My wife and I are getting up in age, not at the bottom of the hill, but on our way down, that is we are closer to the end than the beginning, but still full of life. Through the years the Lord has blessed us, and we have built up some assets that we wanted to make sure would be managed as to our wishes after we go to our permanent home with the Lord. I researched my options and thought that Oath was our best option for getting our records in the best order. Maddie was genuinely nice, polite, and professional, she answered all our questions and made the task quite simple. I know there are cheaper ways of doing this, but with the package Oath put together for us, it covers everything and that is what we wanted. You can go cheaper but I dont think you can go better.

Initially, I did not have a clear understanding of estate planning until I went to an orientation session. The overview was extremely informative and several misconceptions on my part were clarified. The major points were presented, and I was not overwhelmed as a novice in the process. The Design Meeting was especially helpful because it was specifically tailored to my needs and final wishes. Additionally, the team reached out several times to be sure the draft of the trust was correct. Finally, the signing process went very smoothly. Clear guidance was given on what to do after signing all of the documents. I am thoroughly pleased and have great peace of mind because of the Oath Law Firm.

My wife and I recently set up a new family trust and living will with this law firm. We are extremely impressed with our attorney, Mr. Harry Chiali. An extremely knowledgeable professional in his field, he is also a down to earth person who takes the time to get to know his clients and explains in laymans terms what products may best suit their needs. Harry walked us through the entire process and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. In addition, the support staff at this office was always helpful as well. Harry Chiali has been very explanatory in a layman s language which helped us to understand the word family trust and how it works to protect our assets. I will recommend this Oath Law to anyone and everyone should have one to protect their assets. Everyone at the office were nice.
