During my stay at the hotel for a conference, I encountered severe dissatisfaction due to the poor customer service, presence of roaches in the room, significant noise disruptions, and the refusal of the hotel staff to clean my room, because it had only been cleaned two days prior. When concerns were brought to management it was dismissive with lack of empathy or assistance.

I recently stayed here for a conference and had so many issues. I was unable to change to another hotel due to all hotels being sold out due to the conference I was attending. I informed the front desk each day of my concerns and nothing was ever addressed. The pull out sofa was filled with crumbs from previous stays. There were 2 large bugs on 2 different days (pretty sure a roach) that I had asked front desk to come kill and they never did. The sheets were stained and we had to request new ones on day one. Housekeeping only cleans the room every 3 days even if you ask them daily. The hotel smelled like marijuana and some other stench. Please do not stay here. The hallways also had dead huge bugs laying around. This hotel is unkempt and I have never stayed in a hotel that lacked cleanliness, empathy and customer service as much this one.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton during the Women Evolve conference, and unfortunately, my experience was horrible. The room had a cockroach, and when I reported this to the staff, they showed lack of care or urgency. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service, and getting fresh towels was nearly impossible due to their explanation of having a shortage of staff. After checking out, I was contacted by the general manager, Courtney League, who offered a mere 20% discount for one night. Her response felt cold and lacked empathy for the inconvenience we experienced. Overall, my stay did not meet the standards I expect from a reputable hotel, and I hope management takes these issues seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Stayed here for a concert that was down the road at Globe Life. From start to finish my stay here was great! We were greeted at the front desk by Linda who was friendly, warm and helpful. Our rooms were ready and very clean. Once we dropped off our bags in the room we headed to the bar for a quick drink and our bartender, Viktoria was funny, friendly and super fast! Great stay and I would definitely stay here again...

The rooms are just ok. About normal for most Four Points I stayed at. I guess you get what you pay for. However, the service at the bar is excellent. Victoria just started at the bar/restaurant a few weeks ago and she is talented, kind, and hospitable. She serves great drinks and engages in great conversation. She never forgets a name and always has a wonderful smile. Thanks for such great service!

We had a really bad experience here. We had to switch to 4 different rooms. The first two rooms had stains all on the sides of the bed. When we told the front desk they told us we could pick up the sheets from the front desk and change them ourselves. They stayed behind the computer and did not seem phased that we were having all of this trouble. The 3rd hotel room we were in stunk and I told the front desk that and she handed me febreeze We leave our stuff in that room, go to the rangers game and come back and the people room next to us were definitely smoking weed and it was seeping into our room so we had to switch again. Again completely unphased. Also I forgot to mention the roach that was laying dead in the hallway.

Only complaints I have was no continental breakfast. They had breakfast, but it s a full payment one that is not included in the room. There is also no vending machines, just a snack area by the front counter. Prices high there at 4 dollars for a small candy bar for example. Restaurant suppose to be open every night as well but wasn t one of the nights. Nearby activities: Texas Rangers stadium near by

We booked a room from the 7th of August to the 13th of August and they asked us to vacate on the 10th because my son wet the bed after we ve already paid $XXX for the week and wouldn t give us a refund on the day s that we weren t able to stay! I understand them keeping the deposit, but for the days we paid in advance should be returned to my account! Total rip off! When I asked why I couldn t get my refund the lady at the counter told me I had to reach out to my third party! I filed a complaint to headquarters and now it s under investigation! I honestly feel that, that was no reason to tell us to leave! Just simply change the SHEETS!! So today I see that my account had been changed ANOTHER $XXX and it s the 13th of August! At this point they re trying to steal from me and I left in peace! I m going to file a lawsuit at this point, because what was the reason for them to try and charge my card for an additional $XXX when I m still waiting for my refund!!!

