It was fire! And it wasnt after the club when I visited. Lol Kid-friendliness: Kids were dining with parents. Wheelchair accessibility: The tables were all low enough for wheelchairs to sit at comfortably, for the most part.

One of the better ones I have been to I got my usual dou le hash browns scattered smothered covered and double chucked with 2 eggs over medium which I have to say were not quite right the white was still a little undone. Over medium is soft yolks done whites and I didnt make sure to clarify that with the waitress. Seems to be different ideas of what OM means when it comes to eggs. Anyways its a good waffle house so if youre a fan of the chain then try this one out.

I was staying at a motel across the street. I and another student had decided to study here after a long day of training. Bad idea!!! Our server was great, polite, friendly, and very well mannered. The other staff, however, was unhinged after about 10 minutes of being there they put on the music box that was very load staff included. Our coffee and pie and study time was not enjoyable at all.

I wanted to sit at the bar while I waited for my Togo order and they told me I wasn t allowed to sit there and I told them I wanted to watch my food being made - which is the point of the open kitchen, and the manager said oh you don t trust them and walked away. I found this INCREDIBLY rude. I d like to add that there was no one waiting to be seated in the single seat (it was by itself) .

Went to this Waffle House on the 27th of July 2024. There was a hostess with a clipboard standing there taken down names. She had a nasty attitude. She didn t tell us we could have a seat and wait til the table was ready. As me and my party waited. I watch the waiter and waitress only clean off the tables While the hostess could have been cleaning the seats and tables. Instead of just standing there waiting to see if people were done eating. The seats had food all over them. My party and I had to clean the seats off ourselves. There was a dirty mop bucket by the jukebox. The grill area was so filthy it was cross contaminated. The waitress Erica was very professional and polite. The waffle atmosphere was very dirty. I worked at a Waffle House before I joined the Military. Also have ate in numerous ones. Never have I seen one so filthy. If I could give this place a zero I would.

They were busy when we came in. It had a dirty table we waited about 10 minutes for. Not a huge deal. We weren t acknowledged but the sweetness and hospitality of our server made it all worth it. She was wearing a red shirt. We told her what she wanted and helped me decide on a pancake because they didn t have peanut butter. She talked me into the blueberry nughet. It was surprisingly delicious. My friend and I both got hash browns and we also wanted an egg to put in On top. She told us how to make one of them a meal to save us a little money. Our coffee stayed full and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone seemed professional and clean. I hadn t been to a waffle House in a long time but this definitely makes me want to go back.

We will no longer be eating at waffle House. When we came, we didn t get all of our food, we had to wait forever, my husband was done eating before I even got my food corrected because they brought me the wrong thing. So I didn t even get to eat while we were there. In addition, I attempted to give them another chance another day and call up there and I can t talk to anyone because of their automated system. So I drive up there to place my order, Not only that I have to wait forever because no one was coming to the register, but then I get told that I have to place it online because they no longer accept To go orders inside. If anything they should have at least put that on their automated Voice system. Because it was a huge waste of time. So we will not be eating a waffle House ever again. The service is bad, and the food is no longer the quality it used to be,

Ridiculously fast service for deliciously classic food- I had my food within only a few minutes of ordering! Same Waffle House joy that s been at the heart of my childhood (and America at large), from incredibly friendly staff who are super competent, honest, and efficient for both regulars and occasional guests. As I always do, I got a waffle, and it was fluffy without being too decadent, crunchy without being too stiff. Definitely give them a visit when you get the chance; it s absolutely worth it, and I promise it s just as good as you remember.

Ive come here a couple of times and thats only because its the closest..I usually come around 12am to 2am for a to go order. Sucks that what i want isnt online to order(fiesta omlette or omelets in general) so I have to do the order in the restaurant . Food is pretty good but make sure you check your order b4 you leave because it may not be exactly what you ordered and also they change the prices every time for the same order. I came in at 6:34 AM on 3-31-2024. As I entered I didnt receive any kind of greeting. I proceeded to the counter and sat down. There were two waitresses on duty. One African American woman amd one Caucasian woman. The African American one said I aint waiting on this cracker and walked off. The other waitress stood directly in front of me spraying dishes down in the sink. I sat and looked at menu for about 3 minutes. I tried to get their attention to let them know I was ready to order. After being ignored once again I got up and left. I cant believe Waffle House service has gotten so bad. To think these are the same people wanting 25.00 an hour. They cant even do the job at the current pay. I know Im only one person and wont be back Amy time soon. But others will soon see or be treated as I was and the numbers will add up over time.

Arrived around 11PM, maybe it was shift change. Place was reasonably full but got a clean booth quickly. Initial visit by server was within 5 minutes, we ordered shortly thereafter. Food took at least 30 minutes and was good (waffle had to go back for missing chocolate chips). Coffee refills were not prompt. At around 1145pm there was loud vulgar shouting from one of the employees to what appeared to be a lead cook/manager. Lead cook kept composure, vulgar employee disappeared, showed up at counter a short time later and sat at counter dressed to leave and was visibly agitated. When we left we saw her in the parking lot still agitated. Will find other places to eat in the future.

