I would ve given zero stars if I could. I ordered a small white cheezy, a cinnasquare, and a 20oz orange crush. My drink was missing, the cinnasquare looked barely baked and barely had cinnamonsugar and wasn t cut properly, and the white cheezy.. ONLY HAD CHEESE.. I think it was just feta or something. I was missing the garlic sauce cup too and there wasn t any roma on the crust for the white cheezy. There was none of the tomatoes, bacon, and onion AT ALL on the white cheezy I ordered. I felt completely disappointed at my order. Glad to know they re giving a reimbursement for it. This Marco s store needs to do better with their orders. Mine was as simple as it could be and it was still messed up.

Customer service, whether take out or dine in falls very short!!! The pizza is very good but, always order thru delivery app. Young ppl these days are just lazy and rude...this has been consistent every time! I say hire the right ppl! What happen to going the extra mile. Pizza wasnt ready when I arrived, and I arrived after the app said pizza should be ready, as usual, NOT. They werent even busy! I went to wait out in my car with my dog, since they said it would be another 5mins....I waited about 10...stupid me, I thought since I was parked right in front of the place they would just take the initiative to walk a couple more feet to bring to my car, what was I thinking?! #&$;$#;@ The owner saw my review and called and apologized for my experience etc ...still the best pizza and I do recommend.

First thing I have to say is how friendly and professional the team was here. It was a Saturday night, and they were slammed. However, we did an online order way in advance, were asked to choose out time, and our order wasnt ready. They also forgot one of our items, so we had to wait for it to be made after waiting for the first part. We got the meatball bowls - added mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, and extra cheese. They were done very nicely and were still hot by the time we got home. The Cesar salad was good and tasted fresh.

The pizza was excellent; we really enjoyed the Ultimate Magnifico! The staff is new and it definitely shows as theyre clearly experiencing growing pains. I think well try delivery next time rather than pickup since it was mass chaos & confusion inside the store, an over abundance of employees all standing around doing seemingly nothing. Ill update again after we order again next time. Just to reiterate, the pizza was perfect and absolutely amazing! We are so glad to have this open right outside the neighborhood. *EDIT* We tried delivering and the entire process from online ordering to delivery was perfect. Friendly driver and the pizzas were prepared perfectly!

Changing my 5 star review to one Ordered a carryout on the website. Got the order home and it was wrong. I asked them to bring me the right order since I live down the street and was told I would be charged more to have them deliver it. When they made the mistake... I feel like that was a reasonable request for them to send me the correct food, but they didnt want to pay the driver, who I would have tipped accordingly anyway. They ended up refunding my order instead. The store is staffed by all kids seemingly 17 and under . My past couple orders have had things wrong but this time really frustrated me. The employee yelling to the back of the store for answers to my questions while I was on the phone was strange.. Then I was kept on hold for 10 minutes waiting for the manager to never come back to the phone. Called back to confirm he was done with my call. Why was I put on hold without him saying anything then?

Spend your money else where. This location constantly has issues, can t keep up with demand and lies to the customer. Ordered pick up and friend picked it up. Half the order was already out on the carry out racks. When asked where the wings were, they were never made! So I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes on top of the hour I waited from the time I placed the order. I also ordered their new specialty Pepperoni Magnifico pizza I got a plain-jane regular pepperoni pizza. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I swear the same guy put me on hold just to answer and tell me: I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU! Dominos and Mr. Jim s is better, more reliable, doesn t lie and isn t rude to their customers.

That mouthy young manager is something else! She walked out of the bathroom with vape smoke still in the air when I walked in. Half the staff looks stoned! And I spent 20 minutes in the lobby waiting listening to the employees rap music and employees swearing. And then when I asked her about it she said oh sorry and walked away. Didn t change anything that was happening. Just walked away. I love Marcos. And I know it s a drive. But I d truly suggest making the drive to Denton or Frisco! The manager has a very bad attitude! The white girl with glasses. Our pick up order was at 6 and I didn t get pizza till 6:30pm. The manager didn t apologize for the wait and pointed to the screen and said do you see that s screen, we have alot to do . That s not an acceptable response to a customer. She needs more training but I guess that s the service you get with low waged workers. This was my first time at Marco s and I definitely won t be back. If you want better service, go anywhere but here. I will be contacting the customer service phone that she stated someone may or may not pick up .

Our first time ordering! Two complaints . No mushrooms (which is fine with me, but my oldest loooooves mushroom pizza) and the website sometimes glitches - but both things are probably out of this location s control. Anyway, delivery was prompt. Pizza was delicious all around. To quote my 4yo daughter: That pizza man cook s really good! Hoping to make this our go-to for pizza delivery since the Hot Deals are awesome which makes the price right!