When letting the front desk know they advised they will be providing 25 percent off which was never credited. When I called to have this applied the GM told me there was nothing that could be done. Once I said I will leave it on the reviews she hung up on me. Stay away from this place. To the response Hello, We are sorry to here about the condition of your sofa bed when you arrived to your room, that is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Im glad our housekeeping team was here to clean and rectify the issue quickly. We certainly provided the 25% discount you were offered, we just were not able to offer more when you reached out today. First is the location to the stadiums is probably only thing this hotel has going. At check in They canceled my room with any notice and then charged me 40.00 more bc I still needed a room. Front desk staff needs to be retrained on how to talk to adults, children, and just people in general. Rooms had no towels, no coffee maker, pool is closed and you will have to pay for breakfast. A Penny pitching hotel. As a Veteran I would stay away. Find somewhere else that wants to take care of their guests not put them down or ridicule them in front of others. Called the front desk and I was called a liar about a reservation problem. Which I have never had a problem before ever with bonvoy and Marriott. Just this hotel. Rooms are dark and smell was just the cherry on top for a horrible experience.

The location is good. Staff was friendly. The room had issues. The glass in the window was very dirty. The black out window shade did not extend all the way down. The bathroom was spartan. There was no good place to place hand towels and bath towels except under the conditions of a less than idea location under the sink. If you should drop something beside the sink, you would have a difficult, if not impossible, effort to retrieve it because of how the sink stand is made. Requested the check-in staff member to witness the room immediately after opening the room door the first time. Despite the room clearly marked as non-smoking, there was clearly the smell of smoke in the room. Rooms: The rooms need to be cleaner, and the bathroom has design issues. This is the worst Sheraton ever unaccommodating after a 9 hours drive and prepaid. ** ALYSIA and **KYLE are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. **COURTNEY the manager is a LIAR and RUDE as well and LIED saying that I cursed at the workers A FLAT OUT LIE AND SHE WONT SHOW ANYONE THE FOOTAGE OF HER LIE LIKE I SAID BEFORE DONT Respond TO ME BEFORE I PUT UP THE PROOF FROM CORPORATE YOU DISRESPECTFUL RACIST HATEFUL LYING ACE PEOPLE. P.S. they will not show you any videos even if your car is broken into. no, our car was NOT broken into another guest CAR was back on November 15, 2023, and you all refused to show that guests the surveillance camera footage. THE FRONT ELEVATOR WAS OUT THEN AND STILL NOT WORKING AS OF JANUARY 2, 2024. However, Kyle is on camera cursing when I walked out throwing up his hands by the bar yelling about us to two white customers being racist like you Courtney. Dont respond to this because **Corporate is handling the situation. I am a Sheraton member, but we had booked by third party this time because its not worth full price. We arrived around 8PM on 1/2/2024. The hotel barely had guests. I first asked politely did the odd or even numbers which one faces the parking lot to see our vehicle. Alysia goes odd. She precedes to give us a room on the second floor that was in the middle of the building, but you had to walk a long way to the second set of elevators since the front elevator by the entrance is not working. Keep in mind we stayed here November 2023. The front elevator was not working then. Courtney was the manager. Courtney is poorly managing this property. I am turning it into the state because the front elevator shouldnt be out of commission for this long. This is a state code violation. My husband has two rescue inhalers and a nebulizer breathing machine at all times with us. We explained this to Alysia and she gave us another room on the 1st floor on the back side away from the vehicles again, but also it has a tub and we needed a walk in shower as I have had knee surgery. The third time I apologized nicely for not mentioning a walk in shower, and again asked for the room to be facing towards the parking lot and Alysia said okay and that it was. We walked down a long way to room 152. It had a horrendous smell that almost made me throw up. We walked back up front. Alysia asked if the room was fine and I said no. I told her about the smell and that it wasnt facing the parking lot bare in mind there are very few guests here with more than half of the parking lot empty. Alysia goes you can contact the company you booked through for a refund. I actually didnt care for a refund. I informed Alysia she could have given us a queen bed facing the parking lot if that was the case instead of a King that we prepaid for. My husband had sat back in our vehicle to use his inhalers after walking back and forth. Kyle comes out of nowhere without a name badge in sight getting loud yelling youre not getting a refund and the room smells fine. First, Kyle we examined you walking back and forth from the front entrance to sitting by the bar several times smoking right the front entrance doors during our check in. We were going to keep the room until he got smart and loud for no reason. I went back outside to my vehicle and got some Sheraton associates on the phone that had me to go back in and they told Alysia to put in a code for a refund. She refused to do it and proceeded to get loud with the Sheraton representative. My husband had came back in with me still remaining respectful unlike them lying on the customer. At this point I gave her the key cards back and left this atrocious motel because its old and disgusting anyway. We went to *** DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre. It is amazing and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful unlike this property. DoubleTree is closer to Downtown Dallas with a nice huge mall and countless places to go to and eat at. I work for the Federal Government so fellow colleagues save time and dont try to save money with this Sheraton location.

