Very bad service, they had us sitting for 15 minutes. I want to highlight that the place was empty and they took my ID and the waitress took it so that other colleagues could see it. I dont know why? They spoke to us very reluctantly. I think that if people are tired, send them home and look for others who will cover the time so that they can offer us the best experience. Ours here, Bad

Had a group working outing there and had to get the drinks from the bar instead of having a server and we had over 10 people. Wasnt terrible but a bit of a pain to have to get up everytime for a drink. Drinks were good. Food not so much. The claimari was overly dry and salty. Chips were overly salty too. Spinich artichoke dip was good. The thing to get for appetizers is the chicken fingers as they were pretty good.

By far, some of the poorest service ever. Apparently, the bar staff does not understand the concept of working for tips. There are less than 14 people in here, and I had to wait for everything. After 22 years in the business, I could see the problem, lack of customer service training skills. Instead of standing around with your hands in your pockets or looking at your phone, perhaps you should be trolling the bar and working the customer base.

They were out of 4 major tap beers, didnt tell us until after we ordered and had been waiting 10 minutes for any drinks to arrive. Got fried pickles and fish & chips with truffle fries. Pickles were fine. Not very breaded so definitely more pickle flavored than others. The fish were 3 logs that looked like they came from a box. Tarter sauce was good though. They changed their ranch recipe as well.... Id come here once every 6-8 months because of location, but theres so many other better chain sports bars around. Parking: Free parking lot, uncovered. Free garage parking available, but a walk aways.

Great location, great food but The service was not palatable. Jasmine, our waitress would leave the table as soon as one person ordered. We d call her back but she d just do the same thing over and over again. Never checked in on how things were. Had to go to the bar for a simple water multiple times. Messed up multiple orders. It was so bad she got someone else to properly wait our table. She was not patient and was definitely not shy on showing her rotten attitude towards our group. Personally have no reason to come back here. Don t recommend hosting a happy hour here.

My server, Sam took great care of me! She gave great attention, great recommendations, and an overall good experience. She was busy one moment and when I asked another waitress for a straw she said you ask your server which was offputting but Sam got it pronto when I asked. Will be back

On the website, its says martini Monday with special price. They do martinis on Tuesday, according to our server. The food was fine but flares from their website didnt come. The website shows pickles on top on the fish sandwich, no. My son had the hot chicken and got pickles. Our server was very dry. So yall, go for atmosphere cause nothing else.

Pros: a/c not working, so I wasnt freezing! LOL! Clean. Great French fries. Comfortable bar stools with backs. I am near 80 and was comfy. Music not loud. Lots of table varieties, inside and outside. Lots of tvs. Good wifi. Cons: Coca-Cola too sweet. Batender worked hard, but didnt seem to notice me unless I waved her down. Yes, shes new and learning. Hopefully, shell get better at helping patrons want to come back. Had to wait quite a while for extra limes and second drink, and I was right in front of her. Yeah, yeah, wait your turn. LOL! I frequent this place 2 to 3 times a week I was told his name is ABLE however all of the men bartenders or catty with attitudes ABLE is the WORST of them all they will go get a waiter that is not working at the bar to assist me because MONTHS ago I complaind about how we were looked over for about 45 minutes while everyone around us was serve with great service ...I have spent THOUSANDS at this place on eating and drinking and THIS TYPE OF SERVICE is a poor reflection of the type of business model that Bar Louie upholds...I have reported this actions to management as well!! Id heard Bar Louie was great and decided to recommend it for a group of my friends after brunch. They beat me there, but I could already tell my friends were irritated but were still being cordial to staff. The bartenders were clearly expecting problematic behavior (so stereotyping), and we spent two hours being sweet as sin in order to turn their attitudes around. Their slow, dismissive service gradually got better by the end and they were eventually all way more relaxed and friendly, but *that was labor* ...I came to spend money and enjoy my friends not soothe the staff from whatever the heck they either walked into at the start of their shift or because of pre- conceived notions...or both.

The White guy with glasses at the bar last night around 11 pm 5/12/2024 is a douche bag....I never seen him before I usually come here to watch the Cowboys games most of the bartender knows me....since I am a big tipper...didnt want to give me any drinks because of my expired drivers license since I had forgot my current one at home in my other car... you can sell alcohol with an expired ID...just because the date is expired doesnt mean my age is expired...maybe next time I should give him a tip to look at the laws again...was going to go home and get my current ID but went somewhere else where they checked my ID and said it was fine...