This was the most unfriendly atmosphere I have ever encountered. No one even acknowledged us at the restaurant. There were 5 people in front of us. No one ever acknowledged them either. A person in the line waiting cleaned the tables off and I wiped my own table off. The waitress finally made her way to wait on us. We ordered eggs, toast, sausage and hash browns. The sausage was burnt, eggs were cold, the hash browns were cold. The food was terrible! The table that sat beside us ordered chili they said it was cold and sent it back 3 times. When we went to pay, the cooks were so busy talking to each other we had to track down the waitress to pay the bill. One star is too much. Do not stop here unless you want to be disappointed. Absolutely the worst Waffle House in Texas!! Several people walked out while we were trying to get waited on because they did not get acknowledge either when they entered the restaurant after waiting for 10 minutes. I only gave one star because because - s aren t an option. This morning was the 1st time I ve been to this location since they reopened after the remodel. Remodel looks nice, no more seating but definitely opened up the kitchen area. Now, the reason for my bad review. I walked in (just me), there was a party of 2 waiting and another party of 2 came in right behind me. None of us were greeted, not even eye contact, no acknowledgment of ANY kind! In just a few mins 3 tables and a seat at the counter became available. 1st party sat down and once one of the other booths was cleaned, the other couple sat down. I was waiting for the seat at the counter to be cleaned instead of taking a big booth for just me. After a few mins of standing & waiting & watching several waitresses walk past the dirty counter seat a waitress finally started to clean it as slow as she possibly could. She finally made eye contact with me and I told her I would sit there after it was cleaned. She said you want to sit here ? I said unless you want me to take up a whole booth just for me ! She looked over at the booth and shrugged her shoulders, I said you know what, I ll just go somewhere else because apparently it s too much trouble . I drove about a mile down the road to the Egg House Cafe. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, was seated immediately, and my waitress (Hailey) came over, introduced herself and apologized for the wait (May have only been 2 mins until she got to me), gave me great service, great food as always! I should have gone to Egg House in the 1st place. Now excuse me while I go give Egg House Cafe a 5 rating!

Food was great, the service needs improvement. We came in while traveling through. Some customers noticed us waiting, I noticed they werent eating any longer. Wondering how much longer before they would leave so we can sit, I know the wait staff noticed us also. But, some waitresses kept chatting with the customers who were done eating while glancing our way. Wow, I thought, were off to a good start. So after awhile we sat & ordered. Im 71 and have eaten at Waffle House more times than I can count. Always known for good food, fair price and fast service. It has always been a favorite. I hadnt been in a while and expected the prices to be up for the all star. What I didnt expect was plastic to go forks and knives, burned toast, burned bacon, undercooked eggs and hashbrowns and smaller than the waffle iron waffles. Needless to say, it was an expensive (3 meals pls oj and coffee) and disappointing meal. Ive never seen so many workers/cooks behind the counter...maybe training. We use to visit this Waffle House at least once a week for over a year. Then came staff changes. Service suffered a little and our bacon was always getting burnt. Then came the remodel, so we thought we d give it another try. My son and I went in for a late breakfast. 10:50am. There were only 4 other guests in at that time. We went to grab a booth, but all of them were dirty. We had to ask for one to be cleaned so we could sit down. Then I had to wipe the seat with napkins because it was wet. We ordered quickly because we always order the same thing. A couple came in and sat behind us. Within 5 minutes they had ordered as well. The waitress didn t even start cooking the waffle for our order until our bacon was already done. Which sat there with our eggs until the manager called out for them to deliver it. Our waitress then delivered it to the table behind us. Then she went to get the waffle which by this time was burnt. She threw it out and was going to start a new one. It is now 11:20, 30 minutes later. Then she realized her mistake of giving our food to the other table and tried to pick it up from them and set it in front of us. And the waffle was still not started at this point. I then proceeded to let her know that we would like to just pay for our drinks and go elsewhere. Also, there were several flies we had to keep swatting at. That was our last visit to this location. I do not recommend.

Went in at 7:20 PM. no clean tables or counters. Ordered food got soda and the water was beond bad. An employee bought in a can of Coke (they dont drink the soda there). Finally 7:59 she brings burnt bacon no eggs no hashbrowns while serving people who got there before us. Used to be good NOT NOW. CW

This is the first time I had something at Waffle House. They recently reopened and are currently cash-only. Coffee, bacon and sunny side up eggs are to perfection NGL. I only had American dine in IHOP before and Waffle House is definitely better than IHOP imo in regarding the above items. The only thing that I didnt like that much is their hash browns. Could be better.

Store was a disaster area. Bathrooms were bio-hazards. Finally got a seat, but were then ignored. After two parties who arrived after us were served before we were even greeted, we decided that we would leave.

The people were cool they were just overly packed when we went, and we have never been to that one before. Kid-friendliness: Unless they are well mannered I would not take them there. It does not have a play place.

My mom loves this waffle house location. She always talks about how one guy makes the best Well done hashbrowns. We been going here for past 2 years exclusively for breakfast. Lately, the quality of service and atmosphere has dropped down a bit. My mom was unsatisfied with the dirty state of the floors and the smell that clung to the air. The waits, are also much longer. Admittedly, the staff must be worn down. Management ought to prioritize sanitation whenever they have their own hands free. Props to the polite staff that have been there, though! Keep up the general good workk!

The lady at the front had us desatended. She looked very distracted. ( We had to ask for everything such as forks and knifes). The food wasn t good at all as other Waffle Houses. We had been going to waffle house for around 5 years, but never at this location. The steak was served cold and was very salty. Very unlikely experience