Four Points off 360 is my go to place in Arlington when I m back home visiting or when I want a staycation! It s centrally located in DFW and has easy access to the freeways. The most impressive thing to me was the quality compared to the price. The entire rooms are excellent. The beds, pillows, showers and second most important to me is the blackout curtains which theirs work excellently with no fight. The bar is great and priced well. Those things are all necessary however, the staff can make or break any service for me. Their staff has never failed me. Kylie and Alysia were above and beyond the expected level of friendly and informative, while not being pushy. I look forward to my next stay! Rooms: Very comfortable and cozy, I never want to leave once I get in. Nearby activities: It s about a 5 mile walk to the nearest attractions I d visit so riding is necessary for me. 5 miles is perfect and very expensive. The surrounding cities are about 25 minutes away which for us Texans is just down the street and standard operating procedure. Food and drinks: The breakfast wasn t bad but it wasn t for me. The ladys at the front desk were fantastic, and extremely helpful. However, we had found a baby cockroach in not just one, but 2 of our rooms. We do a LOT of traveling, and this is not the first time weve come across this. In all actuality, ALOT of hotels have this exact issue. And as most know-if youre seeing them in the open, theres a deeper (bigger) problem in the infrastructure. However, not being able to switch our rooms to another part of the hotel would have been the hospitable thing to do, especially when were paying to be there. The last thing I or anyone wants to bring home with them is the problem of the hotel they stayed at. Walkability: None. It is a half hour walk to Texas LIVE! and even less to Six-Flags DFW, but other than that, if youre going anywhere specific, not very many places to walk. Highly suggest getting a rental car.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Sheraton Four Points in Arlington, Texas. Courtney League GM displayed unprofessional behavior by speaking hatefully and using profanity towards customers. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in my room, and I was overcharged. When I asked the manager for an explanation and a refund, they refused to provide one and suggested I handle the issue with my credit card company. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Rooms: Bugs and water leaks. Safety: Bug infested dirty rooms. Food and drinks: You will be overcharged and server tips themself at their discretion. Noteworthy details: Courtney League GM swears, argues and yells at guests.

To start out I had a rough 20 hr travel day and an even harder time finding which hotel my company booked for multiple days. The tall front desk kid had no idea how to help me and would not call the other hotel or make any effort to figure out where my reservation was. He had no name tag, did not look professional at all (shirt untucked and baggy) or have any knowledge of the area as most front office do. Now the bar tender I met the next day Thomas was the opposite entirely. He gave us a perfect idea for dinner, was so easy to talk too when we returned to the hotel that we stayed for 2 hours. I wish the hotel would stock whisky and margarita supplies (what bar doesn t) as sometimes I like to switch it up but they had neither so my buddy and I would have got a few shots instead of him getting a beer and me water. Thomas was great company and deserves a raise for the amount of multitasking he was able to accomplish while also entertaining us and being a generally honest and enjoyable person. I have been an Elite member for awhile, stayed at many hotels in different states and I ve never seen so little stocked in a hotel bar that is their for patron convenience.