This was my 1st time going to Bar Louie and I will never be back. My 1st experience was horrible. When my husband and I got there we were meeting with our public adjuster assistant he was there waiting for us. Walking in all the way to the table it was we set down the server came about 5 minutes after we got there with water then left came back and asked if we wanted anything else to drink besides water so we ordered 3 drinks another 5 minutes to get drinks. Mind you the place was not busy at all maybe 3 tables if that. I was looking at the menu to see what I wanted the server never came back but passed our table multiple times then went the other way instead of coming back to see if we were ready to order so I got someone elses attention and asked for a manager as it was now over 40 min and we still havent put our order in. He said he was the Bar manager and suggested we move to the bar as he knows I would get better service and apologized for the experience. We moved to the bar, oh forgot to mention my twisted tea was flat so the bar host asked if we wanted anything so we ordered our food. It took maybe 5 min to get our food since we only ordered appetizers (I was afraid to order anything else at this time) I spoke with the manager Lisa and she apologized for my experience again and also fixed us another drink. So once we were ready to leave because I was still and now just not feeling the service from the servers the bar host finally came back and we asked for 2 go boxes so he said okay. Well another 10 min no boxes so I said excuse me (while they all in a huddle talking) he heard me didnt acknowledge me but went run and get the 2-go boxes. He gave them and left at this point Im truly pissed as he gave the check but walked off. I wish I could have gotten all their names because I would blast them. This other guy comes over and asked if we were okay did we need help. I was still pissed and venting advising how bad of a service I received and experienced. He said I just got here so you can just pay your tab and go. Oh my I wanted to snap. Once again I asked for the manager Lisa she apologized again and agreed that my experience was not what they stand for and said she would handle my ticket. Which that was fine I appreciate her for doing that because no one should have experienced what we did. Im still pissed about it as I dont feel like nothing else will be done about it and its not okay to treat your customers the way they did. And the menu looked so good I wanted to try more but I was already pissed from the first server. Thank you Lisa for your hospitality but something else needs to be done as they were very rude and ugly. If I could give no s I would but that one is for Lisa..... I will never be back to the Bar Louie at Park Lane at all very bad 1st time experience

I went to other Bar louie but this one on parkland was not pleasant. So I went in with my 12yrs old. Didnt know only 21 yrs old can sit there. Well why it took 7 or 8 mins to tell me that. Ok cool. Then the attender told me you can sit wherever you like.ok saw some empty seats, sat down. Only to be ignored by staff members passing by. 7 or 8 mins later, another staff member came telling us this area was reserved for a party...ok, why did anyone say something. While there is no reserve sign anywhere. Ok we moved again. Sat there another 7 or 8 mins. At this point I asked my daughter if we can just leave. Then AJ or DJ came. We ordered our meal. Never saw the waiter maybe another 10mins. Food arrived and not utensils or napkins. Literally I had to get some from a table behind us. After we were half way eating, here comes the waiter. Well the place wasnt busy but I guess its just poor customer service. My daughter is like mommy, they not even putting effort to help. Well if my 12yrs old know what great customer service is, am pretty sure the restaurant failed. Not a happy camper and will not return. Thanks. I still tipped the waiter though atleast he served us

My friends and I decided to stop in for some drinks and a quick lunch. We sat at the bar, and placed our order. Upon arrival of our drinks, the bartender today, delivered the wrong drinks. We politely asked her if we could get what we ordered and was met with a horrible attitude stating you said pineapple if you said the other then I would ve made that. The rest of our meal was followed by the same attitude with her even talking poorly to another set of customers that merely asked was outdoor seating. We used to really enjoy coming here but our last 2-3 visits have made us stop coming. We gave it another chance last Saturday, but NOPE. Service is extremely slow, it takes forever for the bar tender to take our drink order. The bar is constantly dirty. I haven t been waiting long but I grabbed a table before this couple did and they were serviced right away. It s been five minutes and I ve made eye contact with two servers & the brunette lady bar tender. I wanted to grab some of their amazing pasta but I have yet to be acknowledged. Interesting. I use to love coming to this location when Paige worked here but I highly doubt I ll be coming back. I m in town on business. I thought I d stop by for some food and drinks and watch the Championship game. Surprisingly the place is practically empty. I ask for a beer that s clearly on the menu and on tap but the bartender says it s not available. He says the list of beers are for all locations except this one. I ask for a different one then he notices the original one I asked for is RIGHT NEXT TO IT. The bartender is slow, and doesn t once ask if I need another drink. I had to keep waving for his attention. I get my food and ask for extra napkins. He says, one is all he s got with the worse attitude. The food was mediocre. There are three other little Women also working and I mean little as in short and young. He has them carrying big buckets of ice for him. Why is a grown Man making Women fetch heavy buckets of ice? It s not like the place is packed and he has no time. I ll be back on business next month but I probably won t be back at this location.

