Menchies Frozen Yogurt in League City has become the Go-To place for my family when it comes to frozen treats. The girls love it! The frozen yogurt and the variety of flavors and toppings are... well, the TOPS! We highly recommend the frozen yogurt birthday cakes! For example (Warning Nostalgia Flashback coming) the little frosted pink and white animal cookies with colorful sugar dots sprinkled on them. Like crunching them up in VERY cold milk and eating them. Only the very cold milk is... well frozen yogurt! So good one taste and you will be 10 again if only for a second. The owner of this location is a very sweet (like her yogurt treats and cakes) and server and will make you feel like you are her number one customer.

I came here and the manager swatti Patel was so unbelievably rude to her employees and not to mention she herself wasn t practicing any of the health practices and was incredibly rude to me as I bought my yogurt I can t believe that her employees have to put up with her.

Great place, but also they should not be late opening at 11am. They lost customers because they didnt open on time. Employees shouldnt be strolling in late with coffee..saw a little girl cry because her mom thought they werent open, still werent set up for business at half past, so my people and I left as well.

My daughter came with her library reward and my husband got an icecream too. The reward says a free one but they only discounted 6 oz and with the discount we ended up paying $9.01 for my husbands and daughters (not even half full cups of ice cream). I asked him to re-weigh and he said he already did and would not change the price then rang up other customers and walked away. Very frustrating Edit: Thank you for your quick response. I think if the coupon was changed to reflect the discount rather than saying a free ice cream that would be less confusing.

If I could give it zero stars I would. All the machines mixes were all watery and none of the sugar-free selections were available. Staff is too busy cutting up in the back to pay attention to their jobs. Not to mention when they did come out they were giggling. The restaurant area was disgusting. Been a long time patron of this location and will never return because of the lack of attention to detail.

A couple came in front of us. They didnt wear mask and no gloves and tried all flavors touching and spiting everywhere I told the cashier to inform the to stop or wear mask and gloves and he did nothing and didnt care

the toppings were very much lacking and disorganized even though the place was empty and the employee was just standing behind the register since we walked in. one of the soft serve machines was not working and dripping/leaking. i pointed it out and she just said yeah, you shouldnt use that one the ice cream we got wasnt bad. the prices were reasonable. but the tidyness, and cleanliness and upkeep leave a lot to be desired ------- edit- hey there, thanks for your reply. the boba (the little squishy mango balls ? ) were like 99% empty except for a random stragler here and there, the surrounding toppings were also in disaray and the cheesecake bite bits only had enough toppings for one of the 3 people in our party to use any at all, and no mandarins or berries (except maybe blue berries?) . i appreciate your response though, we were there maaaybe 3 weeks ago on a satruday, it was one of the really hot days of summer before the hurricane warning . the staff person, there were 2 i believe was a young female at the register who saw super nice, and the person going back and forth appeared to be restocking or stocking the frozen treats you sell, like cakes. thanks for your responsiveness! you get a star for that !

I visited Menchies (on League City Pkwy near Clear Falls High School and Bayside Intermediate School) for the very first time today, and I was delighted to find sugar-free and gluten-free yogurt which was absolutely delicious!!! And the lady working there was wonderful!!! What a welcome addition to the area; I hope they stay!

We love this Menchies! The owners and staff are all so sweet and caring. It is incredibly clean and they have great flavors with tons of toppings. We eat here at least once a week. It wasnt a great first experience didnt seem welcoming nor sanitary. We walked into the store, there was nobody in there, the employee was in the back for probably a minute or two; she then walks up front but doesnt welcome us nor explain how it works ( it was our first time) I had to question if they had different cup sizes and if there was a cost between the cups for her to just tell me this is the cup its based off of weight and then she walked to the back again. She didnt come back up until we were ready to pay. Aftter we paid she then walked over to the candy topping area and started filling her hand up with candy; just did not seem professional or sanitary to me. Other than that I dont see anything that really stands out from every other place other than it being convenient because its nearby.
