Huge Scam Overpriced pictures. ( Almost $400 for a 24in by 12 cardboard photo and that it. Thats insane) They take long to get your item to finish only to find errors on the finished product Bad customer service.

The school districts SHOULD be open to having several studios and not just this overpriced scam. They took well over 6 months to give my son his photos and they sent the incorrect photo to the yearbook. My wife had to argue multiple times with them to even get a straight answer and not the usual run around. Worst place to get pictures and buy anything. At least Denco has a far better service and reasonable prices for ALL services they offer.

BE CAREFUL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, how is it possible that I paid for the full package and when I ask for separate extra pictures they wont sell them if is not in a package, I complain about it and the only thing they can do for me is to sell me the 4x5 at a price of 8x10s THAT IS A RIP-OFF!!. I will be contacting BBB.

My sons pictures came out beautiful! I love them, and I dont regret coming here, but the service is pretty bad. It took about 2 months for me to get my pictures. I was expecting 5-6 weeks like they said, but it took much longer than that. If you decide to take pictures here, just expect a long waiting time for your pictures.

How is this place still in business, the lady with the black pants and red shirt was very rude to everyone that would come in....I understand that they needed to have masks and yes some people coming in didnt have any masks, there is no reason for this ugliness.This was suppose to be a memorable experience for all of us and the lady with her horrible attitude, if she was the owner or not, we are there to do business for them..but if it were my choice I would go somewhere else, just planning to take my son for the yearbook pictures and then taking his pictures elsewhere...

Wish I would have read the reviews before! Horrible customer service. I don t understand how this place is still in business. The owner is a terrible person and I do not recommend this place at all. How can this be one of the only photography places in Laredo? This is a horrible representation of our city! Thanks for NOTHING, Peter Pan!

This place deserves 5 stars! After all, the work they do when it comes to the creation of making the pictures come to life, is amazingly beautiful! So about the 4 stars....we went there to take my sons graduation pictures, I had remembered that he needed to take a white shirt! But, it was with no collar, and when it came time for my sons multiple picture shoot,... This short lady with black curly hair, comes up to his face, and asks him... if he brought his shirt and she sees what he has and starts yelling at him wagging her old ash wrinkly finger and right then and there, I yell right back in her face, and told her in Spanish that she needs to slow her role, and I quickly put her in her place, and she then goes to apologize to him but I am having none of it, and I yell her at again, to hurry up and get his pictures taken so that we can leave. I mean, the reason we didnt get up, walk out and leave was because everyone recommended this place for graduation pictures,... and yes, they do an amazing job...but as for short ash,... I bet she wont do that ever again.

Pictures were okay; the service was worse. The staff was inconsiderate and used unnecessary ableist language. All we asked was to see the proofs of the pictures, and the owner referred her as la niña enfermita to a child with special needs. That language was uncalled for, and I definitely will not be giving them more business. 0 stars if I could.

Making business based on threats!!! Just got a call from a person with 0 manners who is not even enunciating while speaking, telling me that I either return the proofs of pictures or my son won t come out on the yearbook, as a household of 2 working parents with 3 children the availability to tend to their wishes is not a priority, not to mentioned they gave me a day to pick up the proofs and had me going back and forward for 3 weeks because they were not ready yet but we have to comply to the date they want. Why Alexander High school still works with this extremely outdated with 0 customer service place is beyond me.

We chose to go with Peter Pan Studio for our wedding pictures for the same reason that they are reputable and we wanted a hassle-free experience with quality results. Now the problem wasn t so much the pictures, but the overall experience. Way too overpriced even for a professional studio in terms of how everything worked out. Just today we got our pictures and again at least that came out as agreed on what we confirmed. However, there was such a lengthy wait from day 1 to today. We were to wed on the 24th of April. Today is July 16. We took our wedding pictures the same day of our wedding just hours before (with a reservation done in advance). The deposit was already made, but they made it clear that the order would not process until we make the full payment. At this point the prices were pretty up there to say the least and didn t even include the frame like other places tend to do, but again this was my wedding and it is something worth spending more than average for, so that was understandable. We then paid the remainder of the full cost before the following week. So late April is when the order should have been started on. Of course we asked for 2 corrections from the photos. One was a lighting correction and some facial blur. That was it. Something not really too difficult that could be done within the day the editor sits at his desk once starting. Besides that, we were originally told the pictures would take 2-3 weeks to arrive (fair and reasonable of course). We then call after the 4 week month to check the status and they didn t seem to know where the order was and felt unorganized to keep it short. They later then find the receipt and say that they haven t gotten the pictures. I am then told and informed that most orders can take longer during the pandemic up to 6 weeks from the date they were paid in full. Im like that s not what we were told, but alright I m in no rush. We then follow up every week or so and were told we should first get an email to confirm any corrections and we had not even gotten that in the 4 weeks. This is where I started to get annoyed not knowing when we d get the pictures. About the following week after that call we get the email and confirm everything and don t hear back from the studio until you guessed it, today past mid July. 2 and a half months to get our pictures that were not at all cheap and didn t include the frame. And out of 15-20 poses we took in the pictures we were only happy with 3. We thought it was awesome they had photographers directing us for the pictures as we don t really know how these formal pictures should work, but when we got the samples shown to us, they almost all looked super awkward. Looking like a serial killer stare in about half as you are directed to stand in slightly uncomfortable angles and told to smile super wide lol. But again at least we got a few okay pictures from the lot, but the overall experience was awful. Especially for the price, it is better to give some entry level photographers a chance and just buy your frames elsewhere like Walmart or Hobby Lobby.