Sat at the bar for happy hour and Julian F was our server. Terrible service, bad cocktail and bad beer, server vaping and dishonest. Ordered a martini off of their menu and a beer. Martini came and was prepared incorrectly, beer tasted off. Asked for a new martini (not filthy as it had been prepared). Came back and apologized, said no charges for either martini and would be closing our checks since his shift was ending. Never came back with a check. Asked to be closed out and bill was double what we expected - said sorry I had to charge you for something my manager was there - and charged us for a non- happy hour martini. Came back to tell me happy hour menu did not include my martini (the sign says signature martinis are half off) and that the info about happy hour items was on the menu (but not the particular menu he had provided). All of this back and forth was with his pants dragging below his rear end and a vape in his hand. Safe to say, we will not be returning. Disappointing for what should have been an easy happy hour

I ordered an appetizer and a main course, it all came at the same time.i asked for a to go box, because of so many nats. She removed the chips for the dips. No way to pack sauces of guacamole, ketchup barbecue and queso. Diamond was done with me after I asked for the check, (Im confuse, it cost me $4 more to have the plant burger instead of a meat burger).I just don t understand how I just spent $20 on a burger??? I watched them dump out bottles of juice,(?? Or whatever) the young lady said they sat out all night. Then dumped them. Then Diamond filled the same bottles back up without a rinse. Atmosphere is cool. Food has slipped a little from original quality but its still decent bar food. Service is a little slow and aloof. Not as friendly as before, especially like Allen and the Old Garland location. Maybe they could hire some perky friendly females to help the situation, like behind the bar??? Truly the worst service and management. Still waiting on even a glass of water after being inside at the bar & table for 25 mins. Had to literally call the restaurant while in the restaurant to get service. The manager HORRIBLE. Oh and she hung up the phone while speaking to her and asking for a simple thing called service. We came in and no one greeted us. Didn t know where to go, where to sit. We finally were able to track down some servers who were in a corner huddle speaking to one another like three of them. They said just sit anywhere. We did but clearly by the lovely manager hanging up on us we were not sitting in the right place. Avoid this location until they get better management.

This location is terrible. It was hard to get help and one of the waiters named Michael had a nasty attitude with me because I asked him for fresh fries after I had been waiting a considerable amount of time for my food that was cold. The service tonight was horrifying. We came in and no one greeted us. We asked a few servers who closed by and we were told to seat ourselves. The tables were dirty. We had to asked someone to clean one of the tables for us. The restaurant was not busy at all. Servers were standing around chit-chatting. We had asked for a server to come and take our order. We asked for lemon for our waters twice. By the third time, I just went to the bar and asked for it myself. When the food arrived, there were no silverware, no napkins. Our hamburger buns were cold. The server had completely disappeared. I had to kept going to the bar to grab some napkins and ask for silverware and limes for our tequila shots and everything else for ou meals. When the server did come back to the table, we let her know that we had to go to the bar to ask for everything that we needed for our meals. Then, she got a really bad attitude towards us. Right then, we knew we will never come back to this location. Thats just too bad because we really enjoyed coming here. The last time we were here, this restaurant was packed. I was quite surprised that the restaurant was not busy at all being that it was on a Saturday night and it was Veterans Day. It was a super packed last year on Veterans day. And as busy as they were last year, the service was top notch. This location is no longer as good or busy as it once was. Its time to find other restaurants/bars to spend our money.

Went on a Saturday morning for brunch. There was 4 other people in the whole place so just sat at the bar. Ordered the baked omelet and it was the smallest portion I ve ever seen. I struggle to see why people would come here. Maybe it s the atmosphere. But to be in a city with 75 craft breweries and not a single craft beer is on tap? I got the dip trio and chips. The guacamole appeared to be from a bag, the queso was granulated and reconstituted poorly, salsa was palatable and may have been the only saving grace. Wouldn t recommend if you re looking for a good beer and good food.

I recently tried the new Monterey Chicken dish at Bar Louie, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The chicken was dry and overcooked, making it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the mushrooms were burnt, and the potatoes were incredibly overcooked, resembling mushy baby food. As someone who appreciates good food, its disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a meal that falls so short of expectations. I would highly recommend looking for other dining options in the area to save both your wallet and your taste buds from this disappointment.

Took my daughter to lunch while shopping. This bar had lunch specials sign out front between clothing stores and shoes. We decided to give it a try. Rocky start with a glass with someone elses lipstick on the rim, but our server was really nice about it. We went for appetizers with cheese curds and calamari. Excellent choices if I do say so myself. I opted for french onion soup as my main, and LA chose the chicken with avocado wrap and tots. Tots were temperature challenged, but the wrap was delish. Soup was hot and stringy cheesey, which I loved. Our server, Zach, navigated the dirty glass AND the cold tots with aplomb. He smiled throughout both compliments and complaints. We so appreciated his great attitude and energy. He earned the place its fourth star.

