We generally order from dominos 6.99 menu. I saw papa Johns had the same deal so I decided to try it. Bad idea. The boneless wings tasted like if you took super processed chicken nuggets and cooked them In the microwave and drizzled not enough sauce on them. Our pizzas were barely done. The cheese wasnt really melted the bottom tasted doughy. I had to heat it up before I could eat it. Also it was cut terribly and not even AT ALL. Plenty of toppings and food was delivered in reasonable amount of time. Back to dominos we go I guess.

This is the worst pizza weve ever ordered. Half of the pizza didnt have sauce or cheese. I called the manager, and to her credit, she asked how she could make it better. I dont normally leave bad reviews, but after eating this Ill be asking for a refund.

I am surprised that this location is still in business. Haven t ordered it in recent months but in past we have got a hair in the pizza, and raw crust too. We have got well done pizza couple of times even after requesting normal bake, btw, the well done pizza was burnt. They ve used too much sauce even after requesting light sauce and so they use so much sauce that the cheese slides off while taking a bite. We have given way too many chances to this place and it s still the same. We haven t ordered from PJ in several months now and won t say we miss it.

This location has the worst record with me for delivery. I have given them 3 chances to deliver pizza and been let down every time. I love PJs , and choose them over all others. Never again! This location apparently has a leadership issue, and cannot complete their job, of delivering pizza. There is always an excuse of we got overwhelmed, only have one driver, or the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I would not recommend using their services at all. Maybe the franchise owner needs to make changes. Just my opinion.

Horrible delivery service, whoever drives that red car needs to be fired. Lied about coming to the door (we checked the cameras) and just drove off. We had to call the store to see if we could get our food, and were told by management that the driver would call us when they got back with it. When they came back they never called just dropped it on the porch, (it was supposed to be hand delivered) when I went to the door to get the food they sped off while flipping me off. Completely unprofessional and extremely not worth it!! Steer clear of this store and employees.

Wow this is the second time I visit this location and after receiving a text saying my order is ready Im still having to wait for my food. Also my pizza was horrible. They lacked on the placement of their toppings (cheese and pepperoni) and they forgot to put in the garlic sauce. I dont think I will be coming back.

The absolute worse pizza ever. Tasted as though the crust was slightly baked, toppings were added and a slice of cheese, then heated. The cheese was not melted, ingredients were still chilled and could not keep them on the pizza. The marinara sauce or whatever they used was overly Sweet. Ive never had a pizza so bad.

I don t order from papa John s I did this time because my nephew came to visit. But this experience was terrible. First off why can t you connect directly to the store the only people I was able to connect to was the order line couldn t get a hold of anybody other then then because the phone would ring ring ring and then hang up. So 45 minutes later still looking for my order the the driver delivered it to the wrong Apt number waaay around the other side so basically I had an ice cold pizza and still hours later can t get in touch with anybody about it. CROSS CONTAMINATION??? i had went into papa johns today to pick up my order and the lady who was making a pizza had stopped to come take my payment, i had paid in cash and she had touched the contaminated cash and coins from the drawer. right after she handed me my change she went straight back to the pizza without ever washing her hands or putting clean gloves on or anything, touching all of the toppings in the containers and cross contaminating someones pizza. also the lady had poured a whole heaping of pizza sauce to where i had a whole plate of only pizza sauce all over. just looked and tasted unappetizing. this papa johns is always my go-to i don t know if she is just new or what the case was.

Ordered on a Wednesday night, no sporting events so no way there was a rush. Estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. Delivery occurred 90 minutes after order, was incorrectly made and looked like it had been tossed around in transit. The only reason we didnt call and complain was that it was too late to have anything done about it. Order from anywhere else and youll be better off.

Ordered a delivery pizza for my daughter and I. I selected the pizza be handed to me, after 30 minutes past delivery time I finally looked outside and found the pizza covered in ants. With Covid still present employees are not wearing gloves and the one making the dough dugged in his ear 2 times then continued working. Someone pizza should renamed dough wax. This is unacceptable today. There are spider webs on the entry door that can be used for Halloween. I am calling the inspectors in immediately.

After picking my order up, I noticed that pepperoni was missing on one of my pizzas. I politely walked back in to inform them. Manager on duty, nonchalant, stated it would be 10mins and apologized. After waiting 15mins in my car, I walked back in. It took a couple more mins which wasn t a big deal. However, Not one time was I offered anything for the wait or inconvenience. I was not expecting anything free, but to get home and see that my pizza was hastily made, I would ve been ok with a free drink or dessert. The pizza had extra sauce so much that the cheese was sliding off. They must ve poured the entire container of black olives on the 5 slices of pizza that I ordered since I requested only half with olives. Olives was smothered both under and on top of the cheese. It honestly felt like a prank. I had to leave this review because Papa Johns is usually the best! And to have this not so pleasant experience tonight just ruined it for me. I m hoping for better service and product in the future.

