We came in near the end of a long week, needing to chat and hang out a bit. Zaria greeted us right away, answered our questions, and then gave us some time to visit and peruse the menu. She knew exactly when to show up at our table and was a ray of sunshine every time. The sirloin was perfect. It was just the evening we needed!

Went there in mid-afternoon catching up with an old friend and couldnt have picked a better place. Jessica P., our server, was fantastic in every way and helped to move everything along smoothly. I really loved our server Tee P, she was so nice, and funny. 10/10 server! The fudge brownie was so nice and warm and perfect mix of sweet and richness, highly recommended. Parking: The restaurant was quite busy but even then it took us no time to find a parking spot!

Update 9/27/24. ANGEL was amazing she has waited on us twice and provided great service. Ask for her section. Food and beer were great. Update 10/14/23 Great lunch experience. Bjs has become our go-to when our family of 3 wants variety. Tonight was all about the wings! The lemon pepper is a perfect crunchy, salty wing. The peppered BBQ has a good bite. Regardless of what you eat, you need to sit in Ts section. She is a delight!!

Restaurant ate at BJ s today with my son only the second time I have been there we weren t greeted right away. We had to walk around to the greeter. UPDATE: Ive been mixed on my reviews of this place, almost entirely due to price. I think we may have been cheated on the broccoli cheddar and boneless wings portions tonight, but all the food was great...expensive but great. We had two picky grandkids with us this time around, and they both cleaned their plates. Thats saying something! Im sure well be back, and Im sure Ill complain about the prices again. That said, the food is great almost without fail, though. Frank (GM, I think) always stops by to say hi and chat for a bit, too, so thats nice. Makes us feel appreciated. Parking: There are 4 handicap spots.

I recently had a disappointing experience at BJs Restaurant. The server jordan e anssigned to our table was not only inattentive but also quite rude. From the start, they seemed disinterested and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When we asked for recommendations, their responses were curt and unhelpful. Throughout the meal, they barely checked on us, and when they did, their attitude was dismissive. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them, which really put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.

First time there. The bald male bartender was obnoxious. I had to ask the manager to have him leave me alone. Then I had a better server (even though she didnt get my order right). I think their drink prices are obscene. The manager asked me to try a sample of beer (which I did) and then asked me which one I liked. I told him and didnt ASK for a beer but was served one--and charged for it!! I just assumed it was a comp due to the issues with the first server. That is pretty ballsy. My dinner was decent. Will return to try some more food but save my drinking for at home.

We came in after a a day of shopping and our waitress Samantha was freaking amazing! We had a baby and a toddler and she was nothing but amazing! She brought out a snack when we first arrived without asking for our toddler and understood when we asked for ice cream for her we didn t need a big scoop. She was just so sweet and pleasant to be around - i personally don t live near the Hurst Location but would go back to see her! Yall, we walked in because the bf wanted a club sandwich to go. It was HAAAAHT outside. We walk in, hes mad, Im on fire, and we both had a bit of an attitude. We stand there for a second and out pops Natalie and she takes our order. She was so freaking nice (I KNOW we both looked crazy). She made conversation with us for a minute after taking our order because she was working the to go section. This girl was so professional and so polite AND good at conversation. We actually left laughing. Literally like watching a master class in emotional intelligence. Im impressed. First time going. I got a family meal take-out with 2 steaks, ribs, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and salad. I used to like Babes Chicken but they have gone downhill and gotten more expensive. Im not saying Babes Chicken is bad... but BJs beats it. Oh, service during take-out was really good too. The parking lot could be better though... it was a bit rough and the spaces were too narrow. Overall 4.5 stars and rounding up to 5.

Me and my friends have been going to this restaurant for years and like the atmosphere and vibe. Antione was our waiter tonight and was friendly and gave good service Vegetarian options: They have veggie patties for burgers and some good appetizers that are vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: My daughter (6 yrs old) and I come here and she always likes it. They give her some fruit and crackers complimentary each visit.

Tonight was our first trip to BJ s but it won t be our last!! Antoine was GREAT! He explained the menu and specials and even shared their weekly specials so we could plan a trip back. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere was great too. It was quiet enough could talk, open, and clean. The food was very enjoyable and daily specials made it very reasonable! We can t wait to go back!! Pics: Cheeseburger Wednesday is burger day! Which means 12.00 burgers and Mediterranean bowl also 12.00. pro tip you can get all the stuff on the side if you want.

Normally a goto place for my family. However, I had the worst experience ever on June 1st. The manager (Frank) was totally rude. He made our server cry and lose tips due to his lack of training of his staff. We had brought Growlers on a previous visit. We were told that they could be refilled by the waitress who has over 5 years of experience at BJs. Apparently, according to Frank, this is only for to go orders. The way he came over to our table and told us this is for to go orders only. Without even asking us the basics, such as how is your meal, anything we can do for you? He just walks up and makes us feel belittled. Apparently, he did the same thing to three of the servers who also didnt know this rule. Which resulted in slow service as all of them were being told that this is wrong from Frank. Just poor timing on Franks behalf. He could have easily waited until the end of the shift and conducted some training. We had a party of 7, my 83 year old who just couldnt believe that we were just treated like adolescent children. Overall, I was disappointed with the way Frank handled the situation. Rant over

1). Server made an uncomfortable remark when I notified him of how to separate the check during the time of our order. 2) server upsold a drink instead of taking the order of the drink I specifically ordered. Then brought out the drink with black salt on the rim. 3). Charged the other party s salad into my bill(too busy so we did not get it corrected) 4). Other party ordered chicken parmigiana but put an order for another item with similar name, apologized but did not offer to remake. Manager did come by, not sure for what reason because the bill was not adjusted, nor was the correct item brought out. 5). Forgot my husband s non alcoholic drink when everyone else had their drinks brought out. 5). Other parties Filet was well done instead of medium. 6). Other party s first drink was missing the peach Mother s Day weekend, so they were probably under staffed or over worked. We would have ordered desserts, but wanted out of there. I would go out of my way to not go back.