Came in around 10:30 pm tonight (Saturday) where it was not busy. I sat in the booth with my friends & a worker somewhat acknowledged us but then disappeared & wouldn t come back. Finally I got his attention as he was cleaning the table next to us & I asked him if there was someone we could put an order in with & he replied I ll get you a server. Then he disappeared again for a long time and a large group came in & sat at the table next to us. He gave all of them menus & drink menus which he didn t give us & said he could put in their drink order. We decided to leave after being blatantly ignored. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Went here after leaving the movies to grab a late night drink. We sat down and began to look at the menu on our phones. We noticed that about 20 minutes had passed and no one asked to take our order or grab drinks. We tried to flag down a server to order drinks and the server ignored us. Our friend had to go up and ask about how to put an order in, we were told that a server would come to us. The server never came to our table. A huge group walked in after us and I m not sure if the server knew this group but they seemed liked they knew each other. The server immediately grabbed them menus and started taking their drink orders at the table next to us. At that point we decided to leave because it wasn t worth spending our money at a place with such a rude staff. I would understand if we came in 30 minutes to closing but the bar doesn t close till 2am and there were still 4 hours of operation left. The bar was not busy at all, there were plenty of empty tables. I know understand why there were so many empty tables .

WORST SERVICE EVER! The manager seated us on the patio at 10:02pm (they close at 2am). There was a light fixture over our table, but the server said he didnt know how to turn the light on, & then he came back & said the manager on duty didnt know how to turn it on either, so we ate in the dark. The server was non attentive the whole time we were there, & we had to keep going inside to tell the bartender that we were ready to pay the check, & he kept saying the server was on his way. There were very few customers in the restaurant, yet It took over 20 minutes for the guy to bring the check. It seems as if Bar Louie has been in a downward spiral for many years now. Im not just referring to this location, and I cant definitively say the entire franchise, but I can speak to the multiple locations that Ive visited in TX, VA and DC. The food is terrible. Even the presentation is horrible. I dont know what happened with this chain, but something changed several years ago and they started cutting corners when it comes to quality. The atmosphere is great and this could be an awesome bar again if they had a professional to come in and teach the kitchen staff about food quality, food preparation and presentation. Just my observation as a self-proclaimed foodie

My friend and I met at Bar Louie yesterday afternoon. I had previously had a great experience a few months ago. This time, however, was absolutely horrible. We waited for 20 minutes before our presence was acknowledged. We finally ordered drinks and appetizers. Appetizers arrived 15 minutes later before our drinks were brought to us. We had asked for water as well but never did receive. We finally asked the waiter what the problem was. He apologized and told us he was the only server there. (The restaurant inside was full; we were outside, which wasn t). The experience was not a positive one. The appetizer tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. When the check came there is not an option to write in your own tip amount. The minimum is 18% which was insulting since the only decent thing were our drinks.

Really nice restaurant with a friendly staff. Dont expect a drink in the first 15 minutes you are there lol. Or another drink if it hasnt been 20 minutes. It just seems like management should organize things a bit better. This place is a chain and I guess I shouldnt be expecting much. We didnt eat dinner because our appetizer (the trio, which is guacamole, salsa and caso). Wasnt very good and if you mess that up its a bad sign. The caso was made of powder that wasnt melted and mixed properly, and the guacamole tasted like it came from a bag. Would be willing to try again but it just was miss after miss. Great location and good vibe with the music and staff.

Ordered a flatbread pizza. After 30+ minutes it arrived and the cheese was not melted. I then ordered a dessert and a cup of coffee. After 20 minutes the coffee arrived after 45 minutes dessert never arriving advised the server and her reply was basically oh well, sorry . Worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Our waiter would awkwardly walk up to our table, glare at us, and wait 30 seconds before making conversation. She would walk around our table with her car keys in her hand, to show us that she was trying to leave (we were in the restaurant 3 hours before they closed). We had ordered chips and salsa, and she took it away from our table with half of the chips still left without asking or making any comment at all (we were still eating it). When it was time for checks, i had asked for it all to be together, and she proceeded to make me pay for each of them separately which was awkward and took forever. Initially, our party of 4 wanted to sit at a high top to be able to view the Stanley Cup. We were told by the server that we had to sit at a table where everyone could not see the game. We asked our server about the late night happy hour special. He said it started at 10pm even though the sign outside said it started at 9pm. When our friend joined us later, she asked about the happy hour times and said the sign outside said it started at 9pm. The server said they would check again and came back to tell us it did start at 9pm. The service took a while but we moved to the bar and then the bartender was very attentive. Our original server seemed to be in training. The food was standard bar food and drinks were solid. There is a plenty of parking and we didn t have to wait to be seated. Overall, a good place to come for a chill atmosphere on a weekday to watch a game but nothing spectacular. Parking: Tons of free parking in the garage. Restaurant is located on top floor Kid-friendliness: No kids were present when we were there but seems like a fine place to bring kids
