Before being led to Kate Heyde at Kamcare, I had health challenges that other doctors and specialists had essentially told me to learn to live with, mediate more, accept as mysteries, or go back to trying medications that either didn t work or I experienced reactions to. Ms. Heydes resolute dedication to determine the underlying, original cause/source of my issues and address those instead of just the symptoms has given me tremendous relief and remarkable health improvement, in fact, after almost 2 years being under her care, I am healthier than I have been in a long time. I am consistently impressed by her commitment to each patient--examining outside-the-box possibilities, tests results, asking all of the insightful questions I would ve never thought of, tirelessly investigating and thoughtfully considering the best options and then developing personalized treatments that have worked magnificently. Her obvious very genuine and authentic care for her patients and all aspects of their lives is so sincere I feel like I could cancel any upcoming psychiatry appointments. One of my favorite aspects of Kamcare is Office Manager Priscilla, who, no matter how much pain I m in, tangled in insurance red-tape, emergency appointments needs, referrals, medication questions, or you name it Priscilla has the ability to guide, encourage, suggest, simplify issues and calm even the most scattered clients. Kamcare has a serene, tranquil atmosphere that makes the entire experience a soothing pleasure. I love that instead of having to run around town to several different offices for different health issues, I now can trust Kamcare with whatever health issues I have as they arise One Stop Shopping! As an unsolicited ambassador I have sent many family and friends who have now experienced health breakthroughs with Ms. Heyde and feel very blessed. I had a regular check-up with Kate last week. It all went as well as you would hope for. I checked in early, was taken to a room in a few minutes, and Kate appeared within 5 minutes. Kate Heyde has been the best primary care provider Ive ever had (and Im 63, so thats saying a lot!). She always listens to my concerns and trusts that I know my own body. That seems to be kind of a rare thing these days; Ive seen many doctors who dont really want to involve me in my own care, which just doesnt work very well. But, thats not how things are done at KamCare. Shout out to Priscilla, also - she is very helpful and responsive. Both Kate and Priscilla have responded to my texts after-hours when Ive been really sick. I highly recommend KamCare, if you couldnt tell already.

I love being herd by my doctor and have someone actually want to help improve my health. For years I have felt overwhelming fatigue and I ve always been brushed off. When I say KAMcare changed my life, I am not exaggerating. After suffering increasing chronic illness symptoms over nearly ten years, KAMcare is the first to actually listen and respect me. It is unfortunate that I had quite the contrary experience. In a time where I was experiencing new and unknown health issues, I experienced inconsistent customer service from the office manager, uninformed expectation of visit obligations both financially and process-wise. All communication was limited to text even when the matter was better resolved via phone. I was told that I should not be frustrated with my care because I was given a free trial of a medication that I was considering. On two occasions my appointments were requested to be moved without sincere apology. The late evening prior to a vital appointment and long awaited, the Dr texted...not called..to say that she could not fulfill the appointment because it appeared that I was frustrated with my care. Imagine that.

Today was my very first visit and it was FANTASTIC!l from start to finish. The office is adorable, the front office was very welcoming and Kate was incredible. I felt so comfortable.
