This place stinks, I called there ahead for an appointment I called to confirm 30minutes before the ladies were eating lunch they said they couldnt help me because they were in lunch i told them I had an appointment they said I had to wait 2 hours its messy unorganized and customer service is no where to be found. Really sad the only thing they did ask is if i was going to pay cash ffs. Went to a place called Peter Pan wasnt half as bad.

So incredibly unprofessional don t expect to be greeted or made feel welcome because you will be disappointed. Walking into this business immediately puts me in a bad mood so much so that I refuse to come back for retakes. The two women working here don t even like each other and don t care to hide it from customers. The place is basically falling apart and desperately needs new lights or something, anything. Everything down to the way they take appointments is outdated. I ll be surprised if this business lasts much longer.

Recently went to get a family portrait, and the photographer was phenomenal. The employee and owner were patient and engaging. Prices were as expected but being able to pay in payments is a plus. Will defenitely be going their for,Christmas photos!
