This place is always an A+ on my list, everything Five Below, although starting to notice that theyre creeping up on their prices on merchandise, which does not go by their name, Time to change the title so those wont expect to walk in thinking theyll be paying 5 Five Below. But Is still an Awesome store and worth the visit!!! Update: 7/21/24 Txcy new location, first time visiting, store was fabulous w/cool merchandise, my only problem, I understand due this new location opened in this area, but as an honest shopper that I am, I was not happy that I had an employee felt the need to follow me while looking at speakers towards the back and phone tech merch., me and my daughter were interested in the purchase of a speaker but was reading the description details on the back, it was very obvious of her presence, she stayed that close! So I walked to her to ask her the details about the item, all she kept saying was I dont know or Im not for sure, but still followed, so I told her Ill look up reviews on my phone, she stayed starring, now it was just me and her only in that section, both of African American decent, so not a color issue, but I think more of a location judgement issue. I want to point out to the employees at this location I understand there is a history of those not being trustworthy in that area & feel the need to judge, but do understand that everyone does not steal.....!!! When I walked away from that area the young lady with long braids walked away as well, but as I watched others that were of opposite heading that way, she made no attempt to walk back and watch over them as she did me! Customer service is not to harass or follow ppl especially with a cart full of stuff (that had funds and purchased all), but yet was unable to answer questions about merchandise you should have some type of knowledge about working there, or go find out the answer to relay feedback. As much as I shop from the company, Ive never had problems with any other locations until yesterday. I wish I would have video recorded to include it in my post. s lowered for me.

came in with my boyfriend in the last 10 minute before closing. of course we didn t know they were about to close, but soon did as the cashier let us know and a female worker yelled from the back within less than 15 seconds. after being in the store for less than 3 minutes and with 5 minutes still left till closing we noticed the female worker standing with her hand on the door staring at us. my boyfriend had grabbed a phone charger and we hurried to check out where she continued to stand impatiently and rushed us out. we were out of the store 2 minutes before they even closed. many stores and restaurant don t rush you out or at least not in such a rude way but not this five below!

Should be called $5.55 and above. Most things are $5.55 and then there are many items above that. There were a small handful that were around $1 (candies, baloons) but the quality of this stuff is mostly like the dollar store so I suggest you go there if youre really looking for things under $5. Otherwise expect its like a Target or Walmart.

This place is awesome! Ashley, the manager was so nice and showed us where everything was. It was so packed but all of the employees stay calm and did a wonderful job for a busy day. My first time visiting this store, my daughter and I were looking for cosmetics and jewelry. We were not disappointed when we found both at an affordable price. We found other popular clothing items and household goods as well, all priced around $5 as the name implies.

A large variety of everything especially toys this time of year. Great quality and more than affordable. My favorite ..Their Hello kitty collection as well as A huge wall just for art supplies, crafts and DIYs. a fairly large store, very friendly quick customer service and open descent hours to spend time looking as well as spending. The staff was friendly, but what happened to the concept matching the name? Guess that wasnt well thought out. The selection used to be more unique and offered good value. Just found out they are adding self-check out in the Spring. If they actually get goods to be under $5, itll be good. But nobody likes self-checkout.

This place has truly become my favorite store. Upon entering the store you are greeted which friendly faces. And you will be amazed at the different items that they have for sale. This is truly a gamers an electronic persons dream store. As mentioned before the store is very clean and nice and the staff greet you with smiling faces. Wish I could give it 10 Stars and I must admit there is no other place that Ive come to that I want to give 10 stars.

Usually always come here because the store is really nice and they have cute stuff. I showed up a few minutes before closing and was told to wait outside didn t think anything of it due to covid. One of the employees was letting out customers and proceeded to tell us they closed at 6. Very disappointing so i ll definitely be shopping at the one in Galveston from now on.