I want to like this place so badly. They re close to where I live but they re just never even close to accurate with how long it ll take to make the pizza I order on the app and they re pretty consistently 30 minutes later. A while back I ordered a pizza for my wife and myself. We both got sick within the hour of eating the pizza with abdominal cramping, nausea, and vomiting. I notified them of becoming sick to which Jason called me saying that they called literally everyone that ordered pizza that day (which I hightly doubt) to see if anyone else got sick. He was not entirely rude, but was snark saying that it could not be his location and saying lies such as food poisoning does not onset until 1-2 days after. It is not wise to lie to someone in the medical field who knows about food illnesses. They lost me as a customer.

I got a large. thin crust, jalapeño pepper pizza, cooked well done and some jalapeño poppers. I really enjoyed the extra crispy thin crust. Very crunchy and had a good flavor as well. As for the poppers.. well, they were ok but I doubt Ill order them again. Just a bit too bready and not a lot of flavor. I use to have a strong dislike of Papa Johns, but since the last time I ate there, about 15 years ago, something changed... either their food or my taste buds. Placed an order through Uber eats. This place voided the order with no notification because of lack of ingredients. The staff has been rude on more than one occasion. Ordered a pizza over the phone today. The person who answered was named Jason. He was very rude and tried getting me to order more food, but I always order the same thing and never had any problems before. He said it would be 30-40 minutes. We don t ever eat Papa John s, but when they advertised the Pumpkin Pizzas, we decided to make the drive to pick them up for our Halloween party with the grandparents and kids. Needless to say, we should have just saved our money. Pops didn t look at the pizza when he picked it up and got all the way home with it before realizing what we received was not even close to what was advertised. You can see the picture below. We called the Marina Bay Drive location and spoke with Trevor, the general manager, asking him to fix the problem. He agreed to remake it but we would have to make the 15 minute drive there and back to get it instead of Papa John s doing the right thing and delivering it to us. Really Trevor? Customer service is dead. At least at Papa John s on Marina Bay Drive.

My brother loves both TX BBQ & pizza. I got him the new BBQ brisket pizza only available in Houston after seeing TV commercial . Its a great idea and could have been fantastic but they skimped on the toppings so much it made a 5 star idea a 3 star pizza. Less than half the slices had any visible BBQ toppings. But the slices that did, were 5 stars. Im not even a big pizza or BBQ fan, but Id order this again, if I can get extra topings! I asked for thin crust, but its probably better on the original hand tossed. The flavor combination really works, even the pickles! Didnt think Id like the pickles, but it all works! Great idea. Service and price were 5 stars.

I love Pappas Johns Pizza. I have gotten takeout from Pappa Johns for 10 years. It is my favorite choice. I wish they served Coca Cola instead of Pepsi but that is a brand thing. Ok so it is fathers day and I had a plan. Merlot poolside and pizza. I usually opt for Bada Bing or Marios but I was on a budget and did not want to drive so I went with Papa Johns 2 lrg for 20 deal. Unlimited toppings including extra cheese. I loaded them up and went with the std crust. I usually do a thin crust but with extra cheese and a lot of toppings I decided to go with the thicker crust. Ordered online and choose the well done option. I hate when an undercooked pizza arrives. These babies arrived very hot. I mean you could not eat them right away. First time for a take out pizza that arrived this hot and fresh. These things were loaded, well cooked, and very cheesy with some great real cheese. For 28 bucks I had a meal for 4 and a second meal for 4 the next day. Papa Johns might beat out authentic Italian pizza but it was so good that it kicked the hell out of the other big 2 chains. Next time there will be no discussion as to where to get our take out pizza.

Ordered the day before and the driver was was acting weird and when I asked if he had change for a 20, the bill was 13 he asked how much do I want back with a dead stare.. I said 7.. misheard how much it was and he said what, the pizza is 13 dollars.. And I said oh my bad I thought you said 10 dollars is what the pizza was. So I said ok just give me 2 dollars back and then he said Good! Like it would of been a problem if I did otherwise.. And the pizza I got looked like it was stepped all over because of how smashed it was. Wow! This Papa Johns location is pretty good! I ordered in the store, and the associate that I was talking to was very courteous as he was taking my order! Ordering in store, I had to wait a little bit for my pizza, but since I ordered two of the Make-Your-Own Pizzas and some Cinnamon Pull-Aparts, the wait was not as long as I had expected. Overall, the service was good, I got my food in a timely manner, and I ended up pretty satisfied with my order!

I gave a great review a month ago and deleted it today because I ordered a buffalo pizza and a 2 liter today and my delivery guy FORGOT my drink and had to go get it. I know accidents happen but I did not tip due to this. I guess that made him mad and when he FINALLY brought it, it was hot! Normally they are cold but I guess hes mad that I didnt tip because he forgot it in the 1st place!! Then I open my BUFFALO pizza and there was NO BAFFALO SAUCE!!! What the crap papa Johns. This is the second issue Ive had regarding this place and despite the few good pizzas ive had from there i will not order here again because apparently they cant handle it. I order atleast once a week but refuse to give my money to them again. I have referred them to several people at our rv resort but will definatly not anymore. For this to be the best tasting pizza around, the service is crap.

Always order from them. One time the pizza arrived cold and the manager took care of me very well. He offered me to come pick up the new fresh pizzas and even gave me a refund and apologized. Very good service