Had a lil hiccup with the key cards but she came right up the elevator with new keys! THENNNNN on top of me having a long night out, came in the morning hours and asked if I could get a nap in before checking out at 12pm and once again she was able to accommodate with giving me time to get myself together. From the time I walked in the hotel being greeted by everyone to the time I walked out. I made sure to tell them how great of a job and clean the rooms an hotel were. There were people in other rooms and the hallway that were a little loud at times, but thats a given when staying at an affordable hotel. We didnt check out the restaurant inside, nor the pantry. Usually I do well with finding and researching hotels. However, this DOOMS DAY hotel was by far the worst Ive EVER encountered. I booked along with other family members for a short one day trip to six flags. I didnt do my research and only made a reservation because my family booked there. To begin, checking in was different, once I arrived I thought I had paid. I gave my identification and a credit card for what I thought was the incidental charge. But no, the manager said it was prepaid/an advance purchase reservation. So I ended up paying a different price but thats not by far the issue. Upon entering the room, the atmosphere was stuffed and had a stench. There was a soda can left on the ledge of the bed. I didnt want to complain because, my family were in other rooms and I knew I would only be there to bathe and sleep after six flags. So I went to Walmart and purchased some toiletries and items to sanitize the place. But, once I return and start wiping things and spraying lysol, the more I would find. There was a Taco Bell cup and another soda can left in the fridge. Also, one of the mattresses was heavily stained. It bothered me a great deal and I should have complained at that instance but I didnt. I tried telling myself to just get through it. Eventually (within minutes) we left for six flags. After spending the day at Six Flags, I was sweaty at that point. The thought of laying in nastiness was definitely not an option. So I told the hotel rep and she offered complimentary breakfast. That was the last thing I wanted. She stated that they were booked and there was nothing else she could do about it. I asked for a manager. She informed me that there are no mangers on duty after business hours and on the weekends. I ultimately decided to check out. At approximately 9pm that night and find another hotel. I emailed the hotels manager that night, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. She replied Monday afternoon declining my request, stating that, I stayed in the hour for nine hours. I was literally there for a matter of fifteen minutes at the most. She apologized for the uncleanliness and stated she spoke with the housekeeping manager. Overall, I most definitely should have spoke up soon and I may be out of $125. However, customer service goes along way. I feel that other option could have been proposed to rectify the situation. But there were none. I will never stay at any one of this hotel properties again. The room should have been up to standards upon entering. It makes me wonder was the room even cleaned or masked for the next guest. After viewing her response in my email, I called and let her a voice message. I even spoke with someone who takes complaints for the company (Prem). He offered me 3000 reward points and advised me to take that and stated, they usually dont give that, its normally 1000. It lead to him escalating the complaint. Which leads to someone calling me back from the property I stayed in( If I understood him right). Im most certainly waiting to speak to someone regarding this experience. You would think easing out of the covid era. The housekeepers would take pride to assure rooms are cleaned prior to the guest entering. The stained mattresses should be thrown away, its most definitely a health hazard. To conclude, I guess we pay for what we get. This was certainly a lesson learned.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at a Marriott property, and I feel compelled to share my feedback on the Marriott website. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, service, and professionalism. From stained warmers and an unclean bathroom to a complete lack of responsiveness from the front desk and housekeeping, the entire stay felt more like a motel experience than a reflection of the Marriott brand. As a Titanium member, I expected better treatment and adherence to Marriotts renowned standards. The poor breakfast service and the front desk managers refusal to address my concerns only further added to my frustration. I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers or colleagues and hope that my review will prompt necessary improvements for the sake of future guests.

I am a Titanium member so normally I like to know if suites will be available during my stay this is info that reservations never know. Everything changed when my colleague and I arrived at the desk and was greeted with a smile from Alexia Perez. I brag to my colleagues why they should stay at Marriott s and Alexia did me proud. She had answers to any questions i had. My coworker had an issue with his key so we walked back to the desk and Alexia made a new key told us to wait here and checked the new key herself so we did not have to make another trip, this is going above and beyond.
