Customer service was not great. Just about everything we asked for was extra or not included or unavailable. The tortilla warmer was dirty. Tortillas were stale. Cups were chipped spilled water everywhere. Food wasn t so great either. Would appreciate better customer service from waitress and better quality food.

First time locals trying this location after an appointment. Initially looked cool, then went downhill fast ! Dirty tables with dishes still on from previous customers were everywhere! Dirty floor, un motivated waitress, staff in the back kitchen were laughing so loud like a pachanga ! Guy cleaning two tables was more on his phone than cleaning! Mens RR was trashed! Food was bland and warm not hot ! People expect good service and great food, not poor service and so, so food! Well sry so long but wont go back again ! Rather spend a bit more for what we want not what they think paying customers deserve!!! Arrival time was around 3:45 pm on July 31, 2024 !!

If there was ever a restaurant that needed to invest in training for their wait staff, this is the one. From start to finish, the service lacked, and not because they were busy. The only staff that was good was the busboy, the rest... who knows what they were doing, they didnt. Food was decent. Coffee was lukewarm. Prices were cheap. Definitely a reason why it wasnt packed on a Sunday morning.

While having lunch, we were met by a not very happy to work here waitress. We were left there for a while, although ready to order. She came once to the table when I asked for more tea. She said if your gonna take it, Ill charge you extra. I WAS gonna drink it there since we werent done talking. But oh well, I guess, this was my exit. Im not impressed at all! Thumbs down!

Great food for decent price. Lupita is the sweetest and professional, waitress. The Regular Mexican plate dinner special includes drink, we ate for 2 with chips and salsa for $18.60, plus tip, Lupita deserved every dollar. Hard to still find that fair price and delicious food.

I live in Corpus, and we have better Mexican food than here in McAllen. Service is nice however I dont understand why the orders come out separately. The waitress carried two plates one went to our table the other to a different table. The fact they carried my food to another table where guest were talking over my food then brought it to me didnt sit right with me.

I don t know if it s because we came during rush hour? It s 1:28 and we re almost finished eating but we ordered a milanesa and they brought the meat all hard. Also whenever we needed salsa or more to drink the waiters acted like they could not see us, we kept saying miss or try to get their attention but they would not budge. Overall rude customer service and the food wasn t that great. From 1-10 I would rate the food a 2 since it s eatable. One thing for sure are the good portions but that would be it.

The waitress repeated our order back to us 3 times and the food was made incorrectly. When we told the manager on staff she told us to take the order ticket from waitress next time and make sure it was written correctly because the cooks follow the ticket. We told her next time we d deliver the ticket ourselves and make our own food next time.

Great food to match the prices. Went on a Saturday morning, and it was a bit crowded. Our server was good but could be a lot better. More tentative to her customers. The fajita for the tacos de Reynosa was charred black making it inedible with the corn tortillas being dipped in oil and barely cooked at all. Really low effort was clearly put into the food. The plate wasn t even much of a meal with it being tacos with grilled onions and more onions except raw and rice and overcooked charro beans. I don t recommend you go here unless you re above the age of 60 as most of the customers that were there at the time. With older taste buds I might ve not noticed the lazy cooking.

Outstanding. My dog came back to life after I experienced the greatness of this restaurant. I ordered a chimichanga plate, and it was magical. A soaring bald eagle passed the window at the moment I bit into the carne guisada. When I returned home, he smelled the scent of the chimi on my clothing from beyond the grave and miraculously his life was restored. Thank you Taco Fiesta for your life giving cuisine.
