be returning to this location. It s very sad what is accepted!

Ordered food for delivery through the website. NEVER AGAIN! The driver contacted me about a substitution that needed to be made on my order. Then, had to wait another 30 minutes. They took so long the he LEFT and I was never assigned another driver for my order, it was cancelled.

The food was fair. The steak way over cooked. The nacho chips was a basket of crumbled chips. The service was horrendous. We waited for refills and the manager came by and asked. We told him that we have been waiting. He said let me take of that. He forgot us too! The restaurant was dirty. The bass on the music was so loud that I turned off my hearing aids and it was still too loud! It was a terrible Chilis experience. Probably worst ever.