Ordered 2 pizza s and a salad for dinner. When I got home, both pizzas had toppings left off that I included. Eh, no big deal, not worth a bad review I thought, BUT what prompted this negative review is that these scum bags took it upon themselves to add a tip to my pickup order. The employees pay no attention to what they are doing. Put one pizza in 30 minutes before another pizza on the same order. They change your order to show ready WAY before it s actually ready so adhere to the promise time . They also throw trash around over the pizzas they are making. The first 2 times we ordered from here it was good no complaints. Third not so much! When our order was delivered they forgot our salad. Not the end of the world - the delivery driver said he would be right back with it. After he left I noticed they forgot the jalapeños ranch cup. I called to ask them to add it to the salad delivery. I never received to jalapeño ranch unfortunately. Also the pizza dipping sauce was straight tomato sauce no seasoning what so ever. I hope this was just an off night

7/17/2023. I placed an order. Went there to pick it up and it was nearly an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. Another customer ahead of me had been waiting an hour for their order. The manager became belligerent with that customer. Told him he can get a refund and get out. It became loud and hostile. The manager said that a batch of dough had been made incorrectly and that was the issue. My pizza wasn t good and with what I witnessed. I will not return to this location. It s an easy pass after taking one for the team.

FAIL. Tonight I went by to check it out for the first time. Rather than being greeted, I was glared at by an employee who couldnt figure out the register. I looked over to find 2 other Marcos employees just sitting at the table meant for customers. When I asked a different employee about how long it would take for a simple, one-topping carryout he said, Uh, maybe 15 minutes. I really dont know because I just jumped up here. Horrible service. Terrible training. Zero people skills. App doesnt work. This chain just lost its one and only shot.

I hate writing a bad review. I know everyone works hard. But I had the worst pizza Ive ever had from the Oak Point store. I ordered 2 pies. I ate 1 slice of each and threw the rest away. Ive had terrific experiences at the Eldorado/Stonebridge location. Ive had the small pizza and salad and I think a drink lunch special . Always delicious. Oak Point, never again. Even though Ive had a few hiccups with my orders running longer than it should the staff and management have always been extremely pleasant and I see a ton of hustle in them all. Being the only pizza place in the area its expected that they get slammed. The app kind of hangs them out to dry by promising unrealistic ready times. I dont blame the staff at all. They have always been moving fast and trying hard. They are Extremely apologetic for things out of their control. I order here once a week on Friday and will continue to do so. The App definitely needs some work though. Keep up the hustle and drive and things will work out ( note to the staff ) Ill be seeing you guys tonight for my family pizza Friday order.

I have ordered here several times and was highly satisfied. During my last visit however, I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived at the store, the shift manager was threatening to refuse service because I made modifications to a specialty pizza order and removed the pepperoni(s) in place of other toppings, something that I ve done for years at all major pizza stores. Topping modifications have been around for years, there is no need to get hostile towards the customer. I will continue to make topping modifications if the website allows me. This is not how employees should be trained to handle this situation; it is not the customers problem if the store manager thinks modifications aren t allowed to an order that was legitimately placed and paid for ahead of time on the website.

Ordered here twice and both times I went to pick up my order and it wasnt even ready. First time I waited an additional 45 minutes after they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. 2nd time it was another 30 minutes after the 15-20 minutes. There was only 2 workers making the pizza and there was 10 people inside waiting for orders. When I got home my desert order was wrong as well. I understand its a new place and I love Marcos, but this location is the last time I will order from there for quite a while.

I was very disappointed . I love Marcos and visit often but never here again! The manager on shift look like he was on something and his pants were sagging, he looked very unprofessional for a manger to say the least. The staff didnt look like they wanted to be there and they were all sighing heavely. I ordered a philly no mushrooms add bacon. What I got however was a normal philly. I even called the store twice with no answer!! People check your pizza before leaving!!! I will not be ordering from this establishment EVER again

I live 3.1 miles from this new Marcos location, and I am holding a flyer in my hand right now which says they deliver to me. The flyer was mailed to my home address. Yet when we tried to place an order, the website wouldnt allow it and said we were too far away. So either they sent flyers to homes outside their delivery area, or they have not updated the website to accept orders for the new store. Either way, its incompetence. We have enjoyed Marcos in the past in other locations, but if they cant even deliver to homes they sent flyers to then we arent going to bother.

It s a new store and, as with any new venture, it is taking some time to find their rhythm but the wait was worth it. The El Magnifico sausage pizza (with onions) was very tasty. The original crust was good - just the right amount of chew vs. crispy. The ingredients were good. I ll definitely order again (and I ll cut them some slack if they are still overwhelmed). All in all, I m glad to have them in the neighborhood.

These pizzas are good. The magnifico pizza is amazing and real thick. The regulare 2 topping pizza we ordered also was thick and nice and hot. If you go here with the expectation of your pizza being done on time then leave that somewhere else. When you get here they are so busy you need to wait an extra 10 minutes ish. Which is aceptable since you will be getting a nice and fresh pizza. This place will definitely get better at making pizzas fast and will be my new go to pizza place from now on.

Ordering online was not the easiest. For some reason I couldn t order at this location through the app. We originally thought our order was lost, due to the delay in delivery (expected as it is a new business locally). We called the store and the young man could not locate it. We hung up an took it as a technology glitch. When my husband called back to confirm it was canceled and the charges were reversed, the young lady was able to find the order and it turned out to be on our porch. I was unable to track my order on the app and online. When the pizza was delivered there wasnt a knock on the door or a doorbell ring. So my pizza sat outside for 30 minutes! Also, tried to call the store and kept getting hung up on! Secondly, I ordered a 2 topping pizza and only got 1 of the toppings. This is very frustrating!
