In 2017 the lawyer represented me to be legal in the country and she is really good at talking but terrible for work. Now in 2024 I called her office and they cant give me information about my case. The truth is, I dont recommend her, she only charges. and he doesnt do his job well, it hurts people who only steal, dont fall into their traps.

If I could give a zero star I would but obviously wouldn t been able to leave a review. The service was horrible, they charge a $100 to make a phone call to you and that is the assistant not the lawyer. That s ridiculous and after I cancel my service with them because I found a different lawyer they still were trying to take my case on and charge me for that. They charge for paper mail for the stamps, when I specifically told them not to sent me anything because they won t my lawyers anymore. It was just horrible and honestly they were just trying to find ways to charge me for nonsense things, like $100 for a phone call from the assistant not even the lawyer. Oh and the reason I change lawyers was because of lack of communication and what they are doing is not professional or ethical. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere.

6 years ago I was represented by Karen; excellent lawyer, professional, humble, knows what she does and knows what she can do for us. He helped me with the process of my residency and I achieved it with great success, dedication and effort. Wait 5 years to begin the citizenship process. I called them several times, leaving messages with my name, phone number and the reason for my call and need for a consultation. To this day I have not received a single return call, something that did not happen in the first experience, they always called him back when he left messages on voicemail. Anyway, I decided to do the citizenship process by myself, although several people told me not to do it because I needed legal representation but I didnt lose hope, I did it all alone, I just paid the fee for the citizenship application, I went to I had my fingerprints removed, I received the interview appointment and after an intense, hard and strong interview I convinced the immigration officer that I could represent myself without any problem. Thank you Karen and employees of the firm, you saved me the service of paying for your representation. Good luck to everyone!

At the beginning of 2017 I made an appointment with the Karen J Crawford firm to see if they could help me with a case that I had many years ago and that due to some changes in laws was stuck. During that time I sought help from a few firms which would not accept my case but Karen J Crawfords firm did and reopened my case. Today in 2020 we have finally achieved the goal thanks to this firm and the help of other firms. Thank you very much Karen J Crawford for your help, I hope you continue to help many people with your professionalism.
