I ve never had to acquire the services of a law firm before, so my husband and I went into this situation completely ignorant of the process. We were severely damaged from a company s negligence after a hurricane hit the area we live in. Tylka Law Firm handled us with kindness and care; they took our case seriously and worked diligently no matter what was thrown at them (appeal after appeal, covid, etc); and they were always available to answer questions as well as keep us updated on the progress of our case. I don t think our situation is the norm for most interactions people have with a law firm, but I can tell you that Mr. Tylka and his team set the standard for what the norm should be. We thankfully won our case, but even if we hadn t, I d be leaving this same review purely based on how caring they were and how hard they worked on this. I HIGHLY recommend Tylka Law Firm, you won t regret it!

I was discussing an accident I had with Larry Tylka from Tylka Law Center. Although the accident occurred in Wisconsin, and me being from Missouri, Larry and his team were able to help me. Larry evaluated my situation and determined I had a case and should be compensated. Larry, Tyler Tylka and I had phone conferences in which they gathered information regarding the accident. Their experience was evident as they collected incident reports, ambulance reports, hospital billing, work absentee information they were very thorough. The case was to be heard in Illinois, a state in which the Tylka Law Center does not practice. Larry researched and found a team of wonderful lawyers to represent me. They worked with the insurance company and concluded with a favorable settlement. So here is my advice. If you have a legal question, talk to the team at Tylka Law Center. They are great people who will listen and point you in the right direction. I m glad I did!

My case is not over yet but I wanted to share my experience thus far..I was in a car accident and filed a lawsuit against the opposing culprit/Insurance company...In a couple of months...my case will be settled out of court or tried by a jury..The filing process is completely new to me and even though I am not directly involved...I wanted to be a part of and/or understand the process...In the last 6 months...I have reached out to Tylka Law to get a status..They have let me know what to expect...How far the process has gone..and the steps in the Lawsuit from Beginning to trial if required..My hopes and prayers is that Tylka can get me the maximum amount that I deserve and we wont have to go to trial. I will give an update with the final outcome

Hired them, but after a year they dropped my case, for not other reason besides they couldn t get in contact with the people we were filing a claim with. Wasted a FULL year!! They never called me, never kept me up to date. Don t waste your time! I ve written like 2 reviews ever, please listen to me on this one, don t trust them!

Larry has been the best lawyer I have found yet. He has handled multiple car accident cases and now even a business suit. He always has the best advise and has always guided me in the right direction for any legal question I will have. He is dedicated to his customers and always wants whats best. No communication whatsoever.. I always had to call or email to get any kind of info. I get that they have many clients, but an occasional call every few months or so goes a long way. Not once did they ever initiate a call after the first time we spoke. Only to end up having time wasted. Got a new lawyer and in a matter of weeks, they have done more than this place did in almost a year.

Nice people but not really excited to help but more criticism then helpful lifting of spirits. Seems to only want to help in a sure thing instead of putting out the effort to get the job done. Its only my observation and was told by his attorney friend how great he was, they only have s block between thier offices and guess they feed off each others referrals. I couldnt get good representation ; however I did get another tefersl and they told me straight away they couldnt see any profit in representingr and did not charge me. I believe if they say they can help then youll be in good hands. They seem to know whats good or proper.

My mom hired this guy when I was hit by a pick up truck at 13. It took him 5 years to settle the case, which he never bothered to contact me or my mother about. Hed constantly cancel appointments without any notification, and when he would show up for court, hed reschedule it right there. He didnt even show up for our first court appearance a week after I was hit. When he finally did settle, I got a whopping $1700 from whatever the original settlement was. He kept most of it for himself and charged me with all kinds of stupid crap, like faxing papers and making copies of documents. Im actually looking for a lawyer again, but WILL NOT be calling Larry Tylka.

To every one who is out there looking for a good and honest lawyer, who will go to the extreme limitations to make sure your case or family and friends case is meet over and beyond of what is required of the law.Then Mr. Larry Tylka is your man.The thing that I love most about Attorney Larry Tylka, he is a God fearing man. (He loves God) any one who loves God first , then surely that is the Lawyer that you would want to stand before a judge and jury to respersent your case. My son was in a wreck and he received a ticket. We were told the ticket would go on his record. We researched and found that Larry Tylka was highly recommended, so we contacted him about our options.
